Hi, I'm new to the pokecharm scene, so I thought I'd start by asking a question about diamond. About what would you all say is the right level range your pokemon should be at when you get to the elite four?

Before you get to the spoiler, I would like to say that in addition to making sure your Pokemon are at the right levels, it's also good for them to have decent movesets. Sorry if I was stating the obvious but to me, this E4 was harder for some reason.
Cynthia's Roserade knows Shadow Ball so watch it if you send out a Psychic type.
