Totodile
But I do have a nasty trick you can pull with it: Give totodile Natural Gift.
I'd also suggest swapping the Wacan Berry for a Rindo if you do this, in case a Chinchou comes out. Rindo will either absorb a grass attack for totodile, or give you a one-time use, physical grass attack. This will catch water types badly off-guard...
If you'd like to power up the attack, give a Liechi in place of Rindo. You'll lose the anti-grass support, but gain an attack-raising berry and ensure you won't lose the chance at needing the attack later on.
Rindo: Grass with a power of 60
Liechi: Grass with a power of 80
OR
If you just want to be simple, give Totodile Brick Break for the coverage a fighting attack offers.. you also don't run the risk of losing your last attack in the event your opponent has two water types XD
I rather like the impish nature over the usual Jolly/Adamant. It allows you to take more hits for Dragon Dance to set up, and is why my Tyranitar has never been taken down [not that I've used it for more than eight or so battles XD]
Elekid looks alright, but consider a neutral or defense lowering nature and a mixed set.
Skorupi
How about Toxic Spikes or Confuse ray on Skorupi? Slash wouldn't really be very useful.. would hit Dark and Fighting types over Night Slash, but that's it. Finally, you could put Whirlwind and toxic spikes.. but then you'd have to sacrifice one of your useful attacks XD
Zubat
Unless you're set on using Zubat because you like it... I'd suggest finding a replacement. Even for Baby Cup, it has rather low stats as well as doubling up on poison-typing with Skorupi.
[or you can use Jeydis']
Why on earth does Meowth have a choice band? It has two statusing attacks >>
Meowth @ Wide Lens
Jolly Nature
Technician
-Fury Swipes
-Bite
-Aerial Ace
-Hypnosis
Fury Swipes + Technician + STAB = PAIN
Minimum power of 80, max power of 200, and it also breaks Substitute.
Bite covers ghosts and offers ever fun 30% flinch chance with meowth's speed.
Aerial Ace gives Fighting coverage with Tech boost
Hypnosis because Meowth is really fast and already holding a Wide Lens for Fury Swipes.
Fake Out is an alternative for Aerial Ace, and could quite often score you an instant KO... just rather cheap in my opinion.
Snover @ Occa Berry
Quiet/Brave Nature
Snow Warning ability
-Blizzard
-Ice Shard
-Seed Bomb/Wood Hammer
-Shadow Ball/Swords Dance
Full offense set... maybe not the wisest choice for Snover, but you can do some pretty annoying damage here XD
Blizzard will always hit in the Hailstorm, so use it over Ice Beam unless you're worried about PP
Ice Shard provides priority on anything that may have Focus Sashed or just barely lived.
Seed Bomb/Wood Hammer For a Physical STAB. Wood Hammer has Recoil, but extra power to it.
Shadow Ball will allow you to hit fire types if you're crazy enough to stay out against them, and will also allow you to hit Bronzor... The other three steel types are impossible to get around, I'm afraid. Blizzard will hit them in their weaker area though, Special defense.
Swords Dance Provides a really nice Power boost and could potentially allow sweeping with Ice Shard provided there is no fire type left on the team... and again, I'd rather switch away from fire than rely on the berry and try killing them.
and an alternative Snover set
Snover @ Leftovers
Relaxed/Sassy Nature
Snow Warning ability
-Blizzard
-Leech Seed
-Substitute
-Protect/Focus Punch
Blizzard any grass type that gets in your way, and Leech Seed + Hail stall anything else non-fire.
Leech Seed Primary damaging attack on this set, and also restores your HP
Substitute Will help shield you from damage, and can be really helpful in the event a fire type is switched in. You can get off a not-too-powerful blizzard and chance at freezing it for another [its fire attack will thaw it]. Or if you go for Focus Punch instead of protect, you could chance at KOing it even.
Focus Punch could come in handy if you get a substitute out without it instantly breaking.. and given Snover's speed, you can do that fairly easily.
Vulpix @ Bright Powder/Grip Claw
Calm Nature
Flash Fire ability
-Confuse Ray
-Fire Spin [Flamethrower is an option for power]
-Will-o-Wisp
-Dark Pulse
Slightly new set I just came up with... really the only new addition is changing flamethrower to Fire Spin to accomodate the baby cup. Vulpix will have comparably higher defenses in this baby cup, since nothing will be trained, so an annoyer set like this is really nice to use.
Confuse Ray right off the bat to kill 50% of the opponent's chance of attacking right then
Fire Spin next if they're not a physical attacker, so you can go ahead and trap them and begin steady damage.. all while they have a 50/50 shot of attacking.
Will o Wisp Will be before Fire Spin if they are a physical attacker, but otherwise should come after.. Doing it while they're trapped ensures a switch to something with Guts doesn't occur, as it might after they're hit with confusion. [if they've broken out of confusion here, use confuse ray again]
Dark Pulse over Extrasensory because of Dark Types. Extrasensory only hits Fighting and poison, and Will-o-Wisp will thoroughly cripple most baby-cup fighting types. Even if you are facing a fighting type, Dark Pulse is preferred for its effect.
10% miss with the Brightpowder
20% Flinch with Dark Pulse
50% Confusion attacking
losing 3/16 HP every turn in addition to Dark Pulse's damage.
Takes quite a bit of setup and a bit of luck, but this is probably one of the most annoying movesets you'll find XD
Simpler method here is to just add Confuse Ray to your vulpix. It can handle fine as a sweeper XD
Sandshrew @ [not sure myself]
Careful Nature
Sand Veil ability
-Night Slash
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock/Rapid Spin
-Counter
Night Slash hits anything with levitate or that can fly for neutral damage or better, I believe.
Earthquake for Powerful STAB
Rapid Spin if you'd rather keep your team safe from Spikes and it's like
Stealth Rock if you'd like to lay some of your own.
Counter with Sandshrew's defense can take out a good number of things after they've tanked up with just one swords dance.. Not sure how effective it will be before hand, 'Shrew might have too much defense.
