Clothing: Dresses appropriately for work - be it fieldwork or lab work. Though she prefers to wear modest clothing, keeping her hair tied back in a loose ponytail if only to stay out of her way when working. She prefers to wear clothes of a pale colour - such as baby blue or pastel pink - but has no qualms in wearing brighter clothing for special occassions.
Personality : If Molly was to be described like a pokemon, she would be timid in nature with the ability klutz. She has the patience and perseverance but has a tendency to get so involved in her work that time is quickly forgotten, becoming notorious amongst her friends for being late for meet ups.
Skills : Dabbles in herbology like her mother for both medicinal reasons and enjoyment, loves to create different fusions of tea.
Past : Molly Reed was born and raised in the Alola Region by her mother who specialisefd in botany. It was from this that the young woman now specialises in grass type pokemon as she had been raised around them. When she came of age though, she was eventually convinced by her childhood friends - Kukui and Molayne - to take part in the island challenge. Her adventure started with Rowlet but despite how hard she tried, she continued to fall behind her two friends - even having to ask them for help on more than one occassion until finally she gave up on her island challenge. Instead of returning to her home though, Molly decided she wanted to travel to the other regions in an attempt to make herself stronger as well as learn about pokemon from other regions. Kukui and Molayne supported her decision though the former kept quiet about his true feelings on the matter - wanting to tell her as such before she left. However, finding it too hard to say goodbye, Molly took an earlier ferry in fear that saying goodbye would change her mind. She l her Rowlet in the care of her mother, fearing that such a change in environment would do more damage than good.
She first landed in Johto, meeting with a friend of the family who gifted her an eevee to help her alongside her travels claiming "out of all the pokemon I know, Eeevee is the most adaptable of them all! She'll see you through your adventure."
During her time in Johto, she discovered her first alternate coloured pokemon - a bulbasaur that had been gifted to her from an egg. Since then, she's made it her job to learn everything there is to know about alternate coloured pokemon - her first case report being that of the mysterious red Gyarados at the Lake of Rage. Many years later, she now returns to the Alola Region in the hopes of not only becoming a part of the School to teach what she has learned but to also earn the title of Professor. She has travelled throughout all the regions, dabbling in a few gym battles though it didn't hold her interest like her research had. She hopes to teach others about alternate pokemon so that they can help her discover more pokemon shiny varients to fuel her research.
Family : Only her mother, a botanist in Alola who specialises in creating herbal remedies for both pokemon and people.
Love Relationships : She has a strong friendship with those back in Alola, particularly Kukui who - when partaking in the island challenge - would constantly be ahead of her, defeating her in every battle. Those close to the pair have questioned their relationship but the pair usually change the topic just as swiftly. ( In my alternate reality, Kukui never married.)

A very quiet pokemon who stays close to Molly at all times, reluctant to fight in any battles unless she feels her trainer is in danger. Instead, she would much rather be helping out around the lab, growing flowers and caring for them.

Ability : Chlorophyll
Protective of both Molly and the pokemon under her care. Can often come across as hostile as she will growl at any strangers who enter the lab, refusing to let them inside unless Molly introduces them. Even once there is an introduction, Leafeon will usually watch from a distance just in case.

The first pokemon Molly ever owned, Rowlet is carefree and likes to spend most of his time perched either on her shoulder or in the rafters of the lab. He is very friendly towards new people and will often come down to greet them, nuzzling into their legs for attention. He also serves as Molly for the posting and delivery of mail. Whilst she does use technology to communicate with most people, she will use Rowlet to communicate when she is out of the lab. He too does not enjoy battling but will do so if there is danger.

Molly does also own other pokemon shousld the need to protect herself or others arise but these three are the ones that can be found roaming around the lab.
