Alright a couple of things. One. While I gave Eevee and would've given Dave a pass since I rped with them enough and know what they can do. You can only have one power. Look at the first post. You can have telekinesis and eventually learn how to use it in a psedo flight.

Secondly those really aren't side effects. Side effects tend to harm the user in some way.
