Personality (You don't have to be very specific): He has a pretty gruff exterior but a very kind personality overall.

Stand Name: [Ocean Man] I mean who doesn’t know what it is.
Appearance: A humanoid with a blue body with light blue stripes and splotches all over its body. It has no mouth, instead having a large black scarf covering it, and goggle like eyes. Otherwise it’s pretty just a blue and bald humanoid.
Stand Power Summary (Describe your stand's power): Ocean Man is a stand that moves faster the more water there is around it. Air moisture and ice count with this ability. It has pinching abilities but it’s main ability is turning any water into liquid and being able to control it to its will. It can also pressurize it, and could probably crush someone into oblivion.
