DPPt/HGSS help with my Diamond version team -_-'

this is of course the newest generation and i'm making this team for
competitive reasons. i was wondering if this is a good set up for a team and what could be impoved/changed within the move sets or if i should remove/replace the pokemon enitrely. thanks.


Dratini (lvl 27) nature:mild
he'll be a dragonite for the final team
so i wont post his moves just yet

Staraptor (lvl 59) nature:bashful

Luxray(lvl 59) nature:bashful

Ditch Kyogre,first off.People that do competitives dont allow ubers.Ditch him for a Breloom.

Yeah, Breloom/Jumpluff can be DEADLY, LOL.

In my opinion i'd keep kyorge and teach it sheer cold (this move has 30 thirty percent accurary but it makes the pokemon faint no matter what)
