The wards of the base is like a prison with multiple sectors in order from least dangerous to most. The Basic Ward, Cautious Ward, Dangerous Ward, Deadly Ward. Which Pokémon are you? How did you get here? How deadly are you? Are you brainwashed? Will you escape?

Backstory: Sahina was created as a mask to the dead which was soon possessed and taking over a spirit turning it into a yamask. She Used her days napping in the tombs. Soon she evolved and was later caught by Warren's Grunts. She had experiments done to her until she lost her sanity. She was placed in the Dangerous ward due to this and soon was so corrupted she became evil. Some days she would have to been struck down by guards due to her hostile nature.
Extra: She has a Black mask unlike a normal shiny cofagrigus's normal one.

Backstory: Fury belonged to a young boy when he was a Growlithe. When the boy became a trainer, they battled against a Rocket grunt and lost, the grunt kidnapping him and keeping him for a short time. The grunt forced him to evolve before sending him here. He avoids killing, as he knows he would lose his mind if he did so. However, he is not adverse to making others think he will hurt them.
Extra: Keeps a charcoal on a chain around his neck.

Backstory: Rose was a wild Pokeon who lived in a Kalos Allearth Forest. Team Flare burned down her home and caught her. They tried to train her and evolve into dangerous Umbreon, but she escaped. Team Galactic found her and send her here when they realise she is trying to avoid battles.

Hello! It looks like you're trying to write a role play!​

Unfortunately, this particular RP doesn't quite follow the rules yet. Never fear, however, you're not far off

What I've done is to move this thread into the Pokémon Role Play Discussion section. This is because of how we do role plays here: we tend to have two threads for a role play – one, in the main Pokémon Role Play section, is for the RP itself – so you do all the RPing there. The other is in the Pokémon Role Play Discussion section, which is used for OOC (out of context) parts of the role play, such as an OOC introduction ("In this RP, you are adventuring with a talking Dunsparce named Steve..."), questions and conversation about the role play, sign-ups, and so on. In short, if you're speaking as your character, it goes in the RP thread proper, and otherwise it goes here.

I've moved your thread here so that you can do all the introduction and sign-up stuff you're after. Once you're ready to start, make a new thread in the Pokémon Role Play section, include a link here, and then start writing your story – that way you'll be following our rules, and it's much easier for people reading your RP to follow it and understand what's going on.

(Quick question: since this takes place in Kanto, does this mean this is a Team Rocket based operation or a lone organization?)

Prior Trainer?: Yes (Team Rocket Grunt)
Backstory: He was caught as a Shinx by a Team Rocket Grunt and raised in the organization. He didn't like the work that the organization did, but he was fond of his trainer and loyal to a fault. However, the Grunt eventually gave him up to Professor Warren under orders, which infuriated him. Instead of being brainwashed, Warren's experiments amplified his feelings of betrayal, and he became bitter, untrusting, and sometimes vicious. He still retained his sense of humor, but it became a little dark and morbid. He doesn't get along with many, but he will do anything to hurt Warren and his followers and escape, regardless of what he has to do or who he needs to team up with. For the most part, in the beginning, he spends his time alone and only acts out when provoked.
Extra: A black collar around his neck given to him by his trainer, because despite the hate he feels for her, he can't really bring himself to get rid of it, and he refuses to acknowlege the lingering sadness he feels from it.
