Strigen woke up in Her house on the couch. She lived in Saffron city, but was born in Hoenn. She got up and splashed her face with water. She grabbed her two Pokéballs and opened the door grabbing a notebook and pencil. "MAMA!!! IMMA LEAVE NOW!!!" She rushed out the door, snatching her rope as she exited. She ran out and dashed toward Lavender Town, running toward the Pokémon tower.

Logan was at the airport, arranging the supplies in his bag. "Chic-Chic," He says to the tiny Chicorita on his shoulder. "Kanto's got plenty of new Pokemon to catch and breed." Chic-Chic smiled and looked at Logan's bag. "Want a treat?" Logan asked. He got a poffin out of the bag and handed it to Chic-Chic, who happily ate it right up.

Logan looked out the window of the airport, then at his watch. "We've still got a few hours until our flight leaves, want to go get some fresh air?" He muttered to his Chikorita. Chic-Chic cocked her head in confusion, which Logan took as a yes. Logan and Chic-Chic went outside and walked towards an open field near Pallet Town. Logan let Chic-Chic off of his shoulder and let his Porygon, Zeke, out to play. He looked over at Pallet Town at all the trainers who just got their new Pokémon.

Strigen looked up at the Tower, and decided to visit later. She sprinted over to pallet town and saw Logan with his chikorita" Interesting mon ya got there" she picked chic-chic up and held them up" Grass type,no? Pretty obvious!" She put Chic-Chic down and looked at Zeke" IMPRESSIVE!"

Chic-Chic smiled at Strigen and then climbed back onto Logan's shoulder. Logan put one hand on his hip and said, "Yeah, little Chic-Chic here is my Grass Type starter. I'm from Jhoto. I spent a few hours at the game corner, got really lucky, and now I have a Porygon." Chic-Chic tried to climb into Logan's bag to get more poffins, which Logan chuckled at. "My mission is to become a Pokémon breeder. I'm here in Kanto to catch rare Pokémon to breed."

"Nice..." She watched Chic-Chic look for poffins" eager lil one, ain't it?!" She brought out Shidoki and Ace" these are mine!" She picked up Shidoki "This is Shidoki!" Strigen dropped her hand and Ace cimbed onto her arm, and onto her shoulder "And this, right now? Ace!" Ace looked at the Chikorita and glared at it. Ace had already gained a hatred for Chic-Chic

Chic-Chic glared at Ace, and growled, but it was still cute because it had a poffin in it's mouth. Logan scratched her on the head and said, "My plan is to travel to each reigon, gathering Pokémon." Chic-Chic finished off the Poffin and jumped off of Logan's shoulder. She walked over to a patch of grass and fell asleep. Logan looked at Strigen's Pokémon and smiled, pulling out a few poffins and fed them to Ace and Shidoki. "I have a knack for Pokémon."

"I can tell!" Strigen looked at Chic-Chic then to Zeke" Well, where you heddin? I could show you round! I often travel around Jhoto and Kanto! " Ace Flew off Strigen and attacked Chic-Chic. He went for a peck and flew high above, Once again diving down to scratch chic-chic.

Chic-Chic yawned and used Razor Leaf, knocking Ace out of the sky while still sleeping. Logan picked up Chic-Chic and put her in his arms. "Safari Zone. I'm aiming to get a few Dratinis and Pinsirs." Logan said. He recalled Zeke and looked over at Lavender town. "But I want to check out the tower first."

Strigen stared up at the tower, sighing" i was gonna visit, guess I'll be going with you, huh?" Ace got up and chirped then flew over to the tower through a window, and onto one of the graves. Strigen looked down, and ran very quickly to the tower, and up the stairs. Retrieving Shidoki, she held onto the Pokéball.

As Kyle finished his daily workout routine in the Lavender Tower, he went down to the main level to get his shirt. On the way down, probably on the 2nd floor, Flash and Tiga both bumped into a Trainer while jogging. Kyle pulled the headphones out of his ears and said, "I'm so sorry!"

Strigen halted and looked back at Kyle" its okay! Really!" She continued on before Kyle could see her face. Her eyes started to tear up as she turned a corner to see Ace. She picked up Ace and hugged him

"Are you okay?" he said, a little embarrassed without having his shirt on. He thought this girl was actually beautiful, and he didn't want to scare her off or anything."Did my Pokemon accidentally hurt you?" His Pokemon looked very apologetic, and as Kyle looked at the girl, he noticed the girl was crying. "Wait!" he exclaimed, running after her.

She took out her notebook and pencil and gave the pencil to Ace. She opened the notebook to an empty page and put it in front of Ace. Ace started to draw as Strigen kneeled down infront of one of the graves. She didn't hear kyle, and honestly, couldn't care less about waht he had to say. Shidoki, on the other hand, was moving her pokeball so Strigen let her out. Shidoki Floated next to Ace to watch him sketch. Strigen took out her rope, and started to practice knots. She often did this in the tower at her brother's grave when she felt lonely. Her brother had loved the outdoors and helped teach Strigen multiple Survival Tips.

"Why are you ignoring me?" he asked. "You know what, I'm trying to help you out, and you're rejecting my help, so what am I supposed to do?" He stormed to the bottom level, put his shirt back on, and headed to his newly bought apartment building near the tower.

Strigen looked up and saw kyle"Excuse me? Did you say something? " she looked at him confused"What was that?!" She got up and glared at him" I have seen you here before, and I come here often to visit my brother, and only now...only kow have you decided to ask me?!" She turned arond to look back at her knot"d'aww great! I messed up my knot! Thanks alot.." She paused and looked down at her lap"nincompoop..." she muttered under her breath

"Ok, you know what..." he said as he glared at her, "I will take your harsh words and your insults and even your complaints because you are right. I haven't asked you what has happened and that is my bad. I have dozens of people who have been buried here as well. I lost my whole FAMILY, my brother, my sisters, my parents, my grandparents, all in one day. So please, don't think for ONE SECOND that I do not understand..." He broke down and got on his knees, and for the first time in a long time, cried.

"Should I be worried?" said a voice. Logan was cradling his Chikorita in his arms. He looked at Strigen and Kyle and got down on one knee. Chic-Chic got off of his shoulder and walked over to the two and frowned. Logan realized that this was none of his business, so he went over and looked at the grave of a past Team Plasma Leader. Logan whispered to the gravestone, "Don't worry, I'll follow in your footsteps. I'll lead Team Plasma to victory, I'll complete your mission..."

Chic-Chic walked up to Logan's side and looked up at him with a confused expression on her face. Logan smiled down at the Chikorita and said, "Don't worry, I'm fine." Logan took a poffin out of his bag, realizing that it was his last one. "Going to have to pick some berries in the Safari Zone." Logan said, handing the poffin to Chic-Chic and letting her climb onto his shoulder. Logan went outside the tower and waited there for his friend to come out.

Finlay was finally able to go on his own Pokemon journey, ever since the egg that he took care of and nurtured hatched into a rather energetic, Tyrogue. The two acted like brothers rather than trainer and Pokemon. That has its pros and cons. Finlay had just gotten off the plane and made their first steps onto the Kanto Region. The flight was cheapest to Lavender Town for whatever reason, so that was where they were going to start their journey around Kanto. He breathed in the fresh air of the foreign region and exhaled. Determination and excitement filled his veins. "Perhaps here is where I will fulfill my destiny...Whatever that may be," Finlay murmured to himself as he soaked in the culture of Lavender Town.

As he made his way to the center of town, he sent out his partner Blake out of his Pokeball. Blake immediately spun around and kicked Finlay in the shin. Finlay stumbled backward slightly and whimpered in pain. "Hey! What's the deal?!" Finlay exclaimed. Blake huffed and crossed his arms as he faced away from him. "I'm sorry man. I know you don't like being in your Pokeball but I had no choice. You were starting fights with random Pokemon and destroying most of the boat," Finlay explained. Blake scoffed and held back a laugh, which wouldn't help the situation.

Finlay sighed as he looked at the menacing Tyrogue. "You have one more chance okay. If you cause even a little bit of trouble then it's back in your ball...Okay!" Finlay assertively said. Blake rolled his eyes and nodded. "Good, let's head to the tower, I've always wanted to visit it," Finlay said as he made his way towards the Pokemon Tower. Blake followed just behind him with his arms crossed still. As Finlay stopped in front of the tower, he slowly panned his head upwards as he admired the grand height of the Pokemon tower, his head went so far back, he felt some clicks in his neck. He looked around for the entrance and couldn't find it since there were large groups of people around the place. He noticed someone near the tower with a Chikorita.

Finlay decided to approach the trainer in hope that he knew where the entrance was. "Excuse me mate. Do you know where the entrance of the tower is? My name's Finlay and this is my partner Blake," Finlay introduced himself and Blake. Blake looked up at the trainer did a confident nod, trying to remain cool.

Logan looked over at the trainer and replied, "Oh, hello there. I'm Logan, and this is Chic-Chic." The Chikorita on his shoulder smiled. Logan continued, "The entrance is on the other side. That's a nice Pokémon you got there. It's a Tyrouge, right? Any idea what you want to evolve it into." Logan chatted for a little bit with the other trainer, but began to worry. Both on how his friend Strigen ended up in an argument with another trainer and how that other trainer looked at him on the way out. Did he realize that Logan was talking to a Plasma Leader grave? Logan didn't know, he just hoped for the best.

"Thank you. Blake is fresh out of his egg so he's very young, I doubt he'll evolve anytime soon. I couldn't think of how difficult it would be trying to deal with Blake if he's evolved," Finlay replied. Blake rolled his eyes again and glanced over at Chic-Chic. Blake squinted his eyes and tensed his muscles to show his dominance, which was something he does often.

Finlay then realized the face Logan was pulling as if he was worried about something. "Are you alright?" Finlay asked.

Kyle decided to approach the strange Trainer and the Trainer with the Tyrogue. "Um, excuse me, but I was just wondering what kind of Pokemon that is?" he said, pointing to the Tyrogue (which he didn't know was a Tyrogue).

Logan looked up at Finlay, confused. He chuckled and said, "Yeah, I'm fine. I just drifted off into my own little world for a second. Oh, and do you know a place where I can find some good berries? Little Chic-Chic is starting to get hungry. Wait, where's Chic-Chic?" Logan then noticed that Chic-Chic was a few feet away, playfully wrestling with Blake. Logan sighed and noted, "She's the most playful thing I've seen in my entire life."

"Um, Team Plasma kid," started Kyle, "but can YOU tell me what kind of Pokemon that is? I am slightly curious, so, if you know what kind of Pokemon it is, do share!"

Logan stopped dead in his tracks and looked over at Kyle. What did he just call him? Logan put one hand and his pocket. "Don't know why you called me 'Team Plasma Kid,' but that Pokémon is a Tyrouge," Logan started. "It has the ability to evolve into 3 different Pokémon, depending on it's Attack and Defense stat. Hitmonlee if Attack is greater, Hitmonchan if Defense is greater, and Hitmontop if they're the same. Judging by it's equally defensive and offensive nature, I'd say Hitmontop. I've bred a few back in Jhoto, they're pretty common there."

"I have no idea what berries you can get here. I'm from Sinnoh you see," Finlay said in response to Logan. Finlay then gulped and immediately started to worry as Logan mentioned about Chic-Chic's playfulness. He immediately swiveled around to Blake and Chic-Chic. "Blake! No!" Finlay yelled as he sprinted towards the two Pokemon. The thing is, Chic-Chic may be play fighting...but Blake wasn't planning on playing. Blake stepped back and cocked back his fist which started to glow immensely. Finlay tackled Blake to the floor before he could unleash his attack to the innocent Chikorita. "Goddamit, Blake!" Finlay yelled at Blake as he pinned him down on the floor. Blake struggled around but eventually gave in and accepted defeat and listened to Finlay's telling off.

Finlay turned his head to Logan and Chic-Chic with a nervous look. "I'm really sorry about him, he gets quite aggressive and likes to prove his dominance even if he doesn't have any," Finlay explained. Blake scoffed as Finlay explained to Logan

Logan picked back up his Chikorita and put it on his shoulder. He held out his hand and shook Kyle's hand. He introduced himself, "My name is Logan, I'm a Pokémon Breeder. Do you know a place with decent berries?" The kid was onto him, Logan didn't know what to do, so he asked, "What happened in there with you and Strigen?" Logan was kind of worried, he had to change the subject. He looked back over at Finlay and replied, "Thanks. You said you were going to the tower?"

"Uh.... nothing," said Kyle, and then he leaned over into Logan's ear. "This may not be Team Plasma, but there is a job offer over in Vermillion City for Team Rocket, and I'm headed there to get a gym badge, so...."

"Team Rocket?" Logan asked, confused. He looked at Finlay and said, "It was nice seeing you. I got to go talk with someone." Logan grabbed Kyle and dragged him to a part where nobody could hear them. "I'm on a mission," Logan said, seriously. "I'm here to gather Pokémon to take back to Team Plasma. I'm one of the Shadow Triad." Logan looked behind him to make sure nobody was watching him. "But I would like to stop by Team Rocket's place and show them who's boss around here." Logan smiled, a Pokeball in his hand. Logan turned around and walked inside Lavender Tower.

Finlay sharply looked down at Blake before answering Logan. "No more fighting. Understand!" Finlay said quietly but assertively. "Ty..." Blake huffed before Finlay let him go. Finlay stood up again and turned to Logan. "Yeah, I wanted to look around Lavender Town for a bit before making my way to Pallet Town," Finlay explained. "It w as nice seeing you, see you whenever," Finlay said as he made his way to the Pokemon Tower holding Blake's hand dragging along with him. He found the entrance with Logan's directions and started to explore the place. They both stopped at a grave that had
Hulian
The Poliwrath
An amazing detective and partner of the Sinnoh Police
An even better friend
engraved into it. Finlay stopped and stared at the grave full of emotion. Blake also stopped as he watched the first kind of death related thing he has seen in his life, as he is yet to comprehend the severity of death. "You will not be forgotten, Hulian. You knew me since I was born, you alongside my dad made Sinnoh a safer place. You deserved better," Finlay said. Blake understood that this was no time to be messing around so he lowered his head and paid his respects. After a while, they left the Tower and headed West out of Lavender Town.

"All right then," said Kyle. "If you want to head out now, I'm cool with that! Plus, I'm training to see what it takes to be a Team Magma Member, 'cause after all this, THAT'S where I'm headed."

Logan turned around and looked at Kyle. "Team Magma? Good choice," Logan chuckled. "Come on, let's head out." Chic-Chic climbed off of Logan's shoulder and walked over to Kyle. She sniffed him, and then looked around to see if there were any poffins nearby. "She's and adventurous little thing," Logan added, before picking Chic-Chic back up and putting her on his shoulder. Logan looked out at the clouds and said, "Let's go."
