Soreo is Dead.
But who knows, Maybe Reina will make it past the first round?
She has this power cap that only goes as powerful as the person she's facing. Her defenses aren't affected, however.

Weapons: CN's Blade, Kunai with nylon threads and wristbands, shuriken, hover boards, smoke bombs, Chronos Watch, Spacius Amulet, H-Capsules, E-Capsules
Abilities:
Chronos Watch: Allows CN to slow or stop time at the cost of Spirua
Spacius Amulet: Allows CN to teleport at the cost of Spirua
Super strength
Super speed
Healing factor (more on the level of Deathstroke, not Wolverine or Deadpool!)
Spirua Attacks (can be used at the cost of Spirua)
Spirit Slash (a slash that goes into the spiritual plane and strikes at the foe's soul)
Spirit Stride (an incredible boost to speed and maneuverability)
Spirit Sight (allows CN to see on the spiritual plane, thus seeing only spirits and the outlines of the environment around him)
Shadow Keeper Transformation (CN balances the Yin and Yang of his spirit to enter his ultimate form and gain the power of his ancestors)

hm, Maybe Soreo Stands a Chance then. Probably not though.
The funny thing is, is that Shade has so many attacks and abilities that she forgets about them and uses what she has been using XD So she'll most likely use forcefields, transform into creatures, grow weapons on her body, use the shadows and light to hurt people, and copying the enemy's attack BUT ONLY AFTER SHE GETS HIT BY ONE! There... That's probably all she's going to use XD Maybe a few more things, but I'm not sure XD I don't even remember all of her attacks XD she just materializes crap from the air and destroys things with them, even taking things from other dimensions and using them in another dimension after tweaking it a little (transforming into a Demon Weapon from Soul Eater in the Sonic universe) and so on XD
oh, and I forgot to mention Reina's True Fire Guardian Form and her Hero Cerberus Form.
True Fire Guardian-
Every one of her Magic abilities are increased in power, And her Defenses are boosted Enough that she can Block punches from Gods.
Hero Cerberus-
She takes on the physique of the Greek Mythological being, and can use any assets to do with Him, trading her magic for Maximum Physical Potential, Even being able to outrun Timus in his Half-god Hero Form, and is stronger than Beno's True Air guardian Form.
True Fire Guardian-
Every one of her Magic abilities are increased in power, And her Defenses are boosted Enough that she can Block punches from Gods.

Also, Nevermind, Soreo is Screwed...
Shade's power cap actually makes her attacks not as powerful. They only time those are broken is when she's attacking someone whose as strong as her. The power cap will severely nerf her, so your character will have a chance against her.
um, Soreo has an Overpowered version of Astra, A move which is essentially Slashing loads of times, while invisible. and a lightning storm attack.
Yea, Shade won't be able to dodge that XD Her speed is proportional to her power. She is usually sub-sonic to sonic speeds regularly, but it'll be dumb down due to the power cap. So she'll go faster than your character, just not fast enough to dodge that XD although... If she gets hit enough times and actually watches your character, she will copy it.
