Chosen Favourites Tournament - Battle Brackets

Battle brackets are now up ladies and gents. Battles will take place in 6vs6 Singles 1-match knockouts with the exception of the final match, which will be best 2-out-of-3. The last competitor standing will be Chosen Favourites Champion and will earn that as their forum title.

So, without further ado, the matchups are as follows:

ROUND 1

SpaxThePacifist vs MegaBlastoise15
AzureEdge vs -BYE-
Brendan Savem vs Lodz_Darkanine

ROUND 2

Shocari vs AzureEdge
MegaBlastoise15 vs -BYE-

FINAL

You have until October 21st to complete your first round matches. Organize your matches with your opponents via PM or use the 'Charms chat, whatever works out best. If there are any issues with the deadline, make sure to let either myself or your opponent know; just vanishing off the face of the site without any good reason or withdrawing at this stage for no good reason will affect your eligibility to compete in future tournaments.

Any battle replays are to be sent to me via PM. Do NOT post them in this thread or publicly anywhere else - we don't want people's teams being given away without their consent.

Once your matchup is complete, both players are required to post the result of the battle to confirm it. All battle results go in this thread.

Round 1 is done. Brendan and Lodz are DQ'd for failing to respond to the PM.

Round 2 is now up, deadline is 30th October.

Remember, the final battle is best 2 out of 3.

Hopefully you'll get it done within a week, but since no-one's waiting for you you can get it done at your earliest convenience, whenever that is.

Replays should be in the Battle Videos topic soon. Next tournament is the STAB only tournament discussed in the New Tournaments topic. There is currently a vote going on in there to decide the rules, so if you wish to compete and have an opinion on those rules being discussed, feel free to voice your opinion.
