5|| Romance is allowed, you can have crushes/relationships, but don't take it too far past kissing please!

7|| The max Pokemon you can have is 3. Only being able to have 1 out at a time during class. Pokemon can be from level 20-34, they can level up more as the RP goes on.
8|| The limit of Pokemon you can have is four, but you can only keep one or two out at a time, so the halls won't become crowded.
9|| No mega evolution, z moves, or legendary Pokemon. Fakemon may be allowed, but only if it meets all the criteria stated in the Pokecharm's Rules and conditions on them.
10|| Please be sure to try to be active, it gets rather annoying if people start disappearing.

She is generally friendly to others and seems well-liked at school, but she is unwilling to let her beliefs be compromised by popularity. Wendy is shown to be very intelligent and politically aware.

She is a Caucasian girl with light skin, and she has a birthmark on her neck that is a bit of a darker color. She has long, sleek black hair that is always well combed and comes down to her back. Wendy keeps her hair down yet curled at the end most of the times, and her bangs are a bit choppy and her hair gets in her face a lot. She has blue eyes, and they can sometimes get speckles of other colors in them depending on her mood or other components.
Skills: Wendy can ice skate, is relatively good at lacrosse, and has a talent for writing and reading.
