Private/Closed Dragon Ball Burst

Sasha held the Senzu Bean in her hand upon receiving it and proceeded to eat it, thus healing her wounds. Before Icicure could go anywhere, Sasha quickly held her hand without thinking. She doesn't even face Icicure as she does this and just looks down.

Druc smiled, combining his beam with Eginog’s once again. If the Saiyan’s guard was pierced, the fight would be over.

Ken and Ji looked at each other in shock. "Was that...?!"
"We've got to figure out what's happening up there." Ken replied, dashing towards his ship. "We may need the AXOM earlier than expected if Lute got taken out..."
"Wait, but he said for us to stay out of it!" Ji replied. "Plus, isn't that the King?"
"Yes, that's the King's forces." Ken confirmed with the camera placed at the top of the mountain. "Which is exactly why we need to be prepared for any sort of attack. ...maybe we can get in contact with Arcie." Ken opened his communicators, attempting to broadcast a signal to Arcie's ship.

Damunga sat in the room with Arcie, but had yet to say much of....anything. As he opted to remain silent while Arcie gazed him. Arms on her thighs as she swung her legs on the bed across from Damunga as she sensed the awkward tension but wanted to avoid asking about it again. She already got Damunga to agree to this much and she felt if she pushed too much However, she eventually worked up the guts to ask when Damunga kept silent for another few minutes and felt she needed to get the conversation going.

"So....that woman, was she your sister?" Arcie asked, as she had heard the dialogue between Damunga and Demona and made the guess but she felt something like this was a simple enough question to see what Damunga had been willing to share. Damunga glanced at the floor away from Arcie before he eventually let out a sigh.

"Yes. My twin sister actually, born 23 seconds after I had been." Damunga asked, which was enough for Arcie to raise an eyebrow. Not it probably had not been crazy for Damunga to be informed of when he was born compared to his sibling but to remember it to the specific second seemed curious to her.

"23 seconds exactly? I don't know if I needed to know that but if she is your sister then why did she attack us like this? I mean I know that you probably would say "it's our way" but I'd like to think even demons valued family. Plus....she seemed to have it out for you, n-no offense." Arcie said, as she inquired about this sister as Damunga remained silent about this. For what had felt like an eternity but in truth had been a minute or two at the most. Eventually, he let out a sigh as he faced Arcie.

"Simple. Those 23 seconds mean more than you know, and in her eyes I stole everything from her." Damunga explained, which caused Arcie to internally flinch as she could feel the chill in the words, but before more could be talked about, a notification on her wrist monitor informed her of a message sent as she got up and had an apologetic look to Damunga.

"S-sorry, but we got a message. I'll be back soon." Arcie said as she quickly moved to the command chair and went to inspect what the message sent to her was.

Celacion stood on one knee on the piece of asteroid he landed on looking at the combined attack of his opponents being launched at him. "I'll be done for if that hit." He thought before pushing himself to stand up. "I'm not going down here!" He shouted as he powered up to Super Saiyan. Celacion generated a barrier around him which collided with the beam. Roaring as he struggled against the combined energy blast, the force of the beam eventually proved too strong for the Saiyan to handle in his current state and he was blown away by the attack. "No! Crap!" Celacion groaned as he was blown away.

"Hm." Druc spoke faintly, nodding as the Saiyan was blasted into the distance.
"For all his strength, he couldn't dodge for beans." The elite, Iscrem, chuckled. "Come along now, boys. Lord Dridice is waiting to return home, and out here we're just in the way of his ships. Furthermore, I have some interesting knowledge to divulge..." Iscrem floated back towards the command ship, Druc following. Druc took the frozen Namekian, bringing him with him.

"I've got a link." Ken said, tapping away at his keyboard.
Big problem. Lute is down. Can't reach Celacion. Dridice is home. We're in trouble. I know we've only recently met up, but please. We need help.
"You think they'll be able to help?" Ji wondered.
"They took down the Tuffle. All I'm worried about is if we can actually get them to help or not." Ken sighed. "If worst comes to worst, though, that Saiyan data should be all we need to finish the AXOM..." Ken looked ominously to the large figure concealed behind the drapes within the ship.

Arcie was sent the message from Ken, which immediately made her eyes widen in response. She had not known them for long, but Ken and Ji had been nice and were of great help to their group during that dire encounter with the Truffles. If the situation was as bad as Ken described it, then there wasn't any debate to be made. They needed to help. Arcie worked to type out a response.

Don't worry, we'll be there to help. If you can send any information of where you are that will be helpful.

In any event, Arcie worked to try and trace where the message had from sent from to her navigation system to make a path, in the event Ken could not clarify the excat coordinates, as she got on her ship's mic that would send her message to all the rooms.

"Alright guys, change of plans. Seems our old buddies back on the Truffle crisis are in need of help. Seems Dridice has them in dire straights, and an SOS was sent from Ken to us." Arcie explained to the group which caused Damunga to let out a sigh as he had a scowl on his face.

Oh joy, the brat is taking charge now. Marvelous.

As soon as Icicure was ready to leave and let Sasha rest, she jumped after she felt that something had grabbed her hand. Icicure looked back to see that it was indeed Sasha who had grabbed her hand, though she seemed to be looking down.

"Sasha-" Icicure was able to say out loud before she was interrupted by Arcie's announcement, though Icicure had then frozen in fear as soon as she heard the name she had dread since she was a child.

"Lord Dridice," Icicure shakily said, "No. No no no no no. Why now? Why now of all times?" Icicure had begun to panic she had no idea to do, other than just stand in place and let the tears fall down her face.

(@Sarah316 I think it's a good time to introduce Jin)

Before Sasha could hear Icicure finish her sentence, Arcie's announcement unfortunately interrupted the moment that had been set up for the two. This left the young Saiyan a bit annoyed and upset as she slowly let go of Icicure's hand. 'Seriously!? Why now!? I was so close!' She thought to herself and sighed to shrug it off.

Sasha listened to what Arcie had to say and thought, 'Dridice? Where have I heard that name before.' She looked back up and saw that Icicure was having a panic attack after hearing that name. "Icicure? What's wrong?" She asked with a worried tone as she stood up from her bed.

~~~~~Gnaugawa~~~~~
On a world that appeared to be a literal dumpster in every since of the word, a young woman who wore a light blue mask to compliment her matching colored tunic seemed to walk around one of the many "ship yards" of the planet. Basically a load of scrap heap from various ships that either crashed here or were shot down by the planet's "collectors" who prayed upon unaware travelers or those who passed the system.
Unless it was a Drididce marked cruiser or ship. Then all of a sudden they developed this "honor" against such a policy. Bunch of cowards they were in the woman's eyes but that mattered little now. No the woman was busy doing an exchange sale; as she brought in a few spare valued items from another world and looked to trade them in for some credits. This was routine for her, as she developed the nickname "the phantom" of these ship yards as she seemed to disappear and reappear on the world regularly with no signs of ship travel being used. A curious mystery, but for the ones who traded with her something of little concern.
Floating across the empty void of space, Celacion was barely conscious, using the last bit of his will to keep himself awake. “Is this it for me? Am I done?” He thought before growling. “Damn, In the end I wasn’t good enough to help anyone. I wish I had another chance to get stronger.” He thought before his eyes slowly began to close. Celacion eventually drifted to the ship graveyard planet Gnaugawa and entered its orbit, slowly falling closer to the planet’s surface.
Damunga decided that sitting in his room after such an announcement had been made by Arcie was not the most productive decision and began to walk down the hall with the apparent intent to go speak with the young pilot; who already began preparations for a light speed launch.
Though along the way, Damunga glanced over to the room Icicure and Sasha had been in as Icicure seemed to have a troubled look on her face. Seems that the announcement made by the brat concerned her, and Damunga was too curious about what the girl knew of Dridice in the extended details to ignore it. So he moved into the room.
"Look like you've seen a ghost. Dridice got you that spooked?" Damunga asked, his tone had a lack of actual concern but more of curiosity. Arcie herself switched on the main thrusters and soon enough shifted to light speed as she began the trip to Ken's coordinates. Hopefully, they'd be able to make it in time.
The woman, along her way to make a transaction, took note of what appeared to be a shooting star of some kind. Though as she squinted behind her mask she noted the "star" seemed quite small and almost human shaped as it soon began to descend as it appeared to be on a collision course with a large junk section with a torn up haul of a former large star ship.
With a sigh, she decided the curiosity was too great. Maybe the item was of value, and if it happened to be a person well....she couldn't ignore that either. And with a sudden vanish, she teleported over to the wound be crash spot as she aimed to deliver an air palm strike at the "shooting star" in the hopes it would strike and slow the object down for a....less devastating collusion with the ground. Which would either be her effort to save the person or a means to preserve the object if it wasn't a person.
Icicure couldn’t face either Sasha or Damunga, as her fear of what was to come had made her stiff. She even started to tremble and shake. This was the most afraid she had ever been in her entire life.
Though, Icicure was able to say something, though it was something unpleasant.
“We’re all going to die,” Icicure muttered under her breath.
Sasha frowned a bit at Damunga's tone, but the frown quickly disappeared as a look of concern appeared on the Saiyan's face. She also managed to barely hear what Icicure mumbled, to which she found unsettling.
"Icicure, what's wrong?" Sasha asked as she gently placed her hands on the Acrosian's cheeks. She gently tried to move Icicure's head to have both their faces face each other and then proceeded to wipe her tears away. "Talk to us. What's got you spooked up all of a sudden?" Sasha asked.
Damunga would have added on with a comment of his own, but given the way frowned at his earlier comment decided that it was not worth the effort. Damunga glanced over to Icicure as she heard the fear-induced mumbles as Sasha asked what had been bothering her, something that Damunga could take a guess on.
"Well, given the brat's comments about where we are going. I presume it concerns this Dridice." Damunga explained to Sasha but lacked the personal details that Icicure had on the subject.
Icicure, still not paying any attention to either Damunga or Sasha, decided to bolt out of the room she was in and ran towards the control room where Arcie was operating the ship.
“We can’t face Dridice!” Icicure screamed in a panic, “He isn’t like anyone you’ve ever faced before!”
Icicure would then try to change the course of direction Arcie was planning to head to, so that the ship wouldn’t go anywhere near Dridice’s ship or Acrosia.
As Celacion came crashing down onto the junk planet, henoticed the pile of debris in his way with the last bit of his consciousness. He instinctively held his hand out and with his fleeting strength, shot a tiny energy blast which veered his slightly out of his original trajectory. The tiny energy blast shot by Celacion would land on a different part of the planet and flatten a miniscule area while Celacion's now fully unconscious body crashed into the ground in another area.
The women watched as the falling individual managed to use the last of his strength to land himself in another, less crowded section of the junk yard while his blast created a small amount of damage. With a sigh, she quickly vanished from her spot and appeared in a flash next to the fallen Celacion as she crouched down to check for a pulse.
Well, he is alive. Somehow, barley. Between that and the ki blast he shot out he is far from an ordinary individual...
The woman stood and debated what to do. This guy needed medical attention, and on this walking dump such help was non-existent for organic beings. If she just left him here, well....somebody who might have an urge to sell kidneys would get to him first and he'd otherwise possibly die from his wounds. Still, what could she do?
She could always take him....there...but that idea was far from appealing. She'd be far from welcomed and bringing a "mortal" to that place could doom him more than help him. But she lacked other options as she tried to think; thankful that this was the craziest thing that could happen today. Silver linings....
Damunga blinked a bit as Icicure sped off like a mad woman, but paid it no other mind. He presumed she'd try to get Arcie to change course out of this fear for Dridice which in truth only....
Kekekekekekekkkekekekekekke...!!!!
Then the ship began to rock. It began with a low rumble, nothing too out of the ordinary but soon the alarms sound as the ship began to violently rock off course and moved about in this rumbling mess. Damunga was confused, what the heck in all his time with the brat she had never been this bad piloting the s...
Then it hit him.
Icicure!
"L-let go of the controls! You are gonna make us crash! What's gotten into you!?"
Arcie shouted her questions in a panic, as she tried to wrestle the controls out of Icicure's hand and straighten the ship. No easy task considering the vast physical strength difference between the two but Arcie was tenacious as she gripped with all her might and kicked and pushed at Icicure; anything to try and get her to loosen her grip on them as she came in like a man possessed and began to try and steer the ship somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Though in their struggle, the ship was sent from its path on a wild crash course, and by the time Arcie managed to get her hands on that sleep gun to try and knock Icicure out it had proved to be too late; as they entered the atmosphere. Arcie's one last cry overheard before the violent crash that followed.
"BRACE FOR IMPACT!!!"
Don't worry, we'll be there to help. If you can send any information of where you are that will be helpful.
Ken began to frantically type in the coordinates to the base. But just as he was about to send...
The signal of the ship vanished.
"...what the...?" Ken's eyes opened wide. What just happened?! He shouldn't have been able to lose the signal in the first place except for...
Letting out a curse, Ken smacked the keyboard. "Guess we're relying on them finding us before Dridice does."
"Hey, Ken! We've got to go!" Ji said, her motorcycle revving up.
"I know that, but we have to move the AXOM." Ken replied. "And I don't think your motorcycle can carry it."
Ji cringed. "The plane?"
"It'd get shot down."
"Can you move it on its own?"
"Not enough power..." Ken looked around. "We'll just have to hope the base can be maintained without us. I'm shutting down everything but the charging. Hopefully it can pass for just some mountain while we leave." Ken began tapping away at the computer. Soon enough, everything went dark.
A moment later, Ji and Ken rode out of the base through the secret entrance on Ji's bike.
Icicure would quickly let go off the controls when Arcie pushed her away, but she was fine at that point. She got what she wanted, which was to stray away from Dridice. So Icicure would then lift up her hand, and created a ki-barrier around the entire ship.
The ship would then land in a heap of garbage, but there was no damage done to it thanks to the barrier Icicure had created. Icicure would then get rid of the barrier when everything was okay.
“I’m so sorry, Arcie,” Icicure said, “But we can’t face Dridice. We wouldn’t have made it either way.”
The woman glanced up as another ship seemed to descend to the planet, rather fast and with no sense of control. Almost as if it were about to....
Crush!
.....crash.
Though as the woman scanned ahead, she found that amazingly the ship appeared unharmed. Which seemed to raise more questions, as she glanced down at the man's prone body she figured that maybe this guy was part of that crew. The fact that they both crahsed seemingly right after each other could not be just a coincidence to her. She glanced down at the guy before her.
I may have to resort to those healing teachings, but to use such power here? Man this is troubling, but I should go take him to see if those people can help...before I make such a decision.
The woman aimed to grab the man by the chest, if she could she would warp them over to the ship to get a closer look and try to get their attention.
Sasha blinked a bit just like Damunga after watching Icicure dash off. She was about to go after her when all of a sudden....
Kekekekekekkkekekekekke!!!
.....what seemed like major turbulence suddenly hit the ship, which almost made Sasha lose her balance. "What in the world!?" She said to herself as she maintained her balance, "What's going on? Arcie wouldn't fly her precious ship so reckles-.... Icicure."
When they crash landed, the violent crash was enough for Sasha to lose her balance, causing her to hit her head when she fell and black out a bit.
"S-sorry!? You could have destroyed my ship and killed us all!" Arcie spat out as she let out a sigh and did a diagnosis check on the ship. The impact, shield or no shield, caused some of the monitors and sensors to be shut off momentarily but they could be booted back up based on her inspection. A process she began already as she turned to Icicure as the older Acrosian expressed that they could not fight Dridice which caused Arcie to let out a sigh.
"Even if that is true, what are we supposed to just sit back and let Ken and the others die? They saved our butts back during the Truffle fight and now I am supposed to just turn a blind eye to their call for help?" Arcie asked Icicure, and she would have added to her point before the door was kicked in and a very angry Damunga appeared; who had disregarded Sasha for the moment to tend to this issue as he glared at Icicure.
"What the hell was that!? A bumpy ride that knocked your bed buddy out and nearly made me fall over is not what I signed up for. Explain yourself!" Damuga spat out at Icicure as he had naturally been pissed and could figure out she had something to do with this sudden crash landing. Though as an argument prepared to spark, Arcie glanced out the manual window as she worked to get booted up and a line to Ken that she noticed a figure outside. One that seemed to have an injured body who seemed oddly familiar to her but she could not get a close look from her view.
"Um....guys?"
Since it appeared this crew had yet to notice her presence, the mystery woman took matters into her own hands. With a free hand laid on Celacion she would vanish before she reappeared in the middle of the pilot's room as she scanned all around her.
What she saw was what appeared to be a pair of Acrosians, some red-skinned entity and a Saiyan.
"Well, hopefully this gets your attention. I have something here that may be part of your crashed party." Th e women said after a period of silence as she'd point at the body of Celacion.
Icicure was dwelling on the situation. She knew Arcie was right. She knew they had to help Ken and Lute, as they had helped them before, but Icicure couldn’t face having to go anywhere near Dridice ever again.
Though, before she could say anything. A mysterious person had appeared before the crew with- “Celacion!” Icicure exclaimed as she would rush to try and aid the unconscious Saiyan.
Icicure looked at the person who had brought Celacion. The person seemed to be a young lady, and her ki felt different for some reason. Though, this woman’s ki didn’t carry any negative energy, so Icicure assumed she didn’t have any malicious intentions, though she was curious of why she had Celacion.
“Who are you?” Icicure asked the woman, “And why is our friend unconscious?”
"You can call me Jin. As for who he is? I have no way to know. I found him as he freefell from the sky already in this condition. Given your ship crashed here not too long after, I made the assumption that he is part of your group. So wouldn't you know?" The woman who called herself Jin asked as she seemed confused.
Given that the people here clearly knew who this guy was, and given both he and this ship crashed consecutively she figured that they'd know what happened to him. But this woman questioned her, which made the whole thing confusing.
“But...Celacion wasn’t on board the ship with us,” Icicure responded. This was confusing for Icicure as she had no idea how Celacion even made it to this planet. Wasn’t he suppose to be with-?
Ken and Lute. That means, Celacion fought against Dridice’s army.
Icicure began to feel sick, as she had so much to think about which made her head cloudy. Not to mention, the slightest mention of Dridice made Icicure shake.
As the conversation in the cockpit was happening, Sasha began to slowly regain consciousness. She opened her eyes and found herself alone in her room with Damunga nowhere to be seen, which was no surprise to her for the most part. "Oh sure, leave me alone on the floor. Don't worry about me even though I was knocked down," she said sarcastically as she slowly got up, "Freaking Damunga."
Sasha got back up and placed her hand on her head. "Ow. That hurt," she said to herself as she rubbed her head, "How long have I been out." The last thing she remembered was Icicure causing the ship to crashing land and then falling on her head.
The Saiyan then proceeded to exit her room and slowly make her way towards the cockpit.
For whatever reason, Damunga had a scowl on his face as he saw the mysterious woman in rags. Something about her caused him to stir, but for what reason he had no knowledge of.
Either way, Arcie walked up to the woman as she inspected Celacion and noted Icicure's expression.
"I-Icicure? Is it...is it that Dridice guy?" Arcie asked Icicure as she noted that fearful look had been a familiar expression when she caused the ship to go down. She then turned to Damunga.
"Get him to the main room. He needs to be operated on. Still got those Senzu Beans?" Arcie asked as Damunga scoffed but moved to pick Celacion up as his aim was to try and lift and carry him for treatment.
“No,” Icicure responded, “This wasn’t Dridice.” She then stood up and said, “If it was, Celacion would’ve been as good as dead.” Icicure clinched her fists in both anger and fear.
Jin watched as this "crew" as she placed it began to work to heal the Saiyan or at least care for him as one went to pick him up to heal. Jin had been thankful, maybe they'd have the means to deal with this issue themselves and she could avoid getting involved altogether. Irregardless the Acrosian's reaction had been curious enough for her to walk by Icicure as she was curious what she meant.
"So what is your theory then on what happened to him?" Jin asked Icicure.
Even though Icicure had no idea who this woman was, she still answered her question. “It must have been the Sur Crem Force,” Icicure responded, “One of Dridice’s most elite groups in his army. Each of them alone is enough to destroy a galaxy, and there are still those with higher power in the ranks, figuratively and literally speaking.”
Icicure then looked at Arcie, and said, “If we go to Dridice, we could end up worse than Celacion. Dridice isn’t anything like Infant. He will not give us the chance to live. Especially because of me.” Icicure then looked down in grief. She did not want to have to face what she had been escaping from her entire life.
