DPPt/HGSS Man im gonna sound like a total newb....Wifi Help!!

I got my connection going but I cant get my friend code anywhere, I turned down the offer for the friend code at first because my router couldnt do it, now I got a new router but I cant seem to get the lady in the Pkmn center to give me my code ><

Feel free to laugh but please help first.

What i did was go to GTS then get out and went to Pal Pad to check my code or number
