Introduction
In a different world, following a different timeline, Hoenn was subjugated by an organization who named itself Team Elite. They have, over the course of several generations, gained an absolute control over the distribution of pokemon as well as any knowledge relating to the mysterious critters.
By keeping all the rare pokemons for themselves and spreading it among their veteran members, they have kept the world around them on a leash. Citizens are warned that wild pokemon are savage and cruel, and any contact between humans and pokemon are to be avoided. The general populace remain ignorant to the concept of coexistence, and any rebellion of thought on this subject is quickly and brutally dealt with by the local Team Elite Gym leader.
The Pokemon Rangers, a police force that should be keeping the region in harmony and stability, have long been infiltrated and taken over by Team Elite. All scientific progress concerning pokemon such as the manufacturing of pokeballs, potions and the like, are kept under stringent security in the Devon Corporation located in Rustboro City. Mauville City has been stripped of its glamorous shell and reduced to the largest manufacturing plant in the region, under heavy guard by Team Elite's finest.
Very little is known of Team Elite's internal structure at the highest levels, although speculation and rumour seem to indicate there are ten highly trained specialized squadrons of trios whose sole duty is to enforce Team Elite's rule over Hoenn.
Current Status and timeline of Journey:
Our heroes have arrived on Hoenn through a mysterious wormhole. At odds with each other; they are trying to figure out what to do and why they were sent here. As of this moment only eight individuals have traveled through the portal.
Ayce and Serene gather in a clearing somwehere in Petalburg Woods, near Petalburg City. Ayce and Serene seem to be uncertain of each others affiliation, and question each other's allegiance. The fragile balance is broken as a third member of their as of yet not formed team, Ranger Piper, drops in from atop. Literally.
Unbeknownst to our now trio, a fourth team member, Sarah Hocutt, appears in a neaby cave. Attracted by the sounds of their altercation, she approaches.
Upon encountering Piper, Sarah introduces herself and the two of them form a tentative friendship, bonding over Piper's growlithe. Ayce approaches and introduces himself and Serene, and temporary disaster seems to have been averted. As the four of them become acquainted, Dejamaru Titsune stumbles into the clearing, wounded. Piper starts to tend to his fractured ribs, when Serene warns that they should probably leave before somebody finds them.
Ayce asks Piper if she can scout out the closest city with her wingull. The good news, her pokemon quickly finds the direction they need to head in. The bad news, someone was already headed to their location. An encounter seems inevitable. To be continued.
Ryan appears near Rustboro City, on route 115. As he heads out to the nearby city in pursuit of answers to his current situation, he has a surprise encounter with a young boy and a semi-wild ratata. Provoked by the presence of an unfamiliar pokemon, Ryan's oshawott, the ratata attacks. Unfazed, Ryan counterattacks and a battle ensues. To be continued.
Cerzi Mahran appears in Mt. Chimney, near Lavaridge Town. On her descent, she encounters a trio of rangers, Tugo, Branson and Mitch, the former of them being the leader. After the initial surprise at Cerzi's possession of two non-standard pokemon, they attempt to confiscate her friends, only to be rebuffed by Cerzi. A fight ensues, and all parties are injured, but not fatally so. Cerzi escapes narrowly and tumbles down the mountain side, only to hear a growl behind her. A wild manectric appears. Using her prior experience with unruly circus pokemon, Cerzi befriends the surprisingly gentile and friendly manectric. Things begin to look up.
Unfortunately for her, her pursuers are relentless and her prospects dim as things take a turn for the worse when her new and temporary ally, a wild manectric, is killed defending her. Her only escape route lies through a sandstorm, and with a bit of luck and determination, she makes it through. The sight that meets her wearied eyes mystifies her. Could such a city really exist? And if so, what surprises awaited her there? To be continued.
Delilah Jones appears in a mysterious forest with her companion, a newly devolved weedle who used to be a beedrill. Baffled and confused, she attempts to navigate the forest using her exceptionally honed foresight and bumps into a fellow trainer. Kyra Onishiro is frustrated and annoyed at how she got here, and assumes that Delilah is the one who robbed her of her belongings. She quickly challenges the latter, whereupon after a quick discussion the two of the them realize they are kindred spirits and that someone else is responsible for their present predicament. Allying with each other, they begin to hunt for the person or persons responsible. To be continued.
Wormhole Rules (In other words, how to join): The gateway to Hoenn will deposit incoming heroes in random locations far away from other human settlements. Typically deep in a forest, a mountain or a desert.
IMPORTANT: THE LOCATION DOES NOT NEED TO BE WHERE OTHER MEMBERS ARE. YOU MAY DROP YOURSELF ANYWHERE YOU WANT SO LONG AS NO ONE SEES YOU.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE THE PORTAL AS A TRAVELING DEVICE, ONE TIME USE ONLY.

A flamboyant pink tie and pink hair clip serves as her only accessories. She has red eyes and a slight baby face, making her seem younger than her twenty four.
Roxanne's time in Rustboro's Pokemon Trainer's School has given her a sound tactical mind that has been tempered with experience in battle from her time serving as the local Gym Leader. She is an intelligent and curious young woman, whose expertise in fossils is matched only by that of her friend, Steven Stone.

Our Heroes and Heroines
Ayce Sapere: 17 years of age, previous life occupation unknown. Black hair and a lithe body frame; little else is known at the moment. His team is composed of a scyther named Ken and an eevee (espeon) named Ava.
Serene Stohess - 16 Years of age. A female with pure white hair, and striking deep blue eyes. A smaller, petite body type, standing at the height of 5'5. A trainer of a pink coated Wormadam (Burma), and an unknown Togepei (of which is being secretly held in her backpack). Will be a future holder of a Kirlia when found.
Piper Whiteseed: Female, age 22, 5'3" tall with a lean athletic build. Dark brown hair worn in a short chopped bob and hazel eyes, she wears the traditional Pokémon Ranger uniform along with a well-stocked hiking backpack. She is accompanied by Prince, her childhood friend and Pokémon; a Growlithe. Also with her is Raincloud, a Wingull.
Ryan Harrison: A young Unovan, 19 or 20 years of age. He is approximately 6' tall, and has a fit build typical of a traveling trainer. His Starter Pokemon, an Oshawott named Dodger, and an as of yet unrevealed Pokemon in a Great Ball, are all that Ryan has left from his strange journey from Reversal Mountain in Unova, to Meteor Falls in Hoenn.
Dejamaru Titsune: Dejamaru, or Dee as everyone just calls him, is nothing shy of completely average. His height, weight, physique, even the cloths he wears. He has the build of a kid who has adventures with Pokemon at a young age. His usual cloths are a pair of jeans, a jacket and a baseball cap. He sports blue eyes and blonde hair, each that seemed to shine brighter than usual, had anyone taken the time to actually look at the features. Dee had his two best friends at his side. One was a Raichu, Barakiel or Rak for short and the other was his Pupitar, Leonidus or Leon.
Sarah Hocutt: A shy, southern 19 year old girl with short, wavy reddish brown hair and golden hazel eyes. She is 5'2" and is overweight, but not obesely so. Her normal attire is that of a large t-shirt and faded gray jeans, and she carries a black messenger bag. Normally very quiet and attentive, people often overlook her. She has a Fennekin called Flare that had been given to her by her father and a Ralts called Angel that she hatched from an egg.
Benny Aldin: Has a Mightyena name Menace and a Jolteon named Volt. Eighteen years of age. He grew up in Kanto but moved to Hoenn in secrecy because he investigated the legendary Pokémon and is very interested in the Regi trio. Light brown hair, piercing icy blue eyes, 6' 3" tall, dresses in a black button up shirt, black jeans and black sneakers, and also wears a black bowler hat.
Cerzi Mahran: Abandoned on the doorstep of a Kalos orphanage, Cerzi was adopted into "L'arc de la Lune," a travelling Kalosian circus. She grew up behind the curtain, but was quickly expected by the circus's shady owner to either pick up an act of her own or hit the road. She chose the former, and became a star Pyroar tamer, performing alongside her own Pyroar, Roma, and her "circus weasel" Buizel, Marlow. Present day, nineteen year old Cerzi stands tall at 5' 9'' with a head held high. Life in a shifty circus crew means that at the first sign of danger, it's fight or flight, but more often than not, flight. Still, she has a basic sense of honor, despite her tendency to feign one of many different personalities when dealing with people.
She has tawny blonde hair not unlike a Pyroar's mane, highlighted with various shades from coppery red to golden white. When the wormhole took her, she was still in her traditional Pyroar tamer costume, which consists of a red button-up tailcoat, a matching bowtie, black slacks, and white gloves.
Delilah Jones: Nicknamed "Bumble Bee", Delilah is 18 years old and her she is best described as an energetic go-getter with an obsession over bug Pokemon, especially Beedrill. She is thin and athletic with dark skin and green eyes. Her hair is black, short and unkempt. She wears a yellow jacket with black horizontal stripes across the midsection, black pants and black running shoes. While arrogant and strong with her knowledge of bug-type pokemon, she has pyrophobia, and tends to cower at the site of flames. A crutch of hers is her affection towards all Beedrill, swooning over them even if it lands her in some bad situations. Naturally her first and only pokemon is a Beedrill, which was a gift to her from her father when she first set out on her quest.
Kyra Onishino: She has dark red hair, tied tightly in braids. White kimono slightly torn with the Saffron city fighting dojo logo. Kyra is the granddaughter of Kiyo (the original Saffron city dojo gym master who fought Red, her father swore to earn back the prestige for the dojo after the humiliation at the hands of the psychics. He trained hard but did not have the talents of his father before him and after many humiliating defeats, eventually took his own life in shame). Kyra was told he died in battle valiantly fighting a dangerous assassin of Team Rockets. She however did inherit her grandfathers talents and trained very hard from a very young age at martial arts and worked together with fighting type Pokemon in broadening her knowledge of fighting moves. She left home as a teenager, determined to bring honor back to her family dojo and name.
A somewhat intense individual, Kyra will not back down from a challenge no matter what the odds are, in no small part due to the oath she swore upon her father's grave. Through her extensive journey and battlefield experience, she has emerged as tough as nails and is extremely battle-savvy. She is highly skilled with her bokken and in various hth styles. Her two pokemon companions are a tyrogue and a riolu.
