How to save trainer cards to profile?

It looks like I was able to save a trainer card to my profile not too long ago. But I don't remember how I did it, as I don't see the option when saving new trainer cards I create. When I read the Relaunch FAQs, it sounds like there's a feature to save them to one's profile? I also read that the archive is planned to become static, which makes me wonder whether the feature to save them will be somewhere else than where I linked.

The feature to save them directly to your profile no longer exists; however, you can save the link to your trainer card which will allow you to edit it.
