Welcome back to Pokécharms! We've recently launched a new site and upgraded forums, so there may be a few teething issues as everything settles in. Please see our Relaunch FAQs for more information.
Mint noted Riley's furious expression and stood up in his seat. He jumped over the table and in front of the sloppy eaters. "Hello, there. You seem to be making quite the mess, huh? I advise that behavior to be stopped." He said the last sentence with a dark expression, implying harm if the pair...
"Oh, there's some others I usually meet up with in crowded places." He replied vaguely and picked up his apple. "Where's the other two? Jake and that Fenniken."
"Not just apples. I like whole foods and half foods!" He joked cheerfully. Mint looked around to see the different kinds of students in the school, searching in particular for any psychic, ghost, or dark types.
"Thank you." was Fury's first words when the muzzle was removed. "A Pansage asked me to set a fire, so I did." Saying it out loud made it sound more ridiculous, but he didn't care at the moment. He managed to get the shackles off his ankles by burning them with a Flamethrower, but it took longer...
"I heard there were apples!" Mint sang goofily. He jumped from head to head and got his food in front of several other students. Then he casually strolled over to sit by Riley.
"Great!" Mint cheered, careful to keep his voice low. He took a couple deep breaths and cautiously lifted his head over the bottom of the window. Fury could see him clearly, and Mint mouthed "fire". The Arcanine thought for a second before lying still unsuspiciously. The temperature in the room...
"Fine, I'll go in line." Mint complained and swung the bag over his back, getting to be the last in line. He cast a look regretfully over his shoulder, and wished he could go into the roof instead of having to follow the others.
Mint winked and backflipped into his desk gracefully. The landing hardly disturbed the items on his desk, only making the two leftover pies and spellbook budge a tiny bit. He put all his things into a bag and sat there, considering whether to join the line or go with his usual method of travel...
Fury looked outside, bored with all the people running around near him. His eyes widened when he saw the scared Pansage with a Larvitar. To his knowledge, there had been no Larvitar when he was inside before, so Mint must have done something. He feigned disinterest in them so they wouldn't draw...
Mint jumped out of his desk and stacked up some of the pies on top of each other. Before long, he had three stacks. He took a pile and used his vine whip to put it into the ceiling, repeating the process until each stack was in the roof where only he could reach them. He held up his hand...
Dawn wandered around the forest confusedly. Ever since the fire, most of the living places had been claimed. The ice on the lake had melted, forcing the majority of Glaceon and Vaporeon to move. Except her. She had come back right after the fire was extinguished and tried to survive, but it was...
"I'll take up to fifteen." Mint offered. He stared joyously at the food everywhere, every so often looking back at the pie he already had to make sure nobody messed with it.
Mint was ecstatic and took the pie Jake gave him. He wiggled in his seat when he saw the pies everywhere, making the desk shake as he heard he could eat them. "Hey, need some help with that?" He asked Hazel.
Mint followed the trail back to the training center. Eventually he reached the right vent and climbed out, looking around him at the sweat-laden boulders used for weight lifting. He looked down and motioned for Rage to get out, then turned and peered out a crack. He was worried when he didn't...
"Okay." He complied reluctantly, and did the spell like he was told. Mint got an idea after staring at the pie in front of him. "Hey teacher! Can I eat this?" He reached out to take one of Jake's pies, keeping his eyes on her and pretending like he wasn't doing anything.
"Why?" Mint asked. "I like apples more than pumpkin pie." He looked down at the fruit, then at Ms. Pearl, then back at the apple. He stored Jake's name inside his memory for a secret purpose, smiling for seemingly no reason.
Mint silently climbed into the vent and navigated around. He was getting used to crawling in the system and found the place where he had rescued Rage. He stopped for a moment to remember how he had gotten here from the training center. "Is it o-okay if we go back to where I was? The Arcanine...
"Spelling? That's easy." Mint muttered to himself, and skipped writing his name on the book, turning to the page indicated. He read quickly and was finished in a short time. He read it over and over again, because he had nothing better to do in the meantime.
"Yes." Pebblepaw said stiffly and moved to the edge of camp, waiting for his mentor to show him where the training ground was. He saw Doublepaw talking to Deltafang and hoped they would be training with them.
"Hello, teacher." Mint performed a mock salute to the teacher and smiled at Riley. "I'm Mint." He whispered to the Riolu, glancing at the teacher to see if she heard him speak.
