So, I had a Dragon Ball RP, though it hadn’t lasted for long. This time I have the help of @Mystic Zander. Without him, this wouldn’t be possible. I also want this RP to last until the very end (hopefully)!
Synopsis:
500 years after Goku's death.
It is a time of peace. Everyone is living in harmony, and no major threats had shown their faces for centuries.
Fights that could destroy a planet, or even universe, had almost disappeared entirely. There is now inter-universal travel, but only between pair universes, and because of that trading had become a major part of the lives for most of the beings in each universe.
Races from other planets visit Earth, and some even made Earth their new home. But, even though there hasn’t been anyone trying to take over or destroy the world, crime is still rapante in the streets of Earth. Since some alien species are naturally stronger than humans, they took that to their advantage and stole from them. Until one day, Lin Gerie (ja-ray), a descendant of Bulma and current owner of Capsule Corp, manufactured a series of cybernetic suits for the police force on Earth making the humans be on par or stronger than any criminals on the streets. Capsule Corp now has ties with the government of Earth.
One of the races to first inhabit Earth, surprising or not, were the Saiyans of Universe 6. They found Earth interesting, and found it to be more comfortable under a planet that doesn’t have strong gravity. Not to mention the delicacies of Earth.
Piccolo and Dende had also passed, but they had produced some other Namekians to stay at the Lookout. These Namekians watch over the Senzu beans.
The Namekians of Namek decided that to keep the peace, they would get rid of their Dragon Balls entirely. Now, the only Dragon Balls that exist are the Super Dragon Balls, and only a handful of Namekians even know how to create more.
Saiyans even stopped their fighting ways during this time of peace, and Earth is inhabited by humans with Saiyan DNA.
It turns out, one of the Cell Jr's that Gohan fought, survived! They escaped Earth in one of Capsule Corp's ship, and went all the way to distant planet! Now, there are Bio-droids, as they're referred to as now, roaming the whole planet, each having at least one characteristic of Cell. They even know all of the Z-Warrior's techniques. They're surprisingly a calm species.
All of Majin Buu's Booby-Booby creations now inhabit a planet of their own, but it is so far away, that barely anyone is able to reach it. Only a few Majins live on Earth.
Goku, and the rest of the Z-Warriors, have not been forgotten, however! Throughout both universes, they're seen as heroes, even Mr. Satan is still receiving the spot-light! Even if no one is fighting as hard as they did before, they would never forget what they did for every universe.
It really was a peaceful time! Until....

Appearance: She takes a lot of facial features of Bulma, but her hair is black. She is seen in either a lab coat or in professional clothing. Her sense in fashion is maximum. She has a slim figure.
Personality: Gerie is strong-willed and determined, being a lot like her great-grandparents. She isn’t the one to slack off on anything and is prideful of her work. She will do anything to help those in need and isn’t afraid to fight back.

Backstory: Being the great granddaughter of Bulma Briefs, Lin Gerie was destined to take over the Capsule Corp business, which she didn’t complain about. Though, she does inherit the fighting spirit of her great grandfather, Vegeta. She takes the time to train everyday, and copies the movements of Vegeta from old videos saved on Capsule Corp files. But because she is the owner of Capsule Corp, Lin barley has any time to seriously train, so she isn’t as adapted as most other fighters, but she can easily fend for herself. In fact, the series of cybernetic suits was inspired by her great grandfather. She used the old videos to input the amount of power that can be implemented on the suits, and even tested them herself. It was such a great invention, the government is now in debt to Capsule Corp and they make multiple suits for only the police so they can protect the citizens.

Personality: Mitochon is extremely arrogant, though he doesn’t have any bad intentions. He is prideful in his power and doesn’t accept the helps of others. He thinks he’s enough to handle any situation. He sees himself as the maximum.

Backstory: In his home planet, Mitochon was the strongest warrior out of all his people, but this made him feel like an outcast. Everyone else in his village tended to their everyday needs, but Mitochon felt the desire to get stronger. And since nobody in his village wanted to get stronger with him, Mitochon took a ship and headed towards Earth. He heard about the great warriors on that planet, and wanted to test his skills. So, he said goodbye to his people and headed towards the planet that was praised for so long.

His hair is wild and dark burgundy in color, the sides have been lightly trimmed to keep out of his face during combat. He's got piercing emerald green eyes that seem to darken when angered.
His casual clothes consist of a deep red, skin tight sleeveless shirt, black jeans, and black sneakers with white trim.
While in combat practice, his clothes consist of baggy white training pants held up with a black belt, and no shirt. His hands are adorned with heavy black gauntlets that, when removed, reveal basic fingerless black combat gloves. His shoes are black with white laces, and are vaguely reminiscent of a boxers shoes. A small silver pendant hangs around his neck by a thin piece of black leather.
Personality: Most would consider him rather passive and neutral, seeing as he doesn't interact with many people unless he needs to. He's not rude, just more of a passerby.
Highly analytical and very competitive, often so much that it clouds his emotional judgement.

An incredibly powerful Saiyan existed in his family roughly six generations ago, a Saiyan named Ozen. This Saiyan was in a grueling war with the King of the Saiyans due to his corrupt nature.
Because of this, when he reached old age, Ozen was forced into hiding, no longer able to stand against opposing forces.
To keep his family safe, Ozen hid his identity, allowing his family to live a peaceful life on another planet.
Unfortunately, the love for fighting has resurfaced generations later, when his descendant, Al, opened his own boxing gym, realizing his unique potential in the art of combat.
Now, Al's son Zander, spends his days under the tutelage of his powerful father, and wishes to prove to his old man that he could surpass him, and become the strongest human in either universes.

Personality: Annie is quite peppy and upbeat, always trying to see the bright side of things and make friends. She enjoys making new friends.

He keeps the fact that Anne is an Android a secret from her, so she is under the assumption that she is a normal human. So she goes on with a normal, human life.

Her body is laced with white fur, short but soft to the touch. Being a mouse rather than a rat, she has a particular petit body, even among rodents, with a more angled head, narrower snout, thinner tail, and larger ears. Her true form is, however, rarely if ever seen as she prefers to remain transformed.
Transformed State:
Chicola's preferred form is a short, waifish girl of 1.23m sporting large-mousey ears on her head and a thin wiry tail. She doesn't wear human clothing, but instead, she's 'clothed' by rings and tufts of fur. A fur collar wraps around her neck and connects with a band of fur styled in a tube top, matching it is a bikini-style bottom from which her tail (0.92m) sprouts.
She has light purple pupils, a set of durable fangs, and short claws.
Personality: Chicola is a small girl with big ambitions! Her early years of fleeing from large predators and avoiding extermination from humans have given her a slight resentment against any creature who's true form is larger than a small cat. She's a bit hyperactive and can be vocal about her goals and ideals. She's startled easily and despises those whose bully 'small' creatures, she is conversely well-disposed toward protectors of the small.

Transformation - Having spent her earlier years at the school of transformation, Chicola has mastered the transformation technique and can transform into a variety of forms to be maintained as long as needed.
Partial Transformation - Chicola is able to transform sections of her body instead of all of her body, such as transforming an arm, leg or her tail.
Ki Enhanced Senses - After learning to control Ki, Chicola's animalistic senses have been amplified by her budding Ki.
Backstory: Chicola is a shapeshifting animal who spent her early years at shapeshifting school. After completing her training, she went about using her new abilities to accomplish her ideals of supremacy for the small and vengeance against the large.

Appearance: A bit of a string bean, tall but slender, with slightly pale skin along with spiky brown hair. Wears a dark, sleeveless top with some traditional Saiyan Armor over it and a pair of matching colored pants with classic Saiyan boots. A gold and black coloring.
Personality: Is someone with something to constantly prove. Always boastful and has a tremendous amount of pride in his Saiyan heritage
Beginning Power Level (200-400): 218
Techniques: Soul Burst (Explosive Wave), Soul Cannon (Final Shine), Soul Charge (Nova Strike)
Backstory: Taken from the Earth and stripped from his bilogical parents, Celeron was one of many children taken from various worlds by the Saiyan Scientist Dr. Matillo. With the goal to try and create a genetically produced Hybrid line of soldiers for the Sadala Defense Forces of Universe 6 for maximum efficiency. Naturally, a secret project as it crossed a few ethical boundaries. Among the children, Celeron was one of the only known survivors but his growth had been well below expectations and he was deemed a failure; raised as but a low-class Saiyan among the lot and constantly had to fight for his place which caused him to develop a chip on his should. Oblivious to his actual heritage. He would soon take part in a journey to Universe 7 with the ultimate goal to prove himself a true Saiyan warrior.

Backstory: Taken from the Earth and stripped from his bilogical parents, Celeron was one of many children taken from various worlds by the Saiyan Scientist Dr. Matillo. With the goal to try and create a genetically produced Hybrid line of soldiers for the Sadala Defense Forces of Universe 6 for maximum efficiency. Naturally, a secret project as it crossed a few ethical boundaries. Among the children, Celeron was one of the only known survivors but his growth had been well below expectations and he was deemed a failure; raised as but a low-class Saiyan among the lot and constantly had to fight for his place which caused him to develop a chip on his should. Oblivious to his actual heritage. He would soon take part in a journey to Universe 7 with the ultimate goal to prove himself a true Saiyan warrior.

Gender: Genderless, identifies as Male

Race: Namekian
Appearance: Mandolin looks like your average Namekian physically - not much genetic variation with them. He does wear his own clothes, however. He tends to wear gauntlets and boots similar to a Saiyan’s, coloured dark purple, with a dark purple tunic around the rest of his body.
Personality: Mandolin comes from the Warrior caste of Namekians. Despite what he’d tell you, he’s an adrenaline junkie and loves the thrill of battle. As a complete flip, however, he ALSO loves gardening. He tends to his own personal crop on Earth and would protect it with his life, what with it containing various plants from across the galaxy. This means he’s useful for anything related to plants, considering he’s likely grown it before.
Beginning Power Level (200-400): 335 - a combat junkie like him should have a decently high power level.
Techniques: Ki Vine (a whip made of Ki that can wrap around the opponent and drain their energy), La Bomba (an energy projectile that explodes upon contact, similar to a miniature Light Grenade), Mirage (creates intangible copies of himself similar to how Double Team works in the Pokémon anime), Sunlight Smash (Ki flows through his fist, making it glow as he unleashes a powerful strike).
Backstory: Mandolin doesn’t know his birth father. He was found in the forest as just an egg, and ended up growing up among a small First Nations tribe. Through them, he learned of the world and society, despite choosing to remain isolated. It was with the help of his father figure, a human named Nipahem, that he started his garden and discovered his love for combat. He’s only ever been to the big cities a few times,mainly to purchase new plants for his garden. The best deal he ever got was a Senzu Bean, which he managed to grow into a SenzuBeansprout, the centrepiece of his garden. (This can be removed if SS doesn’t like the idea of him being the Senzu Bean provider.)

Appearance: Cherubi has a reddish-pink skin tone with green eyes and long “hair”. She usually wears a green headband, t-shirt and leggings, with sandals being the only footwear she owns. She’s fairly slim, but being a Majin can alter her shape as needed.
Personality: An utter joy to be around, Cherubi is extremely playful and happy at all times. She’s also VERY innocent. When it comes to combat, she’s the one who wants to make sure everyone has a fair chance, but takes things seriously when there’s stakes.

Techniques: Cherubi Bomb! (launches a large blob of her own skin charged with Ki for an AOE attack), Crunchy Crunchy (she can increase her head to a large size and tear through rock in a single bite), Candy Gun (she fires a small shot from her fingertips, it doesn’t have the normal Majin ability of candyzation but instead turns the blast itself to rock candy upon impact, coating wherever it hits)
Backstory: Cherubi lived with other Majin for most of her life, but eventually decided to look into the story of The Great Mr. Buu, learning about his time with Mr. Satan. In hopes offinding a good friend and delicious food like Buu had, she set out to Earth.
