    Oh Wait, Mienfoo doesnt need an item, it evolves at Lvl 50. I just checked Bulbapedia. Excerpt: Mienfoo (Japanese: コジョフー Kojofu) is a Fighting-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It evolves into Mienshao starting at level 50.
