I gotta say, those sprites look pretty official. Especially the ones of the girl with the brown hair and black/red dress. Is that you? Is it a character of yours?
The only crit. I can give is that maybe the first mugshot's hair could have a lil' bit more shading.

Oh, and you use the C: Smiley so you are instantly WIN in my books.

Yeah, the first one is me/my OC.
I get what you mean on the HGSS mugshot, cause I was my first partially scratched mugshot. I'll fix that. ^_^
