I haven't been online the past couple of days, sorry!
Anyway, giving OFA to a villain is contradictory to the source material, but is definitely more viable than giving it to one of the UA characters. Therefore, it's moreso a common enemy as opposed to a blatant "My story now" character or characters.

Name: Masahiro Tenso
Age: 14
Gender: Male
Alignment: Hero-In-Training
Appearance: Masahiro stands at 5'6'' and has a lanky physique. He has sky blue skin, pure white eyes, and white hair, and a fang constantly protruding over his bottom lip (which he hates) along with more sharp teeth (his appearance is in reference to Marvel's Nightcrawler.)
Quirk: Matter Substitution
Masahiro is able to trade locations with any inanimate object within his direct line of vision. He is unable to do this if they are over septuple his weight or made of any organic material. He has to reform the molecules of both him and the object, so he uses this to create new objects of the same material and weight (i.e. making a slab of metal into a pile of razors, or a boulder into a statue.)
Hero/Villain Name: The Reappearing Hero, Flick (probably gonna change it nfdsfhsbv)
Personality: Masahiro is incredibly blunt and isn't afraid to say exactly what he's thinking. This may prove to be a bad quality, but his direct comments may prove useful at times. He has never been much of a strategist but is incredibly good at improvising when push comes to shove. His extroversion and sociability make it easy for him to make friends.
Skills and Talents Besides Quirk: Masahiro is naturally agile and flexible, as well as being a talented acrobat. His dexterity is near unmatched (except by people with dexterity boosting quirks, of course) and he uses this to compliment him in hand-to-hand combat.
Weaknesses: Trading locations rapidly can cause him to become disoriented. He is also not that experienced when trading with complex objects, so he usually doesn't like trading places with machines. He also can't trade places with things other than solids.

Age: 28
Gender: Female
Alignment: Villain
Appearance: Being a counterpart of Overhaul, she has spiky brown hair cut short along with half-open eyes and noticeable bags under them. She has a lean frame a scar across her lips along with more on her left arm.
Quirk: Purify
Rin can remove illness, mutation, diseases or mutations, or any induced conditions. This returns the target to an unmodified state free from outside conditions. Rin can even use this to temporarily remove quirks, (as they are mutations), though they return after about 30 minutes for unknown reasons.
Hero/Villain Name: Panacea
Personality: As opposed to her seemingly kind quirk, Rin is incredibly cold. She is all business and when tasked with something, she worries about nothing else while getting it done. She always puts business first, but will really beat herself up if she fails at anything. She is a massive perfectionist and germophobe.
Skills and Talents Besides Quirk: Rin is skilled in boxing, which she uses to gain the upper hand when fighting quirkless opponents. She is also a capable leader, as her drive has already led her to run most of the Yakuza organizations in Musutafu.
Weaknesses:
-Purify cannot heal regular injuries.
-Her determination in battle may cause her to get herself hurt when she doesn't need to. She simply doesn't know when to stop.

Alignment: Villain
Appearance: Tatakai has long and spiky black hair. He is tall and has a muscular and well-built physique. His face is typically covered in the Eight Precept's signature plague mask. Underneath he has blue eyes and a defined jawline.
Quirk: Adrenaline Rush
Adrenaline's effect on Tatakai's body is magnified several times when compared to other fight-or-flight responses. His strength and reflexes are heightened while his sense of feeling is nullified, leading him to not feel any injuries until his quirk deactivates and allowing him to fight freely.
Hero/Villain Name: N/A
Personality: Tatakai has always been a rebel, not taking orders from anybody other than Rin Chisaki. He seems to be obsessed with victory and is very intense and passionate. In battle, he becomes mindless, simply obsessed with beating any opponents to pulps. Failing at anything, no matter how trivial it may be, damages his ego.
Skills and Talents Besides Quirk: Even without his quirk, he is naturally strong and can take it as well as he can dish it out.
Weaknesses: His body is still getting used to his quirk, so he usually emerges from fights with broken bones caused by something as simple as striking too hard.

Appearance: Has black hair in the same style as Sakata Gintoki's from Gintama, and he has blood red eyes. His costume is pretty much the same as Shouto Todoroki's but it is dark red. His height is around 6'0.
Quirk: Wildfire- Yusuke's quirk is quite a simple one to understand. It's just a standard fire quirk. He is able to control fire, breathe fire and do many other things. However his flames become more powerful when he is enraged, the flames then become blue.
Hero/Villain Name: Flameburst
Personality: Yusuke is quite laid back and relaxed, and it takes quite a lot to get him angry. However he enjoys fighting and testing his own and other people's strength.
Skills and Talents Besides Quirk: He is quite agile and is good at using throwing knives.
Weaknesses: After using his quirk for a while he can become very tired and in some cases he can blackout or become immobilized.
