also for prison level I would say that Apollo will be on level 5 along with The Willow and Reaper since they're talking, Solos would be on Level 6 and I see Malice and Raven on level 4 and Edward on level 3

Skills: able to turn its body into whisps of smoke that are then able to reform somewhere else(deform, go through a vent, reform on the other side), interrogation

Appearance: Kyra has a black crystal like armour that covers her entire body which keeps her protected. The armour can change shape and coulour depending on what Kyra wants it to be. The armour is not removable as Kyra was nearly killed and survived by being placed in the armour if it were to come off she would die. Kyra usually uses the transformation aspect of her armour to change her appearance to a girl with long black hair and purple eyes and wears a pair of blue denim jeans a white shirt and a leather jacket.
Personality: Kyra doesn't care for anyone or anything and eventually rejected the universe. Kyra doesn't show many emotions (probably because she's like dead) but if she does show any emotion it would most likely be anger.
Power: Kyra doesn't have any powers and her armour is the closest to a power she has got. The suit has large amounts of power and speed, the size and shape of the armour can also be changed for whatever she needs or wants to do.
Skills: Kyra has a real talent when it comes to assassination and thanks to her armour she can easily look like anyone or get in or out of nearly anywhere, Kyra is also highly skilled with nearly all types of technology, giving her the knowledge oh how to hack or change it to suit her needs.
Feats: Killing half inhabitance of an entire universe, single handedly taking down some of the biggest and most powerful company's in multiple universes, destroying an entire universes economy and escaping multiple high security prisons.

Quick question. What's going to be the over all plan for this. Like are the prisoners going to do a prison break. is there going to be a revolt or is a bigger more dangerous threat going to come in and the guards and prisoners have to work together to survive.

Solos is, but someone needs to escort him to a separate section where he spars. A room made for it, and training of the guards. Solos gets access to a small part of it from 6 to 7, but he needs a guard to act as an escort and to make sure he doesn't try anything. Sometimes he requests a training partner.
