In the year 1962, government officials and other third party workers hatched a plan to kill the president. Information about the assassination plot leaked out and reached the famous Speedwagon foundation, they needed to prevent this and they needed help from a certain family line that are no strangers to bizarre adventures

Appearance: he is quite short, and of a slim build. His light blue hair stands on end, fanning out near the top going backwards. He wears a dark gray school uniform, and has light gray eyes.
Personality: a kindhearted and caring individual, he tends to help out other people, even if he’s never met them before. He is the type of person willing to put himself aside if it means helping out someone else, even if he ends up in a bad situation because of it.

Name: Video Killed the Radio Star(VKTRS)
Appearance: takes multiple shapes, including a television, a camera, a microphone, a laptop, and a flip phone, which all have a silver and orange color theme and the logo VKTRS on them.
Ability: VKTRS lets the user summon a multitude of electronic devices, all of which have the ability to float. They are able to pass through solid matter, and can be used in tandem to fulfill their real world purposes, such as a microphone letting the user hear something in another room. They can also let out a small shock of electricity, though it is noticably weak.
Type: long range/automatic

Personality: is a pretty laid back guy who can get really excitable if something interest him

Appearance: has a red colored body with a light blue stripe going down the back of his arms up to his shoulders and the front of his legs, he has a brown belt with a silver buckle, he has a round silver pads on his knees and elbows. He has light grey boots with a gold coloring on the tip and heel. He has silver hair that covers his right eye. has a silver heart on his chest
Ability: Shock transplant. he can transfer the impact from his punches through anything as long as they are connected in some way, can also transfer stuff like being burned, hit by frost or electrocuted.

Name: PJ Jordan
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Appearance: PJ is 5'9'' and has an average build. Not slim, nor fat, and with some decent muscle. His hair is jet black, it reaches his eyes when it's down but it's normally combed to the side. His eyes are brown, somewhat slanted, and look bigger under his glasses which he is basically blind without. He wears a purple t-shirt with a black leather jacket over it. He also wears black denim jeans and purple sneakers.
Personality: PJ is typically alone, he avoids groups larger than 4 or so people. He has mild anxiety and severe depression, which makes him somewhat hard to approach. Even though he seems cold and distant, he warms up to people fairly quickly. He is extremely loyal and very trustworthy, the few friends he keeps mean more than anything to him. He's known to be somewhat clingy, but only occasionally. He's self sacrificial and gives things up to make others happy, and he's more likely to back down in an argument to avoid the confrontation.



Stand:
Name: The Reaper
Appearance: A pitch black body, with purple and blue rune-like marking running up it's arms and legs. A black cloak covers it's head and torso. It's eyes glow, one purple and one blue. In one hand it carries a scythe, and in the other a sword.
Ability: Soul Removal - With his scythe The Reaper can pull souls from their bodies, and they cannot be retrieved unless PJ is defeated or retreats. Anywhere The Reaper cuts the soul with his sword, the body gets cut as well.
Type: Close Range
Form: Artificial Humanoid

Appearance: Has short, well-kept black hair with green eyes. Natare looks half-japanese, half-canadian - because that's what he is. He wears a black sweater he always leaves open with a grey shirt underneath and black track pants. He can usually be found with a guitar.
Personality: Eck we'll work it out in the RP.

Name: Sandcastle Kingdoms
Appearance: Has a human-like appearance. Wears a cloak and hood that looks like sand, and underneath has various different sand armor pieces connected by action-figure like joints.
Ability: Is able to cut a rope above things with presence, making them intangible and sending them into a sort of limbo. Can only affect one item/person at a time, and can only affect living creatures for a total of five minutes.

Hm. Well, there's a plot to kill the president, right? Maybe it's a Stand user, and the president doesn't have a Stand. This could mean there's a mysterious assassin that's been hired to kill him, and so Stand users have been hired to try and stop him.

Appearance: Slightly chubby, with a southern American accent, wearing a white shit, with a small beard and long hair. Also always wears sunglasses. Is never without his guitar, cause he's a musician.
Personality:free spirited, always easy going, still caring, but also easily startled

Appearance: A bunch of Tiny African Warrior in traditional masks.
Ability: Whatever object one of the warriors is able to hold, every other warrior gets it, effectively duplicating the object. Though ome individual warrior is weak, and thus cannot pick up anything heavier then a pen. Number of warriors vary to the rhythm of music. Thus, when the music is more groovy, more of them with spawn. The largest recorded group was over 60 African Warriors. They can also use this duplication technique to rapidly created small footholds and platforms for the user.
