Powers: phasing through objects, limited telekinesis, he usually just uses his powers to enhance his skills with his weapons and tools which are a sniper with thermal lense, dual magnums, dual machetes, grappling hook, magical invisibility cloak and hood and a single shot launcher wich shoots a capsule filled with bats that carried flaming napalm (this legit was a real idea they where gonna make till someone suggested the nuclear bomb)

Personality: is a kind person that helps others, a geek and a nerd, gets desperate at times when he tries to earn some cash, cracks puns every now and then
Hero/villain personality: laid back and care free, loves exploiting enemy weaknesses, often easily distanced, in life and death situations doesn't give a damn about others, really questionable means of getting what he wants
Normal appearance: wears a black turtle neck sweater and red jeans, a red jacket and black sneakers, Tanned skin ,black hair with red streaks and a light beard
Costume appearance: wears a black skintight Titan Fabric suit (strong as titanium and as flexible as fabric) a red cloak that is space like on the underside which hides the sniper and launcher strapped to his back, a red metal belt that he keeps his magnums, machetes and grappling hook on, red metal gauntlets and boots, a white mask with a zigzag mouth, his logo (a red spiralling ghost) is in the center of his chest and glows
Origin: he used to be a fruit seller who secretly spliced the fruits with tobacco plants to make his costumers addicted and come back for more, after the cops found out they stormed his trashy apartment and was caught and taken to prison, 2 years later he was visited by a stranger who magically appeared in his cell, he promised him freedom and power but had to meet him again at the empire state building in 15 years and swear to change for good, 15 years after breaking out of prison Leo was at empire state building, he met up with the man and 4 others and got into the elevator, moments later they where not on a floor in the empire state building but in a dark forest, after a ritual he was given his powers and so where the 4 others, he was also given special weapons that are the only weapons that can harm pure blooded Demons and a magical item each, the 4 and Leo banded up to form a team called "Guns of Chaos", a good team believe it or not, later the team disbanded after the threat of a demon invasion was over and that they can all go back to their normal lives
