"Oh yeah,Alejandro told me 'bout that!He thought that 'Aker was part of Team Plasma!Heh,I'd like to see that!"Michael said with chuckles.
"Hey,we were thinking about doing a race!"Jodi said happy."You know,in the water,on our Pokemon.If you have a Pokemon that could swim,you could join us!"And with those words,they went back to their towels and trowed 2 PokeBalls in the water.Out of them appeared Sam's Dragonair and Alejandro's Sharpedo. They waited a minute to pet them and then got on their backs.Michael turned to the others and called out"Do you guys want to participate too?"

"Then you're lame."Michael said at Otis's words.
"Michael!Ugh...Then I guess it's just us."Jodi said,sighing.
"On the count to 3.One...Two...THREE!!!!!"They both took off at impressive speed,doing a lap around Azure Bay.In about 3 minutes,they could see the finish line.They were neck in neck but the winner was.....None.They both finished at the same time.
"Ugh!Come on!How could we tie?!And how did we manage to keep our clothes dry?!"Michael yelled frustrated.
"I don't really know..."Jodi said disappointed.They both dismounted their Pokemon and went back to sit on their beach towels.

"Okay,stop bickering.You're giving me a headache."Jodi said irritated.
"Okay!Gee. But anyway...Anyway....I don't even know what to talk about!"He just got 2 lollipops from his bag,gave one to Jodi,and just looked blankly at the sea.

When Michael heard what Otis had said,he got up and went over to the glass container.He opened it and got out the Komala cupcake.After that,he devoured it in 20 seconds.He then went back to his towel and began stretching.
"What did you do that for?"Jodi asked him surprised.
"'Cause of life."Michael said calm.

She personally didn’t care, a cupcake couldn’t make her sad. Otis began petting Nia, while the rest of her Pokémon gathered around her. But, one of her Pokémon didn’t. This Pokemon was Joey, an Unfezant with a bad temper. He was glaring at Michael, fury burning in his eyes.

Michael sympathetically waved at Joey,who seemed to be glaring at him."Oh,so apparently Joey and Clara evolved!Finally!I was beginning to think that you wouldn't let them evolve!"He chuckled and looked back at the Unfezant and thought about something."So,given that your bird hates me,I say we have a battle!And to even it out,I'll get a Pokemon that hates you!"He got out Spar,who wasn't even around for a second,and he was already glaring at Otis."So,what do you think?"

Joey started to growl deeply at Michael’s response. Otis picked Joey up, and gave him a tight hug. “I’m not interested in having my special Joey fight such a weak Pokémon.” The rest of her Pokémon didn’t know what was going on, but they were ready to defend their trainer.

Joey’s mind snapped, and he launched himself at Michael, attempting to hurt him. His wings started to glow and he aimed an Air Slash at Michael’s face. Otis called out to Joey, trying to tell him to stop. All Joey did was let out loud squawk and kept on attacking.

Michael laughed when he saw that Joey wanted to hurt him.He just stepped to the side,and Joey flew right past him.After that,Wobbuffet came out of his PokeBall and turned to his trainer."Wobbuffet,get ready to use Mirror Coat and or Counter.Just make sure you don't get hurt."The Pokemon nodded and looked at Joey with an intense glare.

Joey landed on the ground softly on his talons, and he turned around to return the glare. The rest of Otis’ Pokémon started to attack as well. Nia used Steamroller, Spirit sent a large Leaf Storm towards them, Clever sneakily used Pursuit on Michael, and Mary stood next to Otis to protect her. Clara shared Joey’s hatred and helped in the attack by using Dragon Breath.

"..."Michael stood there,with a sad look in his eyes."I...Didn't want this to happen.But...I guess it was bound to.I'm not the one that wants revenge for that night,you are."A tear rolled across his cheek as every Pokemon that he had on him appeared. Weavile countered the Leaf Storm with Blizzard,Blaziken countered Steamroller with Low Kick,Wobbuffet countered Pursuit with Mirror Coat,Pyroar used Flamethrower on Joey,Diggersby and Spar tried to break Mary's Protect with Stone Edge,and so did Eevee with Shadow Ball and the same did Zebstrika,Marshtomp and Sharpedo with a combination of Thunderbolt and Waterfall,and so did Grovyle with Energy Ball.Michael sighed sad,while Jodi ran behind a tree to protect herself.

"Y-you're right" Ray blushed a bit. "Sorry about that..."

When Azumi wheeled him inside, Ray was surprised by how enthusiastically Mr Towers greeted him and tried his best to match the man's energy.
"Y-yeah! Wow! This is quite the elevator... a full-blown elevator... installed just for me... you really shouldn't have!"
As Ray got a look at his room, and the snorlax bed, he realized that Mr Towers must've been the one behind the flames on his wheelchair as well... but Ray wasn't picky, and he was just grateful to have a place to stay.
"This is perfect!" he said to Mr Towers. "Thanks again for doing all this for me..."

“You think this is my doing?! First of all, you are the one who started the fight, and second, I’m trying to stop this fight!” Otis called out to all of her Pokémon, telling them to stop fighting. Then, she pulled out five Pokeballs and returned Nia, Joey, Clara, Spirit, and Clever before they got hurt. Mary stayed however, to continue protecting Otis. She struggled against the Pokemon’s attacks, but the Protect stayed up in order to prevent herself and Otis from getting hurt.

"Yeah,I guess so..."Michael said,rolling his eyes.He called back his Pokemon,and then turned his back to everyone. He went for a little swim,after he got changed,behind a tree.When he got into the water,Michael sank to the bottom.He wore a snorkel on his head,which had a long pipe or whatever is that.When he came to the surface again,he had a Clampearl pearl in his hands.He went over to Otis and gave her the pearl"I'm sorry."He then went back in the water,to search for other stuff.

Otis started to relax when everyone’s Pokémon went back in their Pokeballs, including Mary. She watched as Michael brought her a pearl, and her reply was a sigh. There was no use in arguing again, so she just accepted it and said, “Forgiveness is yours. Let’s just hope your family doesn’t copy what happened today when they see me.”

Maker just watched from far away. She grabbed a popsicle and began to eat it. She looked at the situation confused, trying to figure what was going on.
"Should I interfere?" She said as the attacks flew before her.
When she noticed that Otis and Michael returned their Pokemon, she walked over to Otis. "That was intense! What was that about?"


Azumi made sure everything was prepared to go. She had her swimsuit underneath her clothes and had stuffed her bag with different items. Including her pokeballs. She stood by the entrance waiting for Ray and her Father to return.

"I knew you would like! I just threw in some random stuff, barely even thought about it." Mr. Towers said with a proud smile. "Anything you need before you head out to the beach?"

She turned towards Maker. “Well, an argument turned into a fight. You are lucky that you missed it.” Otis sat back down on the soft sand, gazing at the sky. A variety of emotions flashed through her head, and it could be seen in her eyes. “If you want to know what caused this, Maker, ask Michael.”

Jodi sighed with relief when she saw that the fight was over.She went over to her towel,just when Michael popped out of the water with a radiating face"YOU!WILL NOT!BELIEVE THIS!!!!!"He yelled excited.
"What is it?"Jodi asked confused.
"So,underwater there were like,a crap ton of Pokemon species,and there were hundreds of Clampearl!And like,I totally found a Shiny one,and she didn't mind that I took her pearl!Look at it!"He revealed a shiny yellow pearl.
"Wow,that's so cool!"Jodi said amazed.
"Yeah,and 'cause you're like,my best friend from the abomination that was this adventure,I want you to have it!"
"Really?"
"'Course I do!"He then looked at Maker and called out to her"Do you want me to find you a pearl too?"

"Sure!" Maker replied back to Michael. She then turned her attention to Otis. "I don't need to know. It's none of my business. Anyways, I'm heading to Unova in 3 weeks. If you want to wait, we can go together!"


Mr. Towers wheeled Ray back outside, where Azumi was waiting. "Come back safely." He told his daughter.
Azumi smiled and began to wheel Ray out of the mansion and towards the beach. "I hope you're hungry." She said as they passed by the front gate. "So did you talk to my dad? Are we in the clear?"

"Alright!"Michael yelled,diving back into the water.After about 3 minutes,he was back with a shiny pink pearl.He ran over to Make and handed it to her."Here you go!"He said happy.He skipped back into the water,as his Pokemon came out.This time,they didn't go for Otis,they were just enjoying the water,except for Blaziken,who was sitting under the umbrella.Jodi decided to go swimming,so she went to change behind a tree,getting out all of her Pokemon in the water,except for Charmander,who was also sitting under the opposite umbrella.After they got into the water,the 2 parties began a splashing war.

"Sounds great! I love having someone to travel with." Maker replied back with a smile.
"Thanks for the Pearl!" She called out to Michael.
Just then a big white van arrived, with the title "Swinub's Ice Cream". Maker rushed to them and the servents began unloading giant tubs of ice cream, setting them on the table in the tent. Maker supervised the operation carefully. "Sundaes are here guys!" Maker yelled at everyone.

When Michael and Jodi heard the word "sundae"they immediately rushed into the tent,picked up their sundaes and yelled"Thanks!"They left the tent as fast as they entered it.Them and their Pokemon quickly ate the sundaes,but they gained massive bran freezes. Blaziken and Charmander sighed and began heating up everyone with their tails(Charmander) and fists(Blaziken).After that,Michael felt energy running through his body.His hands started to move on their own,and soon his legs started doing that too.His face started radiating with happiness,and he began running everywhere.The term that he would use to what he was feeling is SUGAR RUSH.He was running so fast that sand got everywhere.

All of her Pokémon including herself got some sundaes. Otis reaction to how Michael was acting, was this, “Michael... can you not get a sugar rush right now? Sand is flying everywhere, including my face.” She brushed off some sand that was sprayed on her face.

Michael stopped when she saw Otis looking at him.His face was radiating from happiness."Hi!What's up?Why do you look so mad?Did you like the sundae?I loved it!It was so good!Just like your cupcake!And mine!I ate them all today!I love sugar!Do you?Why do you wear glasses?How is it to live in Unova?Did you have trouble with Team Plasma?Why did you choose Snivy?Why did you come to Kalos?Do you think that Aldous is in pain right now?I sure hope so!So how was your day?Was it nice?Do you hate me now?I have so many questions to ask you!!!!"Michael quickly laughed and started to jump in place,looking happy at Otis.

"I haven't said anything to him about us yet..." Ray responded. "I didn't want to get myself kicked out of the house after I only just arrived..." he joked. "But don't worry: I'll talk to him later, once we get back. He seems to like me, well enough..."
It was a beautiful day out, and Ray was thoroughly enjoying the salty sea breeze and they made their way to the beach, especially after being cooped up in the hospital for the past couple days...

Azumi managed to get Ray through the sand and into the tent. Where she saw Maker and Otis talking. "Hey everyone." She said with a smile. She also noticed Michael and Jodi. She waved hello to them.
Azumi whispered to Ray. "By the way, Maker knows. She kinda forced me to tell her." Azumi said, remembering what her sister put her through the night before.

Maker looked over at Ray. "Good morning douchebag!" She stuffed her mouth with ice cream. "Flad fu fee you fave."

Azumi prepared a sundae for Ray and gave it to him. "Do you need help with that?" Seeing he only had one good arm.

"Longtime no see!" Ray greeted everyone. "Thanks for the warm welcome..." he rolled his eyes at Maker.

When Azumi brought Ray the sundae, he attempted to balance it on his knee and prod at it with a spoon using his good arm... but he almost wound up knocking it over and spilling it on himself.
"Ugh, I can't really hold it in place - yeah, I may need your help, if that's okay..."
He looked up at her and smirked:
"I expect you to make airplane noises, y'know, or else I won't eat it!"
he joked as he opened his mouth...
