Try this:
I use https://imgsafe.org/ (Img Safe | Free Image Host) to host my stuff these days. Its fast and simple. Browse to find your image on your PC. After selecting it, it will show up at the bottom of the page. Click the upload button under the image preview. After the loading bar disappears click the image preview itself and it will open in a new tab. Take the url from that page and come back to pokecharms. Click the Image button and paste the link in the pop up.
It should then show up in your signature area.

Hello hello! Do you also make sprites for characters from shows, video games, etc? If so, i'd love one of this mcfreakin jerk gentleman if you're able! His mask/cane/hat is 100% optional. Maybe with the Ace Trainer M (Snow) base from HeartGold/SoulSilver? A Sableye by his side would also be fantastic!
His design is understandably tricky, but can be simplified. I've never tried my hand at making sprites so i'm not sure if this is too much. In any case, it would be very appreciated!

She has thick, long blond hair, in a ponytail down to her spine. She's wearing a dark blue sleeveless sweatshirt, and black joggers. She has light brown eyes, light skin, and she wears converse high tops. And she has fire coming out of her hand, earth coming out of the other, wind, all around her, and a streak of water, around her waist. I hope this isn't too much to ask...

Same hair as The lass Sprite except her hair is a bit longer and she is Blonde with one Piece of hair longer than her other hair. That piece of hair is Orange fading into brown at the bottom.
Her T-Shirt is Black in colour and she has a Red vest over top. She is wearing short jeans and has one of those ring belts.they look like this,I don't know what they're called:
