The sun was harshly bright as the patrol squad of the scouting legion made their way to the gate that would allow them reentry into Arcadia. Squad Captain Forsythe Stilinski reached the gate to the city with his squad of around 8 scouts including JC Wolfa and Keno. He looked up at the large gate and called out to the guard on duty, "Hey Squad Member Lightw..no he is probably asleep..Squad Member Ina open the gate, this is Captain Stilinksi returning with my squad from patrol" he said before standing with his arms crossed waiting for the gate to be opened. He turned to his squad, "oh yeah, Squad Member Wolfa and Squad Member Keno you will be joining me at a meeting later, I don't know what about but I was told to bring my most capable and you two were the ones I chose" he said matter of factly before turning back to the gate.

Squad Member Bellamy Lightwood was supposed to be on gate duty but had dozed off in his chair, at the sound of someone shouting he suddenly woke up and fell from his chair not very gracefully. He shook himself fully awake and got back to his feet, he saw Aisha manning the gate and sighed, he needn't have woke up if he knew she would handle, "thanks Aisha" he said before slumping back into his chair rubbing his eyes and stretching. There hadn't been a breach of the wall in months, even outer wall activity had been down and Bellamy was definitely enjoying the down time, but he had a sneaking suspicion that Squad Captain Cuttman wouldn't see it the same way, he sighed as he stretched out his limbs, perhaps he would just go to sleep again, he thought to himself.

Hopping along at the far back behind both Stilinski and JC, Kino was minding his business, entrapped within his own thoughts and imagination. Koi follows at his heels, and barked whenever Kino comes close to stepping on him. Now Koi doesn't know about you, but he knows getting stepped on with heels is painful. Thinking from experience.
Stopping in front of the gate to which they had to pass, Kino seems to snap out from his thought though, when he heard his name being mention by the Captain.
"Huh, what?" He drawls, but was quick to awake himself from the temporary daze, "Oh, a meeting? Sure I'll come, not like I have much of a choice really." He said, then laughs as he flips his hair. He appears pleased to be address as one of the most capable, and he grins at JC too, seeing that she was also coming.
"Though I do wonder what's it's going to be about, must be important if they ask for the most capable one." The boy pointed out, twirling with their long hair, "Something came up, perhaps?" He guessed.
"Eh, no matter, we'll find out sooner or later, right buddy?" He commented at Koi, who barked back in agreement. Of course, Kino would've said more, maybe even snap at the gate for it to open, but he remains silent as he also turn back to the said gate.

She sighed but nodded. "Alright, if they need the most capable at the meeting then I will be there on time for it" she said before seeing Kino smile at her as she returned it as Dove her white Siberian female Husky stood beside but had gave a greeting sniff to the pup Koi wagging her tail before returning to JC's side sitting down. "Hm, I wonder what this meeting is about?" She said to herself before turning to Kino. "Do you know Kino?" She asked him turning her eyes to him arms folded against her as her white wolf blue-streaked mask rested on the side of her head with her katana on her left side since she was right handed. Dove wore her vest with the name Legion Dog to show that she was specifically trained for this kind of brutal work. @Willow Tree @Shadow_Pup

"Nope! No idea at all!" Kino chirps cheerfully back, "Like I just said to Stilinski, I also wonder what this meeting is about!" He replies, "And again, my guess is that maybe something came up that needs our attention, I don't see any reason why they'll ask for the strongest if there isn't anything important."
He heard Koi barks behind him, and turns to see the puppy going on their hind legs while pawing at Dove, JC's Siberian Husky, on the snout playfully. He barks at her, wagging his curly tiny tail, and again, tries to reach Dove's obviously higher head, even trying to climb up her legion vest, to which he doesn't have one due to being too small to fit in any. Koi seem oblivious to the conversation taking place between his owner and Dove's, and just happily snap at her again. Koi played with Dove before, wrestled with the bigger dog, and obviously never won a single round, that is, unless Dove takes pity on him, but whenever that happen Koi gets piss for having won a fight that Dove didn't even made an attempt to.
"Oh hey look big sis, Koi is challenging Dove again," he pipes up, pointing at the two dogs, "betting my nonexistent money that Koi is gonna lose again." He laughs, givng little encouraging notes at Koi, despite knowing the pupper is going to go home defeated.

Aisha Ina
Aisha sat near the gate. She had been up for a while, though the sunniness of the day hadn't help with her tiredness. She gazed at the horizon, with no living beings to occupy her line of sight. She waved her hand when she heard Bellamy thank her, but didn't turn around as she saw a group of nine people slowly approach. She heard the leader, Forsythe call out for Bellamy first, before realizing it was her at the gate. She grabbed the lever and pulled so that it started to inch up before speeding up and opening. She smiled at the group and welcomed them back, hiding her tiredness well.

Kiara Risa
Kiara's boots clicked against the ground as she walked around. She had woken up, early as usual, when she had received a message of an upcoming meeting. My most capable, out of the other nine. She continued to pace around, as she considered everyone's weaknesses and strong points. Skylar Hopkins and ... Shadow Wolfa. After much thought, she finally decided on her two choices. She stopped her pacing and went out to find and inform them. Now, where are they?

She looked to Koi and Dove playing as she chuckled a bit. "Oh Koi.....he definitely will lose....Dove is bigger then him but she is a sweet dog so she would probably let him win...hehe" she said before seeing Dove be playful with Koi. Dove growled playfully pawing at the small pup as she wagged her curled up tail. She knocked the pup down gently nipping the pup before rolling over next to the pup to allow him to jump on her but nipped at the puppy gently. "See told you....she is too sweet to hurt the pup hard...hehe" she added watching the dogs play. "I mean Dove still has that pup spirit inside of her too no worries"

Shadow sighed as Hero, the Sable male Siberian Husky sat beside him also Dove's brother as he was looking up at Shadow. "A meeting huh?" He said. "Well Hero, what do you think it is about?" He asked the Sable as he nudged him gently. @Shadow_Pup @Willow Tree

"Ha! C'mon Koi! Have some more fire in ya! I believe you can do it!" He cheers.
"No, I actually don't," he whispers to JC quietly right after, giggling profusely, "Koi stands no chance, that part is obvious, but I can at least play the part of a supporting owner." He laughs.
Koi barked in reply to the encouragement, getting into a stance that would've looked intimidating if it wasn't for Koi's round curly tail wagging and his cute Shiba pup face.
He was knocked down quickly by the bigger dog, and he scrabble his short legs desperately to upright himself, but not before getting nipped on by Dove. He growls in frustration, finally able to get up and had this look of triumph once he did. He jumps onto her, unbeknownst to the fact she was once again, playing easy on it. It was a good thing he didn't notice, for now he is happily playing, thinking that he is finally winning, and paws at her snout as Dove came to nip at him again.
"Ha, both puppies they are," Kino chimes, intertwining both his hand behind his head, "if only we all could be that carefree, how nice would that be!" He chirps, "Ay ay, Koi, take it easy on Dove, you're too fat to be laying on her." The boy teases, prodding the stubby Shiba off while winking at Dove, mouthing a 'good job' directed at the Husky for putting Koi in a good mood. Koi barked back in complaint, choosing to argue that he is not fat.
Kino pets Dove atop the head, pleased with the bigger dog's height.
"Koi is probably going to be at least half her size when he grows up," Kino commented, squishing both Dove's cheek before moving on to do the same to Koi. "He's going to be a big shiba."
Koi puffs out his chest proudly at the mention of that.

She chuckled. "Yes, he will be just at the shoulder or a bit higher but we will see what happens hehe" she said. "Besides that weight will just drop because he is an active pup so he should be fine Kino" she added as Dove got to her feet wagging her tail after the pet before sitting down next to JC again looking at Koi as she howl barked to Koi before raising her paw up a bit to Kino. "Dove, are you trying to the trick Shake to Kino,?" She asked her. Dove howl barked wagging her tail a bit. "But I wonder when this meeting is going to start" she added sighing. "But, once Koi reaches his appropriate age, he can start training like how I did with Dove when she reached a certain age to train as a Legion dog" she added. @Willow Tree @Shadow_Pup

"Haha, no need for that, Koi is perfectly capable as of right now, right Koi? Riiiiiiight Koi?" He teases, hyping the puppy up as the pup paws at his owner excitedly, then quickly lost interest once Kino stops. Koi then, not having known the trick Dove was showing him, tries to nibble at it instead, licking at the paw pads. "Haha, jokes aside though, you're correct, big sis. I don't usually put Koi in too much of a dangerous task during any missions, he's still not yet physically able to pull off tricks bigger dogs could, but he knows the concept, Koi flip!" He commanded, then laughs as the pup attempts to pull it off, only to flop onto their back and kicking their legs into the air. "Ha! He can only do little things, like bite and run!" Kino chirps, "If he ever has to fight though, I'd keep him out, I'm not losing my life long buddy." He said, Koi huffs as he finally gotten up, honestly not happy with having to miss out on drama.
"Hey big sis, maybe Dove can teach Koi," Kino suggested, "she's smart and Koi likes her well, she'll be the perfect teacher!" He said. Koi barked an agreement, waddling around the Husky eagerly, curly tail wagging in a silly twirl. "See, he agrees!" Kino laughs, "Hero can join too! How cute would that be!" He chortle.
"But only when Koi is grown up, come on Koi! Grow up! Grow up!" Kino giggles, ruffling Koi's head. The puppy sucked in a breath and holds it in, muscles tensing as he stiffens, acting as if doing so, he'll grow quicker. When he releases the breath after the futile attempt, Kino grins, knelt down and clamped Koi into a energetic hug.
"Silly boy! That's not going to make you evolve!" He shrills, tickling the puppy, laughing more when the shiba starts to try and wiggle away. "Look at all those chub! Your so stubby!" He teases. Koi blep at him, sticking their tongue out mockingly, and Kino just chuckles.
"I wonder how Dove looks like as a pup, she's probably less stubby than Koi," he said, "and probably far less shorter." He added. He stood up and tries to measure Dove's height, the husky noticably nearly as tall as Kino himself.
"Hmmm, Koi would probably actually be less than half Dove's size, she's so big. How tall is this girl?!" Kino whines, "She's at my height! I'm not that short!" He whines.
"Oh hey look, the gate is starting to open," Kino added, pointing at the door, which is starting to speed up in its rotation. He catch a glimpse of Aisha smiling upon them, and waves a greeting.
"We should go in now!" He urged the team, gesturing for them to go on.

"Tell them to buzz off-" an older man, with a stout built and an old, round face snapped at Skylar who walked beside him. The girl nodded quietly before she walked right up to a small crowd of what seemed like protesters. The man beside Skylar was one of the chancellor's advisers, and she was tasked with seeing him to his office, apparently he'd gotten on some civilians bad sides recently after cutting back on certain family's rations.
"If you get to close, we can't assure your safety." Skylar said without making eye contact with any of the civilians.
"Stop protecting that monster! I have 5 kids and my family gets half the ration of him and his troop!" one woman yelled and took a step forward. "Yeah, I bet you're only acting tough cause you get those spoils too, huh?" a young man growled, Skylar narrowed her eyes.
"You are being ordered by the police to disband." Skylar announced clearly, though only a few members of the crowd actually grumbled and went about their business. Skylar didn't flinch when the woman from before put a finger on her chest and spat insults at her- but when she took a step slightly to close to the chancellor's assistant, Skylar reacted almost instantly. Skylar grabbed the woman wrist and pinned it behind her back in one fluid motion, she then brought her knee down on the woman's spine and watched her collapse onto the floor. "I will warn you again- disband this moment of we will take action." Skylar repeated in the same monotone voice, but a hand on her shoulder told the girl that she had done enough.
"There's no point reasoning with them. Leave those peasants, they're like wild animals that don't understand reasoning." The man snorted slightly at his own comment before walking away.
"Yes, sir." Skylar nodded as she followed behind him intently as if nothing had happened. She had nothing against the woman who she had forced to the ground. But orders were orders, and she'd never think twice before committing to an order.

Sobren jostled as he heard a thump from Bellamy's post, then sighed as he saw that Bellamy was sleeping on the job. Luckily Aisha was on it, but Bellamy really needed to step-up.
Aaaand he's going back to sleep. Awesome
Normally something like this deserves an earful, but Sobren was too laid-back to really attempt to lecture them. He just let them do their thing and hope they do it right.
Still, no one is going to learn if he doesn't say anything. He walked over, muttering a small thank you to aisha as he passed.
"Oi, Bellamy, don't tell me you're going to sleep again. I'm aware there's been no danger in a while, but that does not allow behavior like this. You have an important job, and we expect you to do it right." he spoke in a stable voice, sounding less condescending and more formal, as he learned from his training from his tryout for the Scouts.

Stiles entered the city and turned to his squad, "right everyone except Wolfa and Keno can now return to the barracks, you two will accompany me" he said and started walk swiftly towards the council building upon entering the council building he was greeted by the chancellor, "Ah Squad Captain Stilinski, I see you brought your selected Squad Members, we are still awaiting Squad Captain Cuttman and Squad Captain Risa to arrive si head on in and get comfortable", he said to which Stiles responded with a crisp nod and walked into the meeting room, he took a seat and signalled to the seats either side of him informing JC and Keno of where to be seated.

Bellamy sat up quickly, "oh hello sir, yeah sorry about that, I will definitely try to be more awake from now on" he said rubbing his eyes and standing up, "oh and sir, have you heard about this meeting going on some of the others said the council were having a top secret meeting, the rumours were started by Military Police guys so it must be legit" he said sounding excited by the thought of a secret meeting.

After mere moments, Kiara stopped her search and whistled, brief but loud. The sound of paw steps approached, and soon after her large companion, Ebony came running over. Her small shape seemed to make her black-furred companion seem even taller. He didn't have a collar or harness on, as she could control him perfectly fine with verbal commands. "Find Skylar Hopkins," she stated simply, Ebony knew the scent of every military police and even people in other sections. He sniffed around before he started to walk in a direction. She followed after, her pace similar to Ebony's. She caught up in time to see Skylar walking after an adviser, with a woman lying under the ground. She continued to walk, ignoring as the woman scrambled up and ran away. She slowed down her pace to match with Skylar, her dog trotting next to them. Before speaking to Skylar, she looked down slightly to lock eyes with her dog. "Find and bring Shadow Wolfa," she said before looking up ahead. She heard the sound of Ebony's paw steps get quieter before fading. "Hello, Skylar," she greeted. "There is a meeting later today, I was informed to bring two of my best. You and Shadow will accompany me, where is your destination?" she asked. While she was asking the question, Ebony was running. Once he had caught sight of the pair near each other, he slowed down to a walk. He nudged Hero, and walked a little in the direction of Kiara. After a few steps, he walked back and stared at the pair again. He completed the routine a few times, hoping that they'd catch on soon. He started walking towards the destination, casting back looks every now and then.

Aisha Inu
Aisha continued to smile as she waved back at Koi. She would've gotten a bit nervous at the length of the open gate, had it not been the scouting legion that were standing outside. She turned back as she heard Bellamy get scolded. Thankfully Sobren was pretty laid back, so he didn't get punished. She listened in curiosity as she heard a secret meeting being mentioned. She let out a tiny wince when she heard Military Police, they usually weren't the nicest. However, they usually had the correct information. "Ooh who's going?" she asked, excited.

Kino smiles as he caught sight of Aisha waving back, and turns towards Stilinski when he caught his name being said again. The Captain specifically said that JC and Kino would be now accompanying him instead of returning to their barracks. Kino had no complaint, and smiles at the order.
"Alright!" He cheers, Koi jumping next to him. "Let's go! Let's go! Let's go!" He pressed.
He follows again, at the back of both squad members, through the city and into the building to which the meeting will be held. Staying behind Stilinski now, a little to the side of JC, Kino acts less than formal, twirling with his hair and bouncing lightly on his feet while waiting for the leaders to sort things out. Any signs or looks of disapproval was ignored by the kid-like boy, and he follows once more when they were directed to another room to wait.
"Wow! Looks like we're first! How cool!" He exclaims, plopping down onto the chair to Stilinski's right, one leg cross over the other, heels dangling over one knee. Koi laid down closely next to Kino's seat, paws tucked in and he made a whining noise. He slaps at Kino's hanging feet, to which the boy prods away, and he watches the door, as if expecting the next team to come in soon.
"I hope Shadow gets to come too, big brother's dog is the most entertaining when Koi sees him." The boy commented, "He's going to try and duel him too! 'Defeating' Dove isn't enough for this guy!" Kino laughs, leaning over to scratch Koi underneath the chin, "He's going to wrestle every dog there is in this city soon, not gonna stop until he goes on top!" Kino said, "But maybe not Bianca, Koi adores Bianca, he'll spare her from his little tantrum, probably because he's bias on the fact they're the same breed." He added.
"But his next target after Hero is going to be Ebony, I'm calling it." The boy said, "Not that Koi stood a chance against a Great Dane anyways but let him dream." He rambles on.

She just chuckled. "We will talk about that later and I have a photo of when Dove was a pup but her brother Hero is a bit taller then her since female Huskies are smaller then male but let's get into the meeting room Kino" she said following them as Dove walked beside her again nudging the pup to behave himself. "But Dove training him is the best idea since I trained her well but he has to get use to the sight of blood once he fits into the vest" she added looking to Kino before following Stiles into the room as she saw the captain before sitting herself in a seat as Dove sat down next to her showing respect to the Captain.

Hero saw the Great Dane signaling him after his nudge before he looked up at Shadow tugging his shirt giving a whine. Shadow looked down. "What is it Hero?" He asked the Sable hearing him making an attention dog sound before lifting his paw to point at the Great Dane. "Oh I see, Ebony were you ordered to look for us I am guessing" he said as Hero stood up making another dog sound. "Alright let's go Hero" he said following the Great Dane as Hero walked beside the Great Dane looking around for his sister Dove. @Shadow_Pup @Keen Kitsune @Willow Tree

Sobren nodded. "Yes, I remember that. And if I remember correctly, three people from each regiment are supposed to attend."
Sobren suddenly flinched, his laid-back demeanor completely shattered "Oh crap! I'm supposed to choose who comes! And go as well! I completely forgot! Err...you, Bellamy, and you, Aisha, we're going."
He started moving toward where the meeting was taking place.

Kiara stared ahead, her gaze indifferent as usual. She knew the current task of what every Military Police was assigned. She always made sure to memorize a mental schedule. Oh right, they're headed to his office. She turned her head down when she felt a wet nose nudge her hand. She saw Ebony, followed by Shadow and Hero. Ebony had walked through the streets, sniffing every now and then to make sure they weren't too far behind. He had sped up a bit when they were getting closer so that could catch up. She turned towards the black-haired boy. "Hello Shadow Wolfa, you are to accompany Skylar and me to a meeting today," she said. She had always thought Shadow was too kind for his own good. Had she not seen his talents before, she would've wondered how he ever became a Military Police. However, he had proved himself and was perhaps the third-best in her division.

She watched as the advisor entered his office safely, without even uttering a word of thanks. She wasn't surprised or offended, it was just a thing to get used to. "Follow me," she said before she turned and started walking to the building where the meeting was held. Her light footsteps were soundless against the city paths, as her dark eyes gazed steadily ahead. She knew the place by heart, it was good to have even a tiny bit of advantage over others. They passed by many people in the streets, the crowd growing thinner as they got closer. Even though a lot of people were taller than her, she didn't mind. She knew she could easily beat most of them, and her small figure aided her fighting usually. She stopped when they arrived at the council building and opened the door. She walked in and waved a greeting to the chancellor in return for his verbal one. Ebony trailed after, his eyes alert as he glanced around. He made no effort to greet the other two dogs in the room, and instead stood near the seat which Kiara sat on.

Aisha Ina
Aisha's eyes practically glittered with excitement when she heard she was going. Normally being a stationary guard meant they didn't do anything special. She climbed down after asking someone else to watch the gate. "Bi-bi!" she shouted into the air. Soon, a fluff-ball came running up. She jumped up excited, her tail wagging fast. "We're going to a meeting," she said, excitedly towards her fluffy companion. Bianca barked back, as Aisha leaned down and pet her. "C'mon girl," she said, reaching down and grabbing the leash clipped onto Bianca's collar. Until she was fully trained, she would have to settle for a collar and leash. She began to walk after Sobren, with Bianca running in front of her sometimes while doubling back to stand by her side at other times.

(Gonna auto slightly to skip to everyone at the meeting)

Once everyone was there, the Chancellor cleared his throat, "Hello everyone, I have called this meeting as we have just received word that a person of importance has been located. As most of you are aware, when this city was formed the Chancellor of the time was Chancellor Roosevelt, his family went missing many many years ago, but now a mother and daughter of the Roosevelt bloodline have been located. Three people from each regiment have been chosen and you are tasked with going into No Man's Land and finding the settlement where they live and bringing them back" he said before sitting down, and continuing, "supplies have been prepared, feel free to grab anything else you need and I wish you luck" he finished before he and the rest of the government left the room. Stiles stood up, "well then let's all get prepared and meet by the gate" he said without looking at anyone in the room and left. He grabbed everything he would need including his weapons and the pack provided. He then made his way to the gate and stood waiting.

Kino was pleasantly surprised, when the point of the meeting was finally told, though he barely paid attention when he caught sight of Koi trying to play with Bianca, the puppy's tail wagging as he tries to jump on the bigger shiba. And from there, Kino had tried to block the little dog from getting to far with his game, while at the same time, tries to listen. The kid caught a decent amount of what was said, and only gave a quick 'Okay!' before bending down and plucking his Shiba off the ground.
With his flute in hand, he also picked up what was needed and expected, though he was a bit more hasty in his attempt than Stilinski.
The kid did stop for a bit before going to the gate to wait for a few people, specifically JC, Shadow, and Aisha, seeing that they all had dogs that Koi seems to just adore. Kino would've waited for Kiara too, but the girl is usually kind of strict? Kino doubt she'll let Koi play with Ebony, not during a new mission she's not.
In the end, Kino skipped out to join his captain at the gate, eyes sparkling with delight at the thought of going out again.
"This is amazing!" He chirps, but really more to Koi than anyone, "To think we'll have the honor to go on this mission is astounding! Grandma would be so proud!" He cheers. Koi stood up onto his back legs, front paw waving at the air as his tail wags continously, barking at the little boy.
Kino grins, and looks back, waiting for the rest of the group.

She didn't waste anymore time as she gathered what she had needed before heading to the gate herself. Shadow followed beside her with Hero and Dove the two Siberian Huskies. "Hm, I wonder how this is going to go, that meeting sure was quick on my point but I have no problem with it" she said arriving at the gate where Kino and Stiles was as Dove trouted over to Koi wagging her tail nudging the pup. Hero followed in pursuit wagging his own tail to Dove and Koi sitting down as he waited patiently. "I suppose sis, but we will see what happens this day forth of you know what I mean" Shadow chuckled standing next to her. @Shadow_Pup

Kiara kept her usual straight face as she was delivered the mission. All three captains out at once, that's quite risky. She stood up and walked to get her supplies, Ebony walking beside her. She made sure to double-check that she had everything she needed and a bit extra in case somebody forgot something. Though she wasn't particularly fond of most of the people she was traveling with, it was better if everybody was adequately prepared. She also made sure to bring enough supplies along for Ebony. Ebony was perhaps her only emotional weakness, though she would never admit it. She adjusted her belt before heading towards the gate, knowing that Ebony followed by the sound of his footsteps. She stood off to the side once she got to the gate, she had never found idle chatter appealing.

Aisha Ina
Aisha had listened intently during the meeting. Even though she could see Bianca and Koi playing, the mission was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for her. "You guys can play later, Bi," she chided gently, as she reached down and grabbed her leash. She walked up to grab all she needed. "Now, which is better?" she asked, staring at all the supplies. Somehow she managed to pick and pack everything she needed without taking forever. She started to walk towards the wall, Bianca running ahead of her, her tail wagging furiously. "I'm going to fall!" she reminded, laughing as she ran after her fluffy dog. She let go of the leash as they reached the wall. Bianca ran over to the dog group, her eyes sparkling with mischief. Though she was fond of all of her fellow dogs, she was particularly loving to the puppy of her same breed. She bent down, sniffing the tiny puppy before backing up a bit and sniffing Dove and Hero. Satisfied that she had identified who was who, she stretched her front legs and leaned down to a playful bow for a few seconds. She let out a bark, her tail still wagging as if she was waiting for a game. Her mouth was open in a doggy smile, and her tongue hung out as she panted in excitement. Aisha watched Bianca fondly for a few moments before she turned to see who was currently at the gate. "Are you guys excited, what do you think is going to happen?" she asked.

After quickly grabbing what's necessary, as well as adjusting his weapons on his back, Sobren joined the group. Most of them looked excited, which was understandable, although he really wasn't sure if him going would be the right idea. He was the scout dropout after all. Oh well, if nothing else, he'll be able to keep Bellamy from falling asleep mid-walk.
"Well, I suppose it's going to be interesting. Hopefully not too interesting, however. Just an in and out mission. And some zombie attacks, but that shouldn't be too difficult." he said in response to aisha's question, brandishing his sword.

Skylar was silent throughout the meeting, her gaze was intense as she stared at the chancellor and only nodded occasionally to his words. This was an important mission, she couldn't afford to mess up. None of them could. The girl took a quick glance at her team, most of which were just vaguely familiar faces. Of course, she knew the other two police members, Kiara was nothing short of reliable and JC had proven himself while on the job. She had no doubt that her her squad would not disappoint. The stationary guard, however, seemed less than prepared for such a task. Whoa greed to send those bumbling, lazy fools- anyways? Skylar's face remained still although she was frustrated by some of her new "team-mates". Lastly was the scouting legion- a bunch of crazies from how everyone describes them, granted, Skylar had never really spoken with them. Of them were two strangers and... Stiles? The girl's face finally showed some emotion as she was caught by surprise- so that's where the boy had disappeared to. She hadn't heard from them since they were separated after training camp. Quickly regaining composure, Skylar grabbed the supplies as instructed. It didn't matter. it didn't matter what she thought of the others in her troop, all that mattered was that she followed orders and successfully extracted the targets. The girl carefully picked up a mallet, her weapon of choice when it came to actually having to resort to violence, and strapped her shield to her bag. Unlike some of the others, Skylar had never so much as seen the outside- everything was going to be knew. Yet she was so ready, she knew exactly what to expect and refused to be frightened by it. The girl also took a slightly dirty, baseball cap and shoved it on her head before heading out towards the gate. Once at the gate, Skylar kept her eyes on the floor as she waited patiently for the others.

Stiles stood waiting, once everyone arrived he turned to everyone, "right now before we go, everyone buddy up, it's a thing we do in the scouts, it makes sure that you always have at least one person with you, now I would advise that everyone..uh.." he had spotted Skylar as he was talking and stuttered slightly before coughing and regaining his composure "uh..I would advise that everyone chose a partner who is in a different regiment. Now I will also say a few things, I know some of you have never been outside and that's fine, just stick with your buddy and you should be fine, also we shall be dropping any official titles to make addressing people easier, at least that's what the chancellor told me, I thinks titles are important, but anyone buddy up and then we'll head out" he said before standing with his arms crossed, he really hadn't expected to see Skylar here, but he had now managed to keep his cool.

Koi barks joyously at Bianca, licking at her nose as she bends to sniff him, proceeding to try and scrabble onto her back as the bigger shiba turns to sniff the other dogs. Koi manage to hold onto his fluffy coat for a good 15 seconds before finally slipping and falling onto the ground, on his back and once again, trying to use his tiny legs to strike for freedom.
Kino chuckles in amusement, but his laugh couldn't complete itself when an order was given. He needs to find a partner!
Of course, he'd usually say he'll do it alone, but this seems like a requirement he gotta fulfill, despite the fact there were uneven amount of people, maybe there'll be a group of three?
It must be someone from a different group too, maybe he can choose Shadow? But JC might get together with Shadow, seeing that they were both siblings and in different regiment. Not to mention, their dogs are siblings too! Then again, they might separate to support the others who might have trouble, since they're nice like that.
Nonetheless, Kino doesn't mind what they do then, he's not taking a chance, he wants to partner up with Aisha! The girl with the shiba has always been one of his favorite sisters besides JC.
"Big sis!" He calls, skipping over to the girl just as Koi finally regained his balance, "You wanna partner up? We need a partner for this mission!" He chirps, Koi soon joining by his feet, "Koi likes to stay with Bianca too, I think they'll behave well with one another by their side." He said.

@Keen Kitsune

She had expected Kino to partner up with her but this time he didn't. She looked to Shadow. "Brother I know we partner up a lot so this time I won't choose you" she said before approaching Stiles. "Stiles, think it would be a problem if we partnered up" she asked looking to him as she crossed her arms against her chest as Dove followed her in pursuit before sitting down next to her. @Shadow_Pup

Shadow nodded before watching his sister go to Stiles. He noticed Skylar before approaching her with Hero walking beside him. "Skyer, would you like to partner up with each other, if that's not a problem?" He asked her. @Barefoot_Kittens

Stiles turned to JC, "well JC, I know we would make a great team but as I said we should try to buddy up with people from different regiments, it wouldn't be helpful to have two people used to being outside the walls together now would it, maybe someone else could use a strong partner like yourself" he said not showing much emotion and being a little blunt but not that he meant to hurt her he just didn't really understand socialising much.
@LunarSilvally

She sighed thinking for the moment. "I see your point" she said sternly. "Hey Shadow, switch with me!" She called to him as he turned to look at her. "Alright sis," he said in a calm voice before approaching her. "Would you mind taking Shadow then Stiles? I'll take Skylar in his place" she offered before patting her brother's shoulder leaving his side as Dove followed in pursuit. "Skylar, would you like to partner up with me?" She asked her. @Barefoot_Kittens

Shadow sighed. "She literally chose for me..but I don't know my way outside the city walls since I am Military Police and neither does Hero so this will be a great adventure for the both of us" he said sighing as he rested his arm on the long handle of his scythe as the long blade was easily shown behind him. Hero sniffed Stiles out of curiosity to catch scent since he does not see him very often before he sat down waiting patiently. @Shadow_Pup

Kiara stared at Stiles, a growing sense of dread gnawing through her. She wasn't mad that he was leading the expedition, he was out of the city way more than her. She also didn't mind when he said to drop the titles, they were all elite here. She paused for a moment as she glanced at the Stationary Guards. She knew the leader used to be in the scouting legion, but she didn't know much about the others. However, the fact that they came with Sobren had to mean something. Hopefully, he didn't just choose the two closest to him at the time. The sense of dread return when she remembered the fact that he was subjecting them all to the "buddy system" as she had dubbed it. She was used to working solo, the Military Police was a small group and often one person could handle an angry mob of civilians. With her usual stoic face, she stood off to the side. She had counted the group previously, nine people in total, an uneven number. With luck, she could use the excuse that she had Ebony as a partner, and work solo.

Aisha Ina
Aisha squinted her eyes for a moment as the sun shone down. The sunniness of the day certainly casted an optimistic view on a mission that could very well end in failure. She looked down and listened to Stiles as he talked, instructing them to get partners from a different group. She bit her lip, hesitant. She knew that many probably looked down on Stationary Guard's and she didn't want to be a bother to anyone. When Kino walked up and offered, she let out a smile at the petite boy. "Hello Kino, I would love to partner up. Hopefully, Bianca will be a good influence, she can be a bit goofy at times," she said, recalling how the white Shiba had been playing with Koi in the previous minutes. Bianca had nudged the fallen down puppy, before letting out a playful bark. Her tail wagged as she sniffed around the puppy, wondering how to pick him up safely. When she sensed a bit of hesitation from Aisha and realized Koi had started to straighten himself back up, she had returned to her side sitting near her as she waited.

Kino grins, throwing his hands up cere fully as the woman graciously accepted his offer.
"Yaaaay! We're partners!" He cheers, happily flapping his long sleeves into the air, shooting little apologetic glances at JC, hoping she understands why he chose to get with Aisha instead of her. It was a requirement! He was supposed to get with someone of a different regiment! But then again, JC isn't the type of girl to make a fuss over trivial things like this, so Kino doesn't worry much about what happens next.
"It's really fun once you get used to being outside the gate big sis," Kino said, looking up at the woman, "when you're able to look past all the vulgar images and block out the disgusting smell of those revolting zombies that is." He added, describing the situation lighter than it really is, "Cause they can smell really bad, like, really really bad." He said, stressing out the word as much as he could, "Wild beast and mutations don't even smell half as bad as those things does."
Koi barks next to him, jumping a bit on his legs as he paws at Bianca, who sat next to her owner, the girl appearing to be quite hesitant about something. At the mention of zombie scent, the puppy comically cringes, sticking their tongue out at the repulsive thought.
"Ooooh! And attacks! Doesn't happen often--or maybe it does-- but the wild beast and zombies really likes to pry with human activities, they come whenever they could find a group! You must've seen them whenever they get too close to the walls right? Your regiment have to hold them off sometimes until further assistance can be ensured, you must know a thing or two about them already!" The boy continues to chirp, "We have all the strongest people here, I don't think we need to worry too much about battles and such, if we work well, it'll be a piece of cake!" He said enthusiastically.
"Have you ever been outside the gate before? What am I saying, of course you haven't, that was a dumb question, pretend I never ask, but hey, feel free to come to me for guide! Actually, no, you don't want my advise, half the time they'll probably come back to bite you on the butt, but I can still answer any questions you have! Wait, scratch that too, not the right guy to ask." He said, looking even puzzled by his owm stupidity, but ended up laughing at himself for his silly offers.
"Whatever~ I'm here to help whenever you need it, just call for me~" he chimes, waving his hand lazily, "Of course, if you need some extra brains, you should probably look elsewhere, unless you meant actual brain, that, I can get."

To be honest, Sobren wasn't really looking forward to this journey. It's going to be exhausting, not to mention he was going to go with the group he dropped out of. Still, his adventurous side was pretty excited, and he was pretty sure he was getting out of shape from simple existing for months.
Then he heard of the Buddy program.
Before he knew it, most of the people had grouped up, except him, Bellamy, and another girl who had kept a distance.
Welp.
He really didn't mind. He was pretty ready to be alone anyways, the group was uneven after all. Unfortunately the girl already beat him to it. So despite the no-people-from-your-regiment rule, he really had no choice but to group with Bellamy.
"Hey, Bellamy, I guess we're going to be in a group. Just...make sure you won't sleep if there are zombies nearby huh?" he joked weakly.

Stiles looked around as everyone got there pairs, "right then let's head out" he said as the gates opened and he made his way out expecting the others to follow.

Bellamy smiled at Sobren, "yup, looks like it and yeah I'll try, can't make any promises though" he said jokingly before making his way out of the gate.

- about 20 minutes later -
Stiles was walking along, they had made it quite far and would probably stop to rest soon, he was about to suggest they stop when he smelt it, the smell that meant danger, the smell of rotting flesh. He looked around and saw them, a shambling horde making it's way over, it was a medium sized horde, easy to deal with when you had a team of skilled and experienced scouts, bit still manageable without. He pointed out the horde and moved forward "Everyone stick with your buddy, when you are fighting your only worry should be your buddies safety, Shadow with me" he said as he moved in swinging his staff round off his back and impaling a sicko right in the face, before swinging a low blow at a second ones legs.

Bellamy spotted the horde as Stiles pointed it out, god they were hideous and the smell was nauseating, he moved in making sure that Sobren was close, he knocked one zombie down with his shield and then stabbed him through the forehead with his sword, "we got this" he said mostly to himself as his hand shook slightly.

Sobren sighed as he sheathed his sword. It's only been 20 minutes and they're already fighting? How inconvenient.
He went into battle position, keeping track of everyone around. Despite Stiles saying to only care for your buddy, Sobren couldn't help but be worried about everyone's safety. No one was going out on his watch.
There you go again, thinking you're part of the Military or something. Get over it.
A zombie ran towards him, teeth flashing. Sobren fluidly ducked out of the way and stabbed the monster on the back, then rose the sword to cut the monster in the middle of it's head. Another zombie came forth, ready to bite Sobren, who blocked it's mouth with his shield and retaliated by chopping it's head off.
He was already panting, but felt exhilarated.
After all this time after dropping out, I still got it. he thought triumphantly

Kiara stared, judging at the group. She wasn't sure what to think, as one of the pairs were from the same group. Of course, she shouldn't have been judging seeing as how she chose to go solo, but that didn't stop her. She adjusted her belt, feeling the familiar sensation of her two weapons by her side once the sheaths settled. The gate finally started to inch up, which meant they could be on their way. She had been outside on a few occasions before, but she wasn't as familiar to the wilderness as those from the Scouting Legion. Either way, she wasn't a stranger to zombies or fighting for that matter. She didn't have a teammate who would potentially stall her in some way, so she was pleasantly pleased with her current state so far. She started to walk and with a click of her tongue, Ebony walked alongside her.
-Timeskip-
She stared at the distance, with a glance down as Ebony pawed the ground. Either that meant he had to do his business or danger. She decided it was the latter, as she was beginning to smell the horrible smell of rotting flesh. Soon, they emerged from the distance and she saw the size of the horde. It was manageable, and with the reminder that she could fight freely without looking out for anyone, she drew out her rapier. She could draw out her dagger at a moment's notice, so currently it stayed sheathed. With zombies approaching at varying speed, one approached her first and with a practiced slash, brought down her blade on its head. She cut the zombie in half before she pulled her rapier back from the dead zombie and twirled it in the air. The blood followed as if she was painting, though she quickly brought it down again onto another zombie, this time with a slant so that it cut the head neatly off. The stench was annoying, but she wasn't quite bothered by it. It was just a minor obstacle, much better than a broken bone or an injury of sorts. From the corner of her eye, she could see Ebony biting and growing at the zombies. However, he had not yet started mauling nearby zombies as it was still early on in the fight.

Aisha Ina
Aisha smiled, as she watched the excited orange-haired boy throw up his arm, and in turn the long sleeves he wore. She listened to his description of the outside, her optimistic attitude slowly waning by the second. She'd seen and fought zombies before, it was their duty to hold them back until the Scouting Legion could come. However, those zombie encounters were rare, and often they didn't end up dealing with the brunt of the attack. Ignoring the negative thoughts running through her mind, she continued to listen to him talk, with a small smile on her face. It was kind of soothing to just talk. However, the happy feeling diminished when the gate opened as she stared at the wilderness. It stretched for as long as the eye could see, she had seen it from near the top of the gate many times, but standing in front of it brought a mess of feelings. She reached down to grab Bianca's leash, her hands slightly shaking with a mixture of excitement and fear. Bianca, who had been messing around with Koi, stopped when she felt saw Aisha grab her leash. "Well, this is it. Let's try out best," she said, offering a smile before she started to walk out.
-Timeskip-
She had been walking along for a while, Bianca at her side. Bianca had been behaving well so far, but Aisha wasn't sure how long that behavior would last. Bianca nudged her hand with her wet nose, a tiny whine emitting from her. "What's wrong Bi-bi?" she asked, as she scratched her fluffy head. Then, she started to smell it too. It was a horrible smell, almost certainly rotting flesh. She felt a bit of nausea as the horde approached, a mixture of the smell and look. She remembered about twenty minutes prior, when Kino had mentioned how terrible they smelled. She couldn't imagine having to smell it daily, but she figured she might as well get used to it sooner. Thankfully Stiles had instructions. She let go of Bianca's leash before she reached down and unsheathed both of her daggers. She breathed in and out slowly, calming herself down as she gripped her daggers. The familiar sensation was soothing, enough to where it allowed her to stab the first zombie with a clear mind. With her other dagger, her curved dagger, she slashed. The pressure she applied was enough to cut through its neck. She jumped back, grabbing both her daggers as the body fell. The stench was already hitting hard, but she was determined to get through it. Bianca stood nearby, closer to Koi than before. Her teeth bared into a growl and the fur on her spine raised.

As the gate opens, Kino looks on with a happy attitude, having gotten use to the intimidating danger that possibly lies ahead of them as they walk out. He never once considered, that the ones that weren't part of the scouting legion, to be scared, that is, until he saw Aisha's nervous trembling. It wasn't completely a shiver of fear, there were some extent of excitement in them, but it was enough to remind Kino that not everyone here had outside experience with head on attacks.
It didn't take long till the sudden smell reached his nose, first Koi, then Kino, and they both blech at the scent.
The zombies that looms closer was obviously the culprit to such a smell, and Kino stood up straight as he listens to the orders given by Stilinski.
"Alright big sis, I got your back and you got mine," he calls in advance to Aisha, swinging out his flute, eyes focus on a closing zombie. When the rotten figure was within a feet in front of the boy, he lash out with imposing speed, stabbing the blunt end of his flute into the eyes of the monster. He tore it out just as quick as it came, and Kino continously jabbed at the zombie, backing up every now and then to tease it forward, each step dignified to the boy's confidence, radiating off his smirk as he watches the pained zombies stumbles to grab at him.
The zombie's speed was also formidable, but Kino's was faster by all means, slipping underneath the grunt and elbowed it forward, to Koi, who stood near Bianca. The puppy ducks, purposely so, to trip the zombies, who bumps into another one, and a domino effect was ensured.
Each got up with a pissy expression, advancing towards the single boy that knocked them over. It wasn't much, up to 5 at most if Kino can count.
Each screeches and lunges for his throat, dirty teeth gnashing against one another as they hungrily grab for the small man.
Kino slides pass each of them, knowing for sure the short number was too much even for him, taking it out one by one was more possible in his book.
Two came at the same time, but one was quickly taken care of by a standing split kick, the high heel of his boot stabbing mercilessly into the jaw of the first zombie, knocking it back and out. The second one was more cunning, grabbing his shoulders and pushing him back, slamming him to the ground.
It wasn't at all painful, merely an ache near his back, and Kino smiles as the zombie's leans forward, mouth opening to reveals the stench and rotting insides. The boy held the top part of the flute to its throat, grinning at the horrible mistake the zombie has made.
The blade hidden inside the flute unfolds upon itself, stabbing through the zombie and skewering the ones behind it, who thought they had won and could feast on a body. Kino kicks the limp body off himself, flipping backwards and using his small size to easily land lightly a good distant away from the horde he had provoked.
He sweat drops as the rest came to him, some already in place and had surrounded him. He flips his hair back and chuckles nervously.
Koi barks, on the outside of the zombie circle, running along the edges trying to get in. It proves unsuccessful and the puppy whimpers.
"Hey big sis, lend me a hand why don't ya?" He calls at Aisha, who had already taken care of a zombie herself. "I'm surrounded by five, take out even one and it should be enough for me to at least get out of here." He said.

@Keen Kitsune

Shadow nodded. "Lead the way, but I have to kept at a distance because of my scythe since it can kill the zombies at the far range, Hero go!" He told him as the Sable Husky growled as he saw Shadow swing his scythe forward at multiple zombies taking the neck before Hero reacted knocked down the beheaded ones ripping out limps but the smell was strong for the pups nose as he whined due to the intake as he backed up a bit before continuing to rip limps out making sure they were dead. JC on the other hand, stood with Skylar as she reached the handle of her katana pulling it out of the Scabbard until a clean and shiny blade appeared. "Dove go now!" She told the white husky as Dove howled seeing her owner place her wolf mask on her face until seeing her disappear as she only saw the strikes from her blade until seeing her return to her side and at that point Dove moved grabbing each head in her jaws crushing them completely before returning to JC's side blood on paws and muzzle licking the blood off with her tongue. "Bellamy, Sobren you alright back there! Kiera how about yourself!" She called before taking out a few more zombies with Dove working to together with her. @Shadow_Pup @Gamingfan

Kiara started to leave a trail of dead zombie's behind her. She had pranced around them, her speed and precision growing as time continued. She had gotten used to how the zombies attacked and planned her movements around that. She didn't go full out though, as it was pointless this early into their mission. In fact, she was holding back quite a bit. She was the leader of the Military Police, a title she secretly took pride in. One didn't get there if they were simply good. So, her small body seemed to flash away at moments when only the quick swish of her blade and blood splattering could determine where she was. She felt no emotion as she didn't even give the dead bodies a second glance. They had gotten in her way, so they had practically been asking for death. She glanced down and saw her rapier's blade was drenched in blood but not a speck had landed on her. Though she didn't mind bloody clothes, it wasn't her preference. She thought she heard somebody call out to somebody with a name closer to her's, but she took any opportunity to now socialize and instead stayed silent. With no zombies closer to her, she glanced back up and saw Ebony, in a medium distance away from her, tackle a zombie. His muscular body pinned it down as he opened his jaw. He bit the zombie's head fully, shaking his head with strong tugs in each direction. On his last tug, he separated the head from the body. He bit down, hearing the crunch of bones breaking before dropping it. He turned towards the next zombie and tensed, he growled a warning before lunging once more.

Aisha Ina
Aisha looked up at the dogs when no zombies were attacking her. They seemed to be fine, with no visible injuries. She shifted her gaze when Kino started to speak. Somehow, he was surrounded by five zombies. How he didn't get overwhelmed by the fumes alone was beyond her, but she nodded. After a quick moment, she realized he had probably missed the nod so she called out with a simple "Okay,". She walked forward, her daggers poised and ready to strike at any moment. She kept her gaze steady on one zombie, and it soon turned its head towards her. As it began lumbering towards her direction, she took a step back before taking another one back. She wasn't going to go a mile away, but she thought a little distance might be beneficial. She wobbled a bit when she nearly tripped backward over a dead branch. She quickly threw up her arms to steady herself, and in the process stabbed the zombie. She dragged down with her dagger, pushing herself up with the momentum as she cut into the zombie. She drew out her stiletto dagger as she sliced off the arm with her curved dagger. She lunged forward again, slicing off the other arm. Her other hand clutched the stiletto dagger before she plunged it into the head, breaking the skull. The first zombie had been pure adrenaline, but the one she had just killed caused a mixture of emotions when she saw it's dead body fall. She wondered what their past life was like, what it had felt like to transform into a zombie. Her chest heaved as she breathed heavily, and she blinked away tears that were watering in her eyes. Forget it, Aisha they're not human anymore. I can do it, I need to do focus. She looked down at the dead zombie and uttered a soft apology before looking up. She wiped at her eyes, a determined look taking her face. She raised her hand, her dagger pointed forward towards the second zombie. She stepped forward, continuing until she was close enough to strike. Her daggers flashed as she danced around the zombie, striking when she could.

Sobren sliced another zombie before giving himself a once-over to see if he was hurt. He gave a thumbs-up and grinned "All good here!"
Shouldn't have said that
Before he knew it, two zombies were rushing at him. Without a second to spare he blocked them with his shield, their combined weight pushing him down.
Crap.
His scouting mindset took over. Sobren knocked the zombies to the side and jumped, forcing his blade down as he fell, cutting the monsters clean in half.
Hoof...still ok....
Sobren then realized he forgot about bellamy "You okay Bellamy?" he asked worriedly.

Stiles looked around, the zombie number were dwindling down to the last few, he dodged an attack and raised his leg and moved it round the sickos neck before smashing the back of it head on to his other knee, he then returned to stance and began to slice at the sickos, one caught him off guard but it had no jaw so it tried to bite him and ended up head butting him in the mouth, he kicked it away, he could taste blood, the bastard had split his lip and after further inspection had also cut his arm, there was blood dripping down his arm slowly but he ignored it and continued.

Bellamy turned to Sobren, "yeah I'm good, were nearly finished" he said as the last few were finished. He then stood panting, "ah jeez, I've not had a fight like that in a while, we should camp here, seeing as we have already cleared out the zombies" he said starting to move the bodies to a nearby ditch, "somebody wanna help me, we can't camp among the bodies now can we" he said as heaved a particularly large one to the ditch.

Kino smiles as he watches one zombie being taken off by Aisha, who killed it after creating distance. From what he sees, she twist backwards first, creates a distant where the zombie couldn't reach her but she could when vice versa, slashing into the zombie and successfully cutting off both of its arms. It was a genius move, but little does he know she actually just lost balance and by chance manage to stab the zombie.
"Thanks big sis!" He shouted, turning away from her when he know she'll be alright. Now, without having to worry about an all side attack, he cracked his knuckles and smirks, stretching out his arm right after.
"The rest of you should be easy," he said, "just because I look like a kid doesn't mean I fight like one, get ready to take a blade to the head you---" the last part shall be censor for unholy language use.
And forward he went, with the mind blowing speed, blade lashing out magnificently from its sheath, gorging itself among the many bodies it was offered. The strokes hits its bullseye, anx Kino didn't blink twice for the ones that fell to the ground. Kino did catch sight of more coming, and flips back to Koi and Bianca.
The puppy was gnawing on a zombie's fingers, the one that Aisha has killed, thinking that it was still alive. It doesn't take a genius to know that the zombie was long gone and shouldn't be much of a threat anymore, but Kino rather have Koi fight a dead body than alive.
"Koi, I'm gonna have you to stay close to Bianca-chan, kay?" He ordered.
Koi barked, tail wagging as he squish himself to Bianca's side, slipping and then falling on his when Bianca proves too tall for the action. Kino laughs, but turns back to the upcoming crowd. They came little by little, so Kino didn't panic much, only step lightly near Aisha. He didn't say anything to her this time, just kill the zombies next to her.
Kino was no dog, he couldn't smell emotions like they could, but he had been an expert at picking them up after having to figure out what his grandma's current moods were, and so when he look at Aisha, he thought he felt slight guilt and sadness radiating off her.
Aisha was a sympathetic caring girl, it didn't come as a surprise that she'll probably feel bad for the undead that she killed. Kino didn't know how to tell her it was alright to kill them, they're dead, they wouldn't feel it anymore. Plus, being dead is better than being rotten inside and out. Since he's not good with words, he just smiles, hoping for it to at least do something.
