Shae constantly forgot the appeal of having more than one flying pokemon. The Altaria and Bewear she'd had for over a year were trailing behind her as she ran after the flapping wings of her small Rowlet, following the trail of feathers when the bird Pokemon went out of sight.
"Rowlet, get back here, dammit!" she shouted shrilly, and burst through a large bush in pursuit, only to run head-on into something way bigger than what she was looking for. A person. Of course. She should've been watching where she was going. Luckily, her Rowlet had bumped into the person as well, so she took that opportunity to grab him and hold him tight enough so he wouldn't fly away again.
"Sorry," she apologized deftly. At least she got her Pokemon back.
