Big shark mama taking her baby girl to school. The mom is holding Asami's hand as they walk to school. Her mom crouched down, "Hows my lil shark doo doo. Go out and make mommy proud! Try your best and you'll do well!" Shark mama said before standing up, letting go of Asami's hand.So just to ask, is it okay if I have Asami's mom be a pro hero or is there a rule against that? I'll edit my post if it is an issue but wanted to ask if that bit of her backstory is alright.
Nice catch. Did not notice that either...Also uh @Barefoot_Kittens I think you put the MHA RP thread in the Pokemon section rather than general ^^'''

Name: Marik Myorik
Hero Name (Optional): TBD
Age (Year 2): 15
Appearance (Detailed please):
Shaggy brunette hair pushed back and to the left, allowing a small portion of bangs to hang over his dark amber eyes. 5’11” in height, remarkably average in body type, and pale skin.
In public, Tashi is commonly seen wearing a white T-shirt with either a black hoodie, or black overshirt. On his lower half, he wears dark blue or black, boot cut jeans. To accompany his boot-cut jeans, he’s also commonly seen in a pair of black...boots (shocker). If not in boots, he’ll typically wear a simple pair of black sneakers with white trim.
Hero Costume (Optional): While in combat, Marik typically prefers to wear a simple, sleeveless, maroon shirt; giving him plenty of exposed skin in an effort to avoid tearing his clothes with his quirk.
His legs are covered by a pair of black, paramilitary style combat pants with plenty of pocket-room for supplies. His shoes are akin to the ones he wears in his day to day life...only now with a perfectly circular hole cut into the front of each boots toe.
Personality (Detailed please): Marik wants to be friendly and socially active, but’s he’s got a bad habit of losing his temper over little issues.
Being self-aware of his own temper, but feeling incapable of fixing it, has caused Marik to socially distance himself from his peers. This, in turn, led to Marik feeling intense social anxiety anytime he has to talk in front of his classmates or teachers.
But now that he’s moving to a new school, he has a chance to rectify things. He plans to break out of his shell and interact more with those around him.
Just socially-underdeveloped boy trying to pass as a normal kid.
Time Spent (where was your character before the school opened?): Marik is an American transfer student, all but new to Japan. While most likely feel hesitant about finding out they had to pack up and move across the world, the amber-eyed boy couldn’t have been more thrilled to be given this ‘second chance’ at having a social life.
What’s more, Marik’s time in solitude has given him the chance to experiment with his limited powers, allowing him to pick up a few neat tricks along the way.
With everything looking up, Marik felt ready to take on this new chapter of his life.
Quirk (Type): Osteomancey Transformation with Emitter qualities.
Explanation: Marik capable of freely manipulating, emitting, and altering his entire skeletal-structure at will.
This has a plethora of uses, such as hardening his bones, transforming them into weapons, firing them as projectiles, etc.
When bones are ejected from his body, they leave no wounds behind, and can be reinserted with ease.
Setback: While Marik is capable of utilizing his bones in a quite versatile fashion, he’s incapable of generating new bone material, meaning...he’s limited to bones in his body.
As you may know...removal of ones entire skeletal structure is a pretty sure-fire way to immediately die, so he must study his own anatomy extensively, and only utilize bones that aren’t debilitating.
What’s more, Marik has to regularly take a unique calcium supplement supplement especially made to assist with his quirk.
Without this pill, Marik’s bones will gradually degrade in durability, resulting in stress-fractures during combat that must heal at the same rate as normal bones.
I'd just like to point out that 15 year old is year 1 age and not year 2

I have a question, I mentioned in Asami's backstory bit for this that she took classes out West before transferring to a local school, do you think it might be possible that Asami and Marik might be familiar with each other? Even if only some surface level given Marik's social distance nature and Asami's crippling shyness. Just figured this might be an interesting bit of history to possibly explore.
This exam is more complicated than I wanted it to be T.T Let me break it down for you. It will also be fleshed out in my next RP post (which will be up soon)
The first part is an obstacle course. You should be able to detail the entire thing in one post. You'll choose 5 obstacles for your character to take, the options being:
- Monkey bars
- Rock wall
- Rope wall
- Balance Beam
- Floating boxes
- Rope Crawl
- Tire run
- Zipline
The second part is just a long ass run. Also should be done in a single post. The last part is villain/survival orientated so it will take more posts. Please don't post the next part until everyone has posted.
Let me know if you have questions or I was unclear on anything.
She's gonna do better than Ren. Can Ren even focus long enough to balance on a beam and get to the other side?Asami will likely go for Monkey Bars, Rock Wall, Balance Beam, Floating Boxes, & Zipline.
I like how literally none of these are things Asami's quirk helps her with XD. Though I'll least argue her scaly skin can help with a tighter grip for things like the Monkey Bars & Rock Wall.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it Ren who said that, not Yu?"W-wow..." Asami said, as she picked up on one student nicknamed "Batman" by Yu
