You probably can if you're really lucky and have a Blaziken EV trained to buggery, but you probably don't have either on your side and thus the answer is quite simply: You don't.

oh yeah....sorry, got kinda confused. i haven't played r or s in a while, so i'm used to wallace being the champion anyways....
on topic:
may i suggest a good raichu, or other electric non-steel pokemon instead of blaziken? quite frankly, when i beat wallace for the first time i used the sacrifice strategy. i got 2 good pokemon, and 4 other...well, disposable pokemon. fight, swap, rez fighter, disp dies, swap to fighter, repeat. at that time i only had a 49 swellow and 60 swampert. and watch out for milotic.....it's horrible. HORRIBLE, I SAY....erhem...anywho. go for it.
