Note this is mostly in my ingame team but I may play around with it in Colosseum's Battle Mode a bit... Anyway, here's what I was thinking;

Relaxed Nature

Replace Seismic Toss with Shadow ball. With the boost from Calm Mind, it will be a very good attack, especially since alot of Dark Pokemon will be switched in against Hypno.

This is 3rd Gen? I would keep it the way you have it, Hypno doesent have much before the split in gen 4, So shadowball counts as a physical attack still.
