• A reminder: If you want to ask an RP thread creator if you can join their RP, do so in private - via conversation or profile messages - or via the thread's discussion thread, if one exists. Do NOT ask if you can join an RP on the RP thread itself! This leads to a lot of unnecessary OOC chatter and that's not what the RP boards are for.

This is clearly stated in our RP forum rules. If you've not read them yet, do so BEFORE posting anything in the RP forums. They may be found here (for Pokémon Role Play) or here (for General Role Play). Remember that the Global Rules of Pokécharms also apply in addition to these rule sets.

Ask to Join Fakemon Roleplay

Hello! This is a roleplay based around fake fan-made Pokemon. The setting is the Blue Islands; completely undiscovered by people and inhabited only by pokemon unique to the islands. Of course all Pokecharms rules and regulations WILL apply to this thread. Unless you have permission you cannot use another persons fakemon or artwork and it will fall to you to create and describe your fakemon. If you don't have your own artwork for it then please put a good description. If you decide to evolve during the rp then please put a description or artwork of the new evolved form as well. Oh and I'm allowing mega evolution and your own signature move if you want, just please don't go too overpowered with anything lol.

Anyone can join in on the rp once I approve your OC. The rp will start now.

Sire had just come out of his psychic training on top of the waterfall where he stayed. He leaps down from the rocks in the water and starts to the edge to look over the island landscape from on top of the falls. "Hmm peaceful as usual…" he says to himself before using his powers to sense the life energies of any pokemon that may be nearby.

Description: A small baby white fox,it has a Blue Crystal collar around it's neck,It has blue icy eyes

(OOC: Gardevoirlillies your approved!)

Sire sensed a cold aura nearby the waterfall and quickly leaped through the trees to find it. "What's this?" He looked down to see an icy white fox. He quickly leaped down and landed in front of snowflake, his giant feathers all fuzzy before he almost instantly dropped them all into a neat cloak shape. "What's your name little one?"

"My name is Sire, don't worry I'm not going to hurt you." He looked down at the small fox and read its aura. "Hmm, I've never seen a pokemon like you on this island before."

Sire stood in place, keeping his mental focus and didn't even flinch from the new fox's entrance. "Hmm who are you?? Are you related to this little one?" He asks curiously sensing the bigger fox.

Fakemon Name: Iberiock

Nickname: Carmen

Species: Southern Lynx Pokémon

Type: Rock/Grass

Ability: Geo Body (User cannot be poisoned or confused)

Moves: Earthquake, Petal Dance, Rock Throw, Obsidian Fang (A made up, rock-type Fang move, which can cause the opponent to flinch)

Mega Evolution: No

Description: Iberiock has coarse, brown fur, which resembles Pele's hair in texture. It has a small, brown rock at the end of its tail, and is studded with spots resembling onyx shards. Closely resembles the Iberian Lynx.

Carmen lay on the bank of the river at the waterfall's bottom, rolling around in the grass. So far, so had yet to find anything interesting to do here, aside from that. She'd been in the river earlier that morning, but only to catch herself a magikarp for breakfast. Such pathetic creatures, they were, until they evolved, not that she was ever going to see one fully evolved... Unless a trainer came by to catch her.

(OOC: Prince Noir you are approved!)

Sire could sense another presence down the waterfall. "Hmm another unfamiliar energy." He thought to himself still looking at the icy foxes in front of him.

The lynx pokemon plucked a water-lily from its pad in the water, placing it on her jagged left ear. With the day's end approaching fast, perhaps, she thought, she should catch herself another meal, lest she risk going hungry for the night. Her grass typing left her lethargic when the sun wasn't out, and thus, she could only hunt during the day.

She speared a wishwashi with her claw, devouring the small fish in a single bite. The poor thing didn't even put up a fight...

Sire sensed a disturbance in the wishiwashi schools. "Oh no…" he thought to himself. He looked to the foxes "I have to go! We'll meet again…" he said to them before leaping and gliding down the falls with his wings. He landed in front of the lynx pokemon and turned his head to look at her by the water. His eyes starting to glow pink as the sun fades slowly.

Carmen eyed the stranger suspiciously, surprised by his sudden entry. The pokemon did not appear to be collared, so it didn't belong to anyone... So what business did it have with her?

"Something up, chico?" She purred, tossing the wishiwashi bones away quickly, "If you came to share my dinner with me, then I'm afraid that you arrived too late."

"You must not be familiar with wishiwashi girl…" He says to the lynx pokemon as a school of wishiwashi form in the water and leap up, firing a large hydro pump at the two.

"Hmph. I hate it when dinner decides that it doesn't want to be eaten," she commented, "Nevermind! Nothing a petal dance can't fix!"

Carmen whipped up a fierce flurry of pink petals, and launched it at the wishiwashi, dancing about the bank.

Sire leaped to the top of a tree and watched as Carmen fought the wishiwashi. "Hmm interesting…" He observed and contemplated curiously to himself.

Fakemon Name: Pupyro
Nickname (Optional): Coal
Species: Pyro Puppy Pokemon
Type(s): Fire/Dark
Ability (Optional): Flame Body
4 Moves: Ember, Growl, Scratch, Bite
Mega Evolution?: No
Description: A relatively weak Pokemon, Pupyro tries its best to make itself look more intimidating by standing up on its hind legs, thus proving its strength, but to no avail, it usually ends up looking cute. It's initially roughly 2 1/2 feet high, but can stand up to 3 1/2 feet high when standing on its hind legs. It has black fur all around (except for a few markings) which make for great camouflage in the dark. During the night, it likes to stalk others within the darkness, and use its glowing orange markings in its fur (that resemble that of lava cracks, spanning all around its body, but aren't noticeable unless they glow) to unnerve, or startle its opponents to get the upper hand when it attacks, but because it's so weak, it usually can't defeat the opponents it picks, and ends up biting off more than it can chew. Its tail, despite its fluffiness, can grow so hot, it can burn substances, namely wood, but they miraculously don't catch fire. Its internal temperature depends on its mood. (Must I go into detail about that? I think I've put enough already xD)
Artwork (Optional): N/A

(If you need anymore info, let me know.)

Coal layed in the grass of the plains, sunbathing in what little sunlight was left in the day. Being a somewhat nocturnal Pokemon, he was up especially early. He is rarely able to feel the warmth of the sunlight of dusk, as he usually goes to sleep after dawn, but before noon, and wakes up after dusk, but before midnight. He was too used to the cold air of the morning, so this was certainly relaxing for him.

As the sun finally set, Coal decided to remove himself from his grass-burnt spot in the field, and begin looking for something to eat. Sure, he liked to battle others, but he didn't believe in killing them for his own good. He would sometimes scavenge what was left over from past meals from others, but he usually settled for fruits and the like, but it just wasn't the same as the tasty meat. However, halfway into the secluded area of trees, he heard a commotion in the distance. He looked over to see two Pokemon, those of which he had never seen before, fighting what seemed to be a school of Wishiwashi. Suddenly feeling the urge to join in the fight, he rushed over to them, but he was too late.

As he drew near, the battle had already finished. Disappointed in himself for not being faster, Coal walked back to where he was before, ears drooping. Starting then, he vowed to himself that he would start training himself so he could avoid situations like that. That thought was cut short, however, as his stomach growled, causing him slight discomfort. He then looked back at the area of the river that the battle took place, and licked his lips. Fish was, indeed, a tasty meal, but he never learned how to catch one, let alone kill something, or anything for that matter. He had quite the dilemma now.

(OOC: Zen Pie you are approved! And that's good for now thank you xD)

As sire watched the lynx pokemon fight he decided to help and jump in. He leaped up into the air above the wishiwashi school and came crashing down onto it with two psycho cuts, sending the school back into the water and forcing them to separate and retreat. "Hmm I was expecing them to take a little more than that." He thought to himself as he folded his feathers back down into a cloak and began to walk away silently.

"They're troublesome, when schooling," Carmen said as she landed gracefully on the grass behind the riverbank. Wishiwashi were Carmen's favourite thing to eat, especially when they were alone. All she had to do was spear them, and they were hers. Such pathetic little things, she found.

She busied herself with arranging the petals from her dance around the grass, into the flowers that they might once have come from.

Galdi was near a tall tree that was near the riverbank; slowly arousing from his long slumber. He sluggishly got up on his feet; hugging the thick trunk for balance. His eyes scanned around the area, noticing a body of water that was nearby; along with an unfamiliar Pokémon that was within close proximity. He silently skulked throughout the grassy area, as he kept his right hand on his back. He was prepared to draw out his keratin blade that was sheathed between the diagonal gap on his back. He kept a watchful eye around his surroundings, as he snuck up to the cat-like Pokémon that looked primarily brown like the tree that he previously slept at.

Still engrossed in her petal arranging, Carmen continued until she had made a series of identical cherry blossoms, with the only variations being the size of the gaps in the centre.

She finally stopped when she noticed the presence of another pokemon, turning to face it with a quick flick of her jagged tail.

"You got something to say, chico?" She greeted gruffly, "Because I don't do chit-chat. Hurry up and spit it out."

After Galdi heard the cat-like Pokémon's harsh tone that threatened him, he stayed silent at her. He secretly started to charge up the electricity that was in his conical tail. He kept his right hand on his keratin blade, as he was ready to draw it out; thinking that he would have to defend himself against the other Pokémon that he perceived as a threat. He glared over at the Pokémon with his red eyes, which were now in a shade of deep, scarlet red from his piling anger.

"Not one to talk, eh?" Carmen commented, "Hmpf. Well, you look like an electric type, so if you're planning on beating me up, you've picked a fight with the wrong species!"

The iberiock prepared to shred the ground with an earthquake attack, stopping with an acerbic smile on her face, shortly before dropping back onto all four paws.

"Next time, pick on someone your own size," she cackled, baring her teeth, "And think carefully before messing with a member of a highly endangered species!"

And with that, the ground beneath them began to shake, as a fissure opened near the intruder.

(For my first bit of rp, see my first post. I edited it.)

Before he knew it, there was another Pokemon making its way to the river area. Coal ran into hiding, and viewed from afar what occurred. He couldn't make out what they were saying, but a few seconds later, the ground started to shake. "A tremor!" He thought, before looking over at the cat-like Pokemon. "Is she doing this?" He thought to himself as he looked at the Pokemon, who looked like she was doing it. Eventually, a fissure opened up by the new Pokemon. Startled, he fell out of hiding, lying on the shaking ground, unable to get up due to how rigorously the ground shook.

Galdi noticed the fissure opening beneath him, as his body trembled with the violent shaking ground! He sighed at himself after taking note that the attack would significantly injure him. He knew that he would have to flee the battle as soon as possible; he was running out of the much needed ethereal energy necessary for battling. He quickly thought of a creative way to flee the scene, as he had only one chance at executing such a bizarre tactic.

He still stayed silent towards the cat Pokémon, as he quickly unleashed two moderately sized balls of draconic energy at her! He swiftly launched the last ball at his feet, as he was sent flying towards a hill! He ignored the stinging pain that went on especially in the lower areas of his body; he did not seem to realize that he was weak against his own type. He waved and gave off a smirk towards the cat Pokémon, before he landed upon the hill that was moderately high off of where she was.

The lynx pokemon jumped gracefully backward towards the river bank, allowing the energy balls to crash straight into the fissure as the attacker slipped away.

"Such cowardice," Carmen spat, "That's another thing that I can't stand. Don't start fights if you aren't going to finish them!"

And the iberiock hurried away up into a tree, to recover from the experience.

Eventually, the ground stopped shaking, allowing Coal to finally get up. When he looked over at the "battlefield," he didn't see the two Pokemon that fought. Instead, he only saw the aftermath, which was a gaping hole in the ground. He walked over to the fissure in question, and looked down into it. It seemed to span pretty deep. "Note to self: don't mess with that Pokemon" He thought to himself, taking a mental note.

"...at least not until you're strong enough." He added to that note.

With it starting to get pretty dark, Coal's night vision takes effect, as he then notices another Pokemon in the vicinity, who seemed to be just leaving. Wondering why they didn't join the battle, he ran up to them. "Hey! Mr-" He called them while running towards them, but stopped and skidded to a halt as he looked up at the Pokemon, who was clearly much bigger than him; by at least 3 feet. "Uh, S-Sir?" He timidly asked the Pokemon, assuming it was male. As he continued looking up at the Pokemon, a dread built up inside of him. He suddenly wanted nothing to do with this Pokemon, and because of this feeling, he fled behind a nearby tree in fear.

Galdi noticed the foreshadowing darkness that greeted him from the approaching night. He thought to himself while walking towards a bush, "Hmph, just because she can push me around with those earthquakes doesn't mean that she has a right to mess with a baby like me! If only my friend didn't use that move that prevents me from going into my tough and dark form... I mean come on, was I really abusing that?!"

A feminine-filled voice replied in his thoughts, "Yes little one, you were exploiting such a deadly power here. I was forced to seal off your trance so that you wouldn't go around threatening or even taking their lives like that! You need to understand that we drew a line between what is reasonable and what is definitely not reasonable for using your power here!"

He sarcastically retorted at the voice, "Okay, so maybe I was taking it a little too far by using a powered move on a bee that's twice my size; that also has drills for arms!"

The voice sighed and said to him in a concerned tone, "Look, you need to control not only your aura, but also more importantly... your anger. Your fury drives you to go at others and even destroy them! I think that you're not really ready to venture out into the big world alone yet."

He picked off some berries off the bush, as he angrily replied to the voice, "Anger? The only thing that I see about anger is that it's a reason to destroy those I despise! AND THAT LITTLE CAT GIRL IS NEXT!"

The voice said to him in a calming tone, "Now now baby, let's just take it easy and calm down here. I might not be around you, but at least I can talk with thoughts to thoughts; no one can hear us here." He quickly ate one of the berries he picked, as he made his way to a cave that was even darker than the outside area he was in.

Carmen plucked a burr from her coarse coat, before sharpening her fangs with her claws. The cheek of that insolent youngster had left her with a terribly sour taste in her mouth, not that she had minded teaching him a lesson for it. Earthquake was but a light sentence, compared to her signature move, obsidian fang. At simply a thought, she could sharpen her fangs into thick, obsidian daggers, and crush the bones of every pathetic pokemon and trainer who dared cross her. Just like she had done to her ex-trainer, who had tossed her out because she was having a baby. As a parting gift, Carmen had leapt up and given her a bloody and broken arm. Just like she had done to that foolish male, who'd insisted that she make cubs with him. His legs had shattered with an audible crunch, beneath Carmen's jaw.

If it came to it, she wouldn't mind doing the same to that youngster, but she doubted that he would dare cross a woman like her again. He couldn't be so stupid as to deal with a beast as rare and as strong as her again... Could he?

(OOC: I might consider introducing another major Fakemon character, though I would like to discuss this privately with the roleplay creator first.)

Galdi's rage was like an exploding soda can, as he noticed a Beedrill that was buzzing about; gathering some honey from the blooming flowers that danced along the gentle breeze. The Beedrill turned around and snickered at Galdi, as it said in a mocking tone, "Daww, is the little baby still cranky at the big bee that almost defeated him? Aww, how about I just buzz around and let you take your nice nap little baby dino?"

Galdi fiercely roared at him, "YOU... BETTER... ST... OP... TH... IS... RIGHT... N... OW..." He drew out his keratin blade from his back, as it partially seperated and revealed a blue, ehhereal blade! The blade glew along with his anger, as his red eyes were clearly visible within the approaching night.

The Beedrill buzzed in a fearful tone, as he hesitantly replied in a slightly loud voice, "Umm... c- ca- can we t- ta- talk this o- out?! Co- come on! You l- look like you're about to beat someone u- up! P- ple- please!"

Galdi emitted an evil smile at him, as he replied in a thundering, sinister tone, "TALK? YOU MEAN LIKE WHEN YOU DON'T DO IT TO ME? NOW I SHALL DO SAME TO YOU LITTLE BUGGY!" The ethereal blade brightly glew in a dark bluish hue, as it shined terror towards the Beedrill's teary eyes! He stomped towards the Beedrill in a huge rage, while the Beedrill desperately attempted to still reason with him.

Shaking her head, as if to clear it of thoughts of the ones who wronged her, Carmen leapt down from the tree, heading to a nearby hollowed out log for the night. It was plenty big enough, and it kept her warm, and allowed to spot intruders easily...

As he hid behind the tree, he heard what sounded like shouting, but not just any kind of shout. It was an angry shout; someone must have been enraged by something else. He looked up at a hill, which was where the shouting was coming from, but he couldn't see anyone from where he was currently. Due to his naturally dark fur, he was able to slip away from where he was without being noticed, and he was able to see where he was going because of his night vision. He tried his best to avoid all other temptations so he wouldn't get distracted.

In time, he finally reached the hill where the screaming was coming from. He saw the same Pokemon who got attacked by the cat Pokemon, seemingly angry at a Beedrill. For the Pokemon, it may have seemed like a bad thing, but for Coal, it looked like an opportunity to finally battle at least once for the day. And the thought of the Beedrill being at a disadvantage against Coal, it only made him want to intervene more.

Alas, the urge was too great, and Coal jumped out in front of the engaged Pokemon. "I got this!" Coal blurted out to no one in particular. He opened his mouth, and an orange-ish glow emitted from it. As it happened, the orange streaks in his fur, otherwise unnoticeable, started glowing as well. A second later, a small ball of fire shot from his mouth and flew towards the Beedrill. [Coal used Ember!]

The Beedrill felt a burning pain in front of his chest, as he screamed, "AHH, WHAT THE- THIS BURNS! AHH MY GOD, THIS HURTS SO MUCH!" His skin quickly developed a huge burn, as his energy started to quickly diminish. He was oblivious to the other Pokémon that attacked him with an ember. He was too busy trying to think of a way to quickly flee the scene. He cried out from the excruciating, burning pain; as his drill arms flailed about in protest!

Galdi gave off a wide smirk at him, while he noticed the another unfamiliar Pokémon that appeared to have puppy-like qualities. He kept his eyes on the Beedrill that was now suffering from a burn; he gave off a quiet giggle at the Beedrill squirming and wretchely attempting to escape from the area. He still held onto his keratin blade, as the ethereal blade was still out; glimmering with his laughter from the Beedrill's huge misfortune.

Awoken by the agonised cries of the beedrill, Carmen came over to investigate, finding that once again, that damnable little pokemon was the source of the trouble. Carmen wasn't typically one to join in on savage brawls like this, too much effort, she found, unless she was being directly attacked, but for that creature, she was quick to make an exception. A baby or not, it needed to be neutralised, and fast.

"You sure do like to stir up trouble, eh?" Carmen commented, sashaying forward with her teeth proudly on display, "Well, if that's what you want to do here, then I might just have to..." she paused, as though relishing the sound of her own voice, "Take care of you."

The iberiock's white fangs flashed, and then lengthened, becoming a polished black.

"See these?" Carmen threatened, "With them, I can break bones like matchsticks. I've done it before. Say, you look pretty small... I reckon I could snap you right in half with these. You ought to clear off, before you end up as my midnight snack."

(OOC: This is essentially cat and mouse now. :P)

Galdi looked at the other Pokémon that threatened him, as he gulped when he saw that it was the same Pokémon that used earthquake on him earlier. He hid his fear that accumulated from the sight of the menacing, black fangs from the Pokémon. He thought to himself, "Yeah I'm screwed aren't I... MAYBE THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD HAVE NOT TAKEN AWAY MY POWER!"

The feminine voice replied in a giggle, "Okay, maybe I should have not completely removed it, but you can still flee here. It's not always a bad idea to flee, especially since you sound like you're in a huge pickle. I'm afraid to say this... but you might have to execute your last resort tactic."

Galdi prepared to execute his hasty, but also a now deathwish escape again, as he replied back to his thoughts, "Well... I'm kinda running low on energy... so I'd better hope that this cat can't track me down... I'm definitely going to be hurt badly or even knocked out after this..." He quickly fired off three draconic spheres of energy at his feet at once! He faintly said to the Beedrill while he was propelled towards a location; one was even further away from the cat Pokémon now, "I'll see you later bugsy, it's been a nice time with y- you!"

As he watched the bug Pokemon burn, enjoying the thrill of the moment, he heard some chatter come from behind him. What he saw made his heart skip a beat. He saw the same Pokemon who used earthquake earlier threatening the Pokemon whose place he took. He felt kinda bad that the Pokemon had to take the blame, but he was too scared to intervene. He saw what power that cat Pokemon has, and he had no intention of getting involved.

Just then, he heard a boom, and a few seconds later, he saw the Pokemon flying away in what seemed to be a last resort of some kind. "Better safe than sorry, I suppose." He thought to himself. But then, he realized something; he was alone with the burnt Beedrill and the cat Pokemon. Feeling like he really got himself into some deep sssshhhhhhiizz (phew, close one), he tried to dismiss it all. "Umm... he was like that when I got here." He told the cat Pokemon, pointing at the Beedrill.

Real smooth, Coal. Real smooth...

"You think I don't know that?" the iberiock scoffed, "I wouldn't have threatened that damnable child with my obsidian fangs if it wasn't causing trouble! I don't stir up trouble, you know. I snap its pathetic limbs with my fangs."

Carmen flicked her tail, snapping the jagged end on a nearby rock with a bang. "I don't know what that creature has against me, or anyone here. Probably spoiling for a fight, in which case, he should know better than to mess with a beautiful, endangered, and powerful being like myself!"

As the cat Pokemon told Coal what she'd do to him if she really caught him, it only made Coal feel a thousand times worse. He felt his heart sink as she said that last part; about the fangs. He desperately wanted to explain what had happened so that the other Pokemon wouldn't be in so much trouble with her, but he didn't want to be hunted by her in exchange. Even he knows when he's beat before the battle has even begun, and at the moment he is nowhere near capable of laying a scratch on her.

Even if he did think about challenging her once he was much stronger, he had a change of heart as she stated she was an endangered species. "M-Maybe that's just a scapegoat...?" He thought to himself. But then again, what if it wasn't...? The longer he hesitated to tell her the truth, the more that guilt built up inside of him, the more he dreaded what would happen to his well being if he did tell her. He had practically dug his own grave. Then, he couldn't take it anymore. He snapped!

"Uuugh! He didn't do it!!!!" He shouted at her, immediately regretting his rash decision.

(OOC: This is the other Fakemon character; I might put her information also.)

Galdi was sent flying towards a rocky hill, as he fell near a cave with a hard force! His body lied motionless; he lacked the needed ethereal energy to even stay up. He continued to lightly breathe along with the cold breeze that cuddled around him. A big, dinosaur-like Pokémon came over to him after seeing his inert body, as she folded her crystalline wings after landing next to him.

She said to him while picking up his body with her slightly hard arms, "Well, now we meet officially in person, now we can talk instead of me having to use the mind. Hmm, you look pretty beat up there little one, maybe we should go inside that cave and rest for a little. We'll talk more once you get up." She slowly walked towards the cave, while she kept a steady grip on Galdi.

The iberiock cocked her head to the left, bunching up her coarse fur as she did so. "He didn't do it? I don't see what you mean," Carmen growled, "That creature has been entirely responsible for the disturbances here, tonight. At least with me. Ought to pick on someone his own size!"

Eager to flaunt her status to the small canid pokemon, Carmen continued her rant, "I'm an iberiock, niño. My species used to be a popular catch, on account of our strength, and our numbers dwindled. Now, there's only two-hundred iberiock left in the world, and I'm one of 'em."
