Brendan was already revved up, he had been going over his Contest Strategies with Blaziken for the past five hours, at this point he had to keep his hat on to keep the light from making such a bright blur, plus, he was becoming a little paranoid about the hair, as today it was more poofy than spiked, but it was just barely, after one last practice, Brendan returned Blaziken and hopped on his Mach Bike, his Contest wouldn't be for another healthy five or six hours, so why not see what was happening at the Battle Royal Dome? Maybe they might even have another spot in the battles open...
As he stopped in front of the 'Dome, he noted there was just one spot open, he might not be the most popular among the Alolan people, but a decent number of his Hoenn fans had come. He just made an outfit change, but unlike most people, he wasn't a big fan of masks, so he had none, as he walked in, Lycanrock decided on going first. As he walked into the arena, he noticed many people chanting for the "Dragon Prince" Brendan already knew he'd screwed up. Lycanrock still insisted on battling though, so with a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors between him and Lycanrock (yes, he'd taught his Lycanrock how to do that) it was decided they stay, with a reluctant sigh, Brendan stepped up to the greenroom, slightly early, but he could have cared less, he let Blaziken and Swampert out, he already had this match in the bag, Blaziken knew Brave Bird, so as long as the Dragon Prince didn't have any Dragon-Flying types, he was okay! As he took off his hat, he told Lycan, Blazer, and Kip-Kip the lowdown of his strategy.
