Masochist Lopunny's Origin
Masochist Lopunny was started simply with me noticing Lopunny's figure. The first story was started with something El mentioned involving a Lopunny and a Tentacool that I'd rather not get into details. Once I told one of my friends on DA about it, and I begged for about a half hour, they did it, but the original idea made my friend think, "But if we do that then she'll get hurt!" So my reply to that was, "Well what if pain is her turn on?" And that's where the idea for it got its start. Each story should be about 9 pages long, and if longer, will be broken into parts.

End of Masochist Lopunny
Because I didn't want to continue this, I had to make an ending both dramatic and uplifting to give hopes that at least Lopunny is in a better mental condition. If I put more time into it, it would have contained some kind of flashback of Flygon's past, and more meaningless people would have been brought up. Sorry that the ending is so short, but it feels good to me.

Lopunny's Tentacool Adventure

Once in an uncharted land of Pokemon, there was a very strange Lopunny. This Lopunny found joy from her own pain. When she was young, she would constantly be hurt, and eventually something in her mind snapped, making her confuse her tickle and pain nerves. Since she couldn't fight, and grew happier the more she was physically hurt, she quickly evolved into a Lopunny in almost no time flat compared to the others.

Because she evolved so soon, and tickling her would hurt her, she was praised like a goddess when she evolved, until one day. It was raining and everyone was trying to keep Lopunny from going out in the storm. She tried as hard as she could to run out in the rain and get shocked by the lightning. Lopunny never got out there, but everyone thought she was insane ever since.

So, eventually the few elders of the land who cared about Lopunny passed away, and there was nobody stopping her from doing what she wanted. Luckily, though, Lopunny learned that her own body couldn't take all the pain she wanted to enjoy. Since Lopunny couldn't hurt herself in the ways she wanted, she looked for other ways to do it.

One way was fighting, until everyone around her go fed up that she'd laugh with joy when hurt after the battle. Another way was using things to hurt her such as needles or things that were still giving off an electrical charge from being shocked. It worked for a while, until she was caught and no one would let her get what she wanted. And her final way was to work "over night", but that was too shady for anyone to let her get involved with, since they didn't want to see another Pokemon turn out like her.

Out of ways to find joy from hurting herself, Lopunny would now trail around bored, greeting everyone in town as usual, praying she'll accidentally stub her toe or something. After a while, she ended up talking to her neighbor, an old Swampert, who would randomly teach her something about the beach.

On that very day, Swampert taught Lopunny about Tentacool. Lopunny had heard them be mentioned, that they wash up on the beach a lot, but didn't know what they were exactly. Swampert explained that Tentacool are Pokemon that flow with the water and sting anyone who touches them. He also explained that when Tentacool are dry, and out of the water, they become paper think and can easily die from dehydration.

Lopunny went down to the beach remembering Swampert's words. "Please go down to the beach today and look for any Tentacool on the beach. I want you to help them out. And please don't touch their tentacles. It angers them."

When Lopunny started walking down the beach, she used Agility to run quickly to cover the whole beach in under an hour. But once she finished, there wasn't a single Tentacool on the beach. When she got back to where she started, she saw a group of Pokemon under an open air tent. Lopunny looked and saw many ground and rock type Pokemon sitting under it. One of them started handing around something and everyone put it on their heads.

Lopunny looked at them and saw they were all wearing Tentacool on their head like hats. She ran straight up to them and looked at the Tentacool and frowned. All the Tentacool they had were dead and dried out. One of the Pokemon looked at Lopunny and told her to leave them alone. Lopunny didn't move, looking down, making her ears cover her face.

A Rampardos grabbed Lopunny's shoulder and said, "Miss, can you please leave so we can start our meeting?"

Lopunny turned around and used Jump Kick on Rampardos and knocked it out. Everyone around her backed away and she said, "You're all unforgivable! Doing that to Tentacool is the worst thing I've ever heard of. I should punish you all for it, but it'd be too big of a hassle on my own. If you don't stop doing this soon, I'll make sure you're stopped." And thus, Lopunny ran off to go to the only person she could talk to about it, Swampert.

After Lopunny told what happened, Swampert explained that it's done almost every year around the same time. He forgot that it was this time of year. It was started about 57 years ago when the village's leader, a powerful Torterra, got in an argument with the leader of their water defenses, a Tentacruel. The Tentacruel poisoned Torterra very harshly, so it could never funny recover easily. In return, Torterra knocked out the Tentacruel and let it dry up on the beach.

Once Tentacruel was dried up and dead, Torterra marched around with it on his back, like a sign of victory. Unfortunately, Tentacruel's corps rotted on Torterra and it was poisoned too badly to continue living how it was. So, Torterra was taken to a secret area where a group of Pokemon would work on healing Torterra as best as they could. Since Torterra was 30 when it fought with Tentacruel, it was now 87, and should be much better now, but not everyone wants to bring him back to the village.

The few that do want him back celebrate each year by doing what Torterra did by doing the same to the Tentacool that wash up on shore. They'd be stopped, but most of them have power over the village, so no one stands up to them.

After hearing the story, Lopunny asked Swampert why the Tentacool don't fight back or the water Pokemon like him stop it. Since the Tentacool were washed up, they couldn't do anything, and they were dried out so they couldn't do anything but sit and die. As for why no one stood up, one of their leaders was a Sudowoodo who when ever angered, would use Thunderpunch on any water Pokemon who got in the way, which didn't help much.

Lopunny yelled "But you're part ground! You could easily stop them!"

"I would, but back when I had the chance, I was still a young little Mudkip. And now I'm too old to be fighting. Now I think I've taught you enough for the day, so please be a dear and go to town to listen in on the latest gossip for me." Swampert said with a big yawn.

So Lopunny walked off to town. The only thing she could hear about was other Pokemon complaining about the so call Tentacool Festival. When Lopunny went to the Pawn Shop, the store keeper could tell Lopunny had something on her mind. The store keeper, a greedy Sableye, offered Lopunny a dried up Tentacool, but she just glared at him. Then the Sableye offered a fish bowl that was two and a half feet in diameter.

The bowl made Lopunny get an idea and she bought it from the Sableye. Right after giving her the bowl, Sableye closed the shop, leaving Lopunny to realize she couldn't carry the bowl on her own that easily. Lopunny looked around and noticed an old friend of hers. Lopunny yelled out to the Machamp that was walking by. The Machamp came up to Lopunny and asked her what she needed. After happily hugging her four armed friend, Lopunny explained she needed help taking the bowl to the beach and back to her place.

Since Machamp wasn't busy, he agreed to help Lopunny with whatever she planned on doing. Machamp and Lopunny had been friends for a long time. Back when they still children, they used to hang out and play a lot, and they even went out at one point. They wanted to be together all the time, but because Lopunny found joy in pain, and Machamp was too kind to hurt anyone on purpose, they clashed a bit. They tried to stay friends longer, but as Machamp grew up, he was needed to work more, so he rarely had time for fun these days.

Once they got to a shallow area by the beach, Lopunny went into the water and started talking at it. "Hello down there. Are there any Tentacool? I wanted to meet one if you'd willingly let me talk with you!"

Lopunny repeated it over and over and got nothing. She knew there were Tentacool down there, but none of them cared. Because the sun was setting, she and Machamp had to leave, but right then, Lopunny felt a light sting on her leg. She looked down and saw a small Tentacool, probably a runt, flouting there. All the Tentacool did was asked if it could go with Lopunny and leave the beach because it was picked on. Lopunny happily picked it up and put it in the bowl, which was filled with water while she was waiting.

Lopunny happily skipped around Machamp as he carried the bowl to Lopunny's house. She was very happy that a Tentacool wanted to go with her. Once they got to her home, a burrow with a bed of grass and some storage in it, Machamp put the Tentacool right by Lopunny's bed and said goodbye.

Before Machamp left, Lopunny kissed him on the cheek to thank him for helping her that day. Machamp left, remembering he had to get up early the next morning. With Lopunny alone with her Tentacool, she started to talk to it. The Tentacool told Lopunny that he was always picked on because he was smaller and weaker than the others. Lopunny felt bad for the Tentacool and put her paw in the bowl. The Tentacool swam away from it, afraid he'd end up stinging Lopunny.

Lopunny said, "Its ok. I like being stung. I'm an outcast too. My nerves don't work right, so pain feels good and tickling feels bad. Since it'll feel good, you can sting me and maybe it'll help you get better at stinging and controlling it."

And with that, Tentacool touched Lopunny with his tentacle and stung her, making he squeal with delight. Tentacool was happy his stinging made Lopunny so happy and his gems on his head started to glow. Lopunny told Tentacool they should go to bed, so that's what they did. The two slept happily, not knowing the fate that'd curse them the next day.

The next morning, Swampert came over to Lopunny's to see why she wasn't up as early as usual. Right when he got in, Swampert saw Lopunny sitting in the bowl, which left her head sticking out, talking with the Tentacool.

Swampert looked at the two and said, "Lopunny, I know I taught you to respect the sea, but not bring it home with you."

"But Swampert, I had to take him with me! He's just like me. He's got a defect too!" Lopunny yelled with joy.

Swampert glared at Lopunny and said, "Lopunny, how many times have to told you to not say you're a defect. And your friend there isn't defected either. He's just a runt of his kind, so he's much smaller at his current age. Once he evolves he could end up normal sized, and I don't think a Tentacruel could get out of your burrow alive, let alone live in that bowl."

"Then how can I keep him? If he can't stay here, where can he stay?" Lopunny asked.

Swampert told Lopunny to push Tentacool into his backyard. Lopunny did as told and looked onto Swampert's back yard in amazement. Because Swampert was older and unable to go very far these days, he'd spend hours in his backyard keeping it maintained and beautiful. His house was even custom made, a rock shaped into a house, which he made when he was younger. Swampert also had two ponds in his backyard.

"The one of the left here is a freshwater pond; the other is a tunnel I dug a long time ago to lead into the sea. It goes about thirty feet down and then toward the East into the beach. I shaped it so even a Milotic could swim from the beach to here. I had it blocked off with a cage a long time ago, so it'd get sea water flowing, but won't let anyone in or out." Swampert said, as if he used it a lot in the past.

"Wow…this is amazing Swampert! So you're gonna let Tentacool stay here?" Lopunny asked.

Swampert nodded and said, "I used to have sea friends visit and stay here a lot. And even if Tentacool evolves, he can come back and forth between the seas and here any time he wants."

Lopunny hugged Swampert and poured Tentacool out of the bowl and into the pond. Tentacool flouted around the pond and thanked Swampert for letting him stay there. Lopunny smiled and continued to chat with Tentacool. Swampert walked off into his house to check on something. And for the rest off the day, all Lopunny did was talk to Tentacool.

At about an hour till sunset, though, Machamp came over to Lopunny's to see how Tentacool was doing. When he saw Lopunny was in Swampert's yard, he want over there and saw Lopunny with Tentacool wrapping his tentacles around Lopunny.

Machamp yelled out, "Lopunny, what's wrong with you?!"

"Relax! Tentacool is a runt of his kind, so when I touch him his stings aren't as poisonous. And you know how good it feels for me." Lopunny said happily.

"But that's unhealthy, Lopunny! What if you get badly poisoned?" Machamp said, worried about Lopunny.

Lopunny said, "Don't worry. I'm not gonna abuse it, and this is worth it, since it helps Tentacool control his stinging. When he evolves then I'll be able to hug him without being worried about being stung and neither will anyone else!"

"That's not the point! Torterra is finally healed and he's returning tomorrow! If he knew you were harboring a Tentacool like this, he'd obliterate you!" Machamp said, trying to explain it to Lopunny.

Lopunny took Tentacool off and got out of the water. She looked at Tentacool and Machamp and had to think it over. She went over to a different spot in Swampert's yard to think it over, and told Machamp to talk to Tentacool.

Tentacool and Machamp didn't understand each other that well, and didn't seem to have much in common. Machamp also told Tentacool he had nothing against him, but he wanted to keep Lopunny safe. After about five minutes, Lopunny returned.

Lopunny said she had decided that if the time comes, she'll defend Tentacool so he can escape back to the sea if Torterra comes. Machamp didn't want Lopunny to do it, but he knew if he tried to stop her, she'd ignore him. Then, Swampert came out and told them all that right away tomorrow they'll have to go into town, and Swampert will need Machamp and Lopunny to help him get there. Since Machamp had very random shifts of work, he was free that morning. Lopunny went to her burrow and went to sleep, much earlier than usual. Machamp said he'd be there in the morning and Swampert told Tentacool to sleep deeper down in the pond for safety.

In the center of the town, Torterra stood there proud and announced his retaking of command of the land. Since Torterra was well respected, no one questioned him. When the group of Pokemon that were at the beach the other day came to see Torterra, he yelled at them about how wrong it was that they were abusing the Tentacool like that. The group explained they were doing it in honor of Torterra, and he only yelled more.

When one of them mumbled that Lopunny said the same thing, Torterra asked, "Wait…do you mean the Lopunny that's considered insane by you Pokemon?" When they all nodded, he said for her to step forward, which Lopunny did as told. "So, you have yelled at these Pokemon for wearing Tentacool like hats?" Lopunny nodded and Torterra continued. "From what I've heard, they claim you to be insane because you gain joy from your own pain. Is this also true?" Once again, Lopunny nodded.

"Attention everyone! I, Torterra, declare Lopunny to be as sane as the rest of us. She may have been born different, but she is still one of us. And as for the reason I left, it was not Tentacruel's fault this all happened, so you shouldn't hurt any of its family. I let my temper get ahead of me and acted like a fool and was punished by Arceus. To finish it up, if I hear any word of any negative acts toward Tentacool or Tentacruel, you will be punished greatly." Torterra announced, then returned to his seat that he waited at incase needed for anything, normally advice.

Back at Swampert's place, Lopunny was jumping for joy. She was beyond happy about Torterra's announcement, and that she and Tentacool could be friends, or so she though.

A few days later, Machamp returned with grim news to tell Lopunny and Swampert. It seems that some Pokemon are angered by the cancellation of their use of the Tentacool, so they abducted quite a few from the waters and put them each onto pillars, and put the pillars in the town, making the dried up bodies of the Tentacool wave through the air like flags. Tentacool sank downward when he heard it, and Lopunny was disgusted. Swampert expected it to happen, since not everyone would want to listen to Torterra.

Machamp took Lopunny to the town to see it, and she was disgusted even further, but knew she had to see it if she were to deal with this issue. Torterra frowned as he looked upon the Tentacool and had no idea what could fix the problem. Lopunny went up to Torterra and asked him if there was a way to keep the Tentacool safe. Torterra claimed he had an idea, but the only person who could do it doesn't like Torterra that much, meaning it must have been one of the children of the Tentacruel he killed.

The days following were no better. They even got a Tentacruel in the mix. At the rate it was happening, all of the Tentacool and Tentacruel would be gone. Lopunny had an idea, but it'd cost her.

Lopunny spent the next day working her way to the house of a friend of Swampert's that she met one time. When she got there and knocked on the door, an Espeon answered it. Lopunny asked, "Umm…I'm Swampert's student and I was wondering if Umbreon was there so I could ask something of him."

So, Lopunny was let in and saw an Umbreon lying on the ground. The Umbreon was the leader of the night watch Pokemon of the area who normally watch all over the town. Lopunny went up to him and said, "Umbreon, I'm here to ask of you to have night watchers watch the beach tonight."

"You do realize it's a very big beach, right?" Umbreon said, glaring at Lopunny for he seemed like he just woke up.

"I understand that, but ever since Torterra returned—" Lopunny said, getting cut off.

Umbreon shouted, "Torterra returned!?"

"Yes, he returned and now there are Pokemon abducting and murdering Tentacool. Can you please try to find out who it is?" Lopunny begged.

"I will have my groups find out, but you will need to do a job for us. Once this is all dealt with, you join the night search group on a mission once every week. And don't try crying to Swampert about it because he'll work with us." Umbreon said.

Lopunny nodded and was told to leave now so Umbreon could start working. It was now pretty late at night, and Lopunny's burrow was far from Umbreon's house. After making it back to the middle of town, she started to hear noises. When she looked around Lopunny saw something in the shadows. Lopunny got closer to it and the shadow didn't move. She tackled the shadow and it grunted in a voice that sounded familiar.

"Machamp, what are you doing on here so late?" Lopunny asked her friend she just tackled out of the bush he was hiding in.

Machamp looked around and said, "I saw some shifty looking guys walking toward the beach, but they haven't gone there yet. I was trying to find out if they were behind the Tentacool stuff."

Lopunny hugged Machamp and said, "I knew you cared!"

Someone started walking up from behind Lopunny and Machamp, so Lopunny pushed Machamp into the bush to keep hidden. When Lopunny looked out she noticed that the Pokemon walking past was dripping. Whoever it was, though, ran away before they could be seen. Lopunny apologized for pushing Machamp into the bush and he said it was fine. Lopunny started going back to her burrow but Machamp stopped her. He didn't think it'd be safe for either of them to go anywhere alone this late, so he walked her to her burrow and stayed there the night.

Machamp had stayed at Lopunny's place many times before, and this was no different. Even though Machamp was very strong, he was still very worried about Lopunny sometimes. Machamp didn't know Lopunny until she had evolved, and after she evolved she stopped living with her parents. Since Machamp would always be with Lopunny, he's been worried that she's lonely living in her burrow alone. Even though she has Swampert to talk to, and Tentacool, Machamp's still been very worried. And yet, when he looks at Lopunny happily sleeping, he can't stop but think that everything will be fine.

The next morning, Lopunny went to Swampert's place, and he had grim news. "Lopunny, I don't know how to tell you this, but Tentacool is gone. Someone broke in last night and attacked him in the pond. I would have checked if he was ok down there, but my age wouldn't allow me."

At first Lopunny seemed in shock, but then she started laughing. "You're just messing with me, aren't you? Silly Swampert."

As Lopunny walked to the pond, Machamp wanted to chase after her but Swampert stopped him. Lopunny looked at the pond and didn't see her friendly Tentacool greeting her. She leapt into the pond and swam down to look around.

Lopunny had been down there too long, so Machamp dived in after her and take her out. When she was brought back up, Lopunny was crying. Machamp held Lopunny tight, telling her to let it all out. Eventually Lopunny ran out of tears and asked, "Swampert…was he tortured like the others?"

"I can gladly say he wasn't." Swampert said, smiling. Lopunny asked how he knew and Swampert said, "Because the attacker was a Scyther. All the Scyther accomplished was making a scrape on one of Tentacool's gems and it swam out through the gate of the pond. That, and this morning, the Pokemon attacking the Tentacool were caught by the night watch Pokemon. Their leader was that Rampardos that you knocked out at the beach. He was pretty angry about it all and wanted to make you sad." Swampert explained.

Lopunny wiped her face and said, "So, he might still be out there?"

"Yes, he probably is out there. And one of these days, he'll return. I know it." Swampert said patting Lopunny's back.

Lopunny went down to the village to see Rampardos tied in front of Torterra. Torterra told Lopunny to not worry about the Tentacool anymore and that everything should be fine. Rampardos was being tortured and would be locked up and watched constantly for what he did. When Lopunny got down to the beach, Lopunny met a Houndour who was looking for her. The Houndour explained she would be reporting to Lopunny when she is going to be used for a mission, and that she will have to do this for the next year.

The Houndour also gave Lopunny a bandana and said, "You need to wear this from here on out. It's a sign you're working night shifts."

"That's what these are for? I thought they were a fashion statement of some kind." Lopunny said, tying the bandana around her waist.

"No. Right now you've got a white one. You'll get a new one every ten missions. We hope you prove yourself worthy, since your pride seems to be questioned as is." Houndour said.

With that, Houndour left and Lopunny continued to walk down the beach. She sat down and looked out at the beach, seeing all the water Pokemon under the water, wondering if any of them were her Tentacool.

For months after Lopunny would spend her time waiting there, hoping someday that her small friend would return to her. Even with the pain ending from the Pokemon who miss used the Tentacool, not everything was calm. Lopunny would start to work for Torterra during the day and Umbreon during the night, unable to relax anymore. The only time she had to herself she'd spend sitting and waiting, hoping for the return of her one true friend who was the only one like her.

The End

Tentacool's Return

Over a year passed by since Lopunny had her Tentacool friend and Torterra returned, but there had been no sign of Tentacool returning. Lopunny was born a masochist, which is someone who feels good when hurt, and was mocked for it. Once Torterra, the leader of their village that was badly poisoned, returned to the village, he wanted to make sure Lopunny was treated equally because he had high hopes for her. Since the events of Torterra's return and countless Tentacool being murdered, due to something foolish Torterra did before he left and corrected, Lopunny hadn't have much free time to herself, because during the day she had been working for Torterra, and during the night working for Umbreon, the leader of the night patrol teams.

Everyday since, Lopunny has spent her free time either by the beach, hoping one of the many Tentacool floating past was the one she cared so much about, or by Swampert's salt water pond. Lopunny had less time then ever to help or talk to Swampert, her neighbor and teacher, so he had his daughter, a widow Marshtomp, watch over him, since his age was catching up to him. But on the upside in Lopunny's life, when working for Torterra, she has been able to talk to Machamp, a great friend who constantly worried about Lopunny. But still, Lopunny was happy with her life, since she was finally accepted by the village as an equal. All she longed for now was her Tentacool friend to return.

It was late at night and Lopunny was on her usual patrol with her team, who were Houndour, the leader, and Vibrava, an ex-convict who was earning his was back into society. After being in a night patrol group for a year, she realized that most of the members were ex-convicts who wanted to earn the village's trust and help right some wrongs. At this point in time of working, Lopunny and Vibrava had red bandanas, meaning they had done a hundred patrols, which also meant they wouldn't get new ones till they did a hundred more patrols, due to the fact it'd be too easy if it was always a new one every ten patrols.

While watching the beach that night, simply chatting away since the nights had gotten pretty quiet, Lopunny noticed something in the distance of the sea. When Lopunny told the others to look, there was a bright light that quickly faded. Houndour explained that it was probably just a Pokemon evolving, probably something bigger than them. Vibrava started pushing Lopunny because she wouldn't move, as if she was amazed from seeing an evolution for the first time.

Once it got late enough, Lopunny went back home and went to bed. Since Lopunny was up all night, she woke up at noon almost every day, since it gave her enough hours of sleep. When Lopunny woke up, she heard a loud noise coming from next door. Lopunny went over to check it out and saw it was Marshtomp screaming about something.

"Did Swampert fall again, Marshtomp?" Lopunny asked, still a bit drowsy.

"It's worse! He was mumbling over and over that he was gonna die again!" Marshtomp said.

Lopunny looked at Marshtomp and said, "Relax. I know you're a bit fidgety because of your husband, but if Swampert passes away anytime soon, he'll be free of his pain. Just think about it. He's very old and can't even walk that far. As much as I beg for that kind of pain daily, it hurts him and once he's able to pass on, he'll be perfectly happy."

"Lopunny…you found a needle yesterday, didn't you?" Marshtomp said, glaring at Lopunny. Lopunny sighed and handed it over. "You have to stop doing that! I know it may feel good to you, but the more you do it the more you hurt your body. I know that one of these days you'll snap again and realize how much pain you should be in." Marshtomp said, going inside to throw the needle away.

Lopunny skipped off to the village and asked Torterra what he wanted her to do today. Torterra said nothing, as if deep in thought. So, Lopunny sat and waited for Torterra to finish. When he opened his eyes, Torterra said, "Oh, Lopunny, you're here already? I didn't expect you for another half hour."

"Why couldn't I be a bit early?" Lopunny asked.

Torterra thought for a second then said, "Then I guess you don't know what time of year it is, do you?" Lopunny shook her head and Torterra continued. "This is the time of year that Pokemon start to evolve more. It's not well explained why yet, but most Pokemon seem to evolve around this time of year."

"That's amazing!" Lopunny said, amazed she hadn't heard of this yet.

"That is why today I want you to organize the list of Pokemon that could evolve in the next couple of days. Sableye should have the list still, so go get it from him and try to make a new list." Torterra said.

Lopunny ran down to Sableye's shop and got the list, along with some more paper and ink so she could make the list. On her way back home, Lopunny stopped by Swampert's place to see how he was doing before she got to work on the list. When she got there, no one was inside, so she went to the backyard. In the back yard, Swampert was sitting on the porch with Marshtomp, getting Swampert some fresh air. Swampert was in worse shape then ever these days. His back was close to breaking, he could barely use his arms or legs, and his mind was leaving him.

When Marshtomp told Lopunny it'd be safer to not talk to Swampert, for the fact he's very confused at his age, Lopunny went over to the salt water pond, wondering if Tentacool, or anyone for that matter, was in there. As Lopunny got closer, she saw red glowing coming from the pond. Lopunny ran up to it and stopped in amazement. What Lopunny had seen was a Tentacruel that was five and a half feet tall from longest tentacle to top of head.

The Tentacruel came up and glared at Lopunny. At first Lopunny was amazed to see the Tentacruel, since the scar on one of its gems was a sign that it had to be her old friend, until it swiped a tentacle at Lopunny, which she jumped over. The Tentacruel continued to try and hit Lopunny, which eventually he did, but it made her squeal with delight.

The Tentacruel glared and said, "So, she's still just as confused as before. But I will not settle for this! You lied to me over a year ago! You said you'd protect me! But when that time came you were gone and let me get hurt! Only now do I have the power to show you the pain I suffered that night!"

Tentacruel wrapped its tentacles around Lopunny and started stinging her with all his might. At first Lopunny loved the feel of Tentacruel's sharp sting, until it started to hurt. Like when being tickled for long enough time, it begins to hurt, so did being stung, no matter how much of a masochist Lopunny was, it would still hurt her if given too much pain.

Eventually Lopunny passed out and Tentacruel put her down. "Now you know what pain is really like. No matter how much you love the feel of it, it still hurts you when given too much. You're just as normal as the rest of them."

As Lopunny started to wake back up, Tentacruel was going to give her another dose of stinging, but Swampert leapt in the way and took a of stinging for Lopunny. Marshtomp chased after Swampert and looked at him after he was stung. "This is bad. Swampert's in worse pain than ever! Help me get him back, and Tentacruel, you better stay right here because after I make sure Swampert is ok, I will have a talking to you."

"I'd rather not, I kind of just came here to get my revenge on Lopunny then I planned on going because—" Tentacruel said, getting cut off.

"I SAID YOU WILL WAIT HERE AND I WILL HAVE A TALKING TO YOU! NOW SIT THERE AND DON'T MOVE OR I'LL PERSONALLY RIP OFF EVERY SINGLE TENTACLE ONE BY ONE AND USE YOUR BODY AS A BALLOON AND PASS IT OUT TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD CHILDREN!" Marshtomp yelled at the top of her longs, glaring are Tentacruel.

So, Lopunny and Marshtomp took Swampert back into his house and Marshtomp started checking on Lopunny and told her to go outside by Tentacruel, which she did. When Lopunny got there, Tentacruel was glaring at Lopunny, but not moving because he was afraid of Marshtomp.

"You shouldn't be too afraid. She's just angry because she lost her husband a few months ago. I doubt she'll really hurt you." Lopunny said, smiling at Tentacruel.

Tentacruel mumbled, "She doesn't need to do anything. You're the one I'm angry at, not Swampert."

"But why are you angry at me?" Lopunny asked.

Tentacruel went on and on about being taken from the sea from a crazy Lopunny who thought they were the same. Then he mentioned how she made Swampert keep him in his personal pond. And to finish it up, after being promised he'd be protected, he was attacked and left with a scar on his left gem.

Lopunny frowned and said, "But I did understand what it was like to be you…and I was gone that day to make sure no more Tentacool would die. And Swampert did it so you wouldn't die in the bowl. I missed you very much when you left…I was very sad…"

"Wait…but how would it have made you sad? I thought pain felt good to you." Tentacruel said, confused.

"Not all pain…just pain that hurts my body. Emotional pain hurts me just like it hurts anyone else. People always get that mixed up and it makes me feel sad." Lopunny said, looking down, starting to cry.

Tentacruel put out a tentacle and wiped Lopunny's tear and she looked at him, amazed that it didn't sting. "There was one thing you were right about all this time. Because you let me sting you, I was able to control how I sting better. Now I can stop myself from hurting others."

Lopunny hugged Tentacruel's tentacle and said, "I knew it'd work. Now I can hug you all I want."

After playing around for another five minutes, Marshtomp returned to the pond and saw Lopunny and Tentacruel playing happily. Marshtomp told them that Swampert was in bad condition and probably couldn't even move anymore. Tentacruel felt bad for what he did, but Marshtomp said that Swampert forgave Tentacruel since he shouldn't have gotten in the way. When Lopunny tried to get into the pond, there was almost no room for her since Tentacruel was so big.

Lopunny and Tentacruel decided they should meet up at the beach where they first met, to also give Swampert some peace. When they both go there, Tentacruel was in the deeper part of it. Since Lopunny was kind of worried about what could be there, they thought of where else they could go. Tentacruel remembered a place they could go, and pulled Lopunny under water, telling her to hold her breath and close her eyes.

When Lopunny felt air again, she gasped for breath and looked around. They were inside an underwater cave that looked like it had a tunnel leading somewhere. So, Lopunny and Tentacruel caught up on what they missed while they were apart. It seems that Tentacruel was welcomed back and when he evolved, last night, he was praised, but didn't want it, so he swam to the pond, thinking he could hide from them and get revenge. Lopunny also found out that the big light she saw last night was Tentacruel evolving.

After almost an hour of talking a playing around, Marshtomp came walking from the other end of the cave and asked what they were doing in Swampert's basement. It seems that he chose the spot because it was the only way into the undersea caves. Marshtomp reminded Lopunny she had work to finish and told Tentacruel they could meet up after Lopunny got a good start on the list.

As they walked back to Swampert's house, Marshtomp heard him yelling. The two went to Swampert's bedside and he started to mumbled. "I don't have much time left…I need to tell you both something. Marshtomp, I want you and Lopunny to live here and keep the yard maintained. As for you, Lopunny, please don't hurt yourself for pleasure so much…I don't want you to die until you're as old as me. And tell Tentacruel to start protecting the sea creatures…and to keep a level head…and back on that night before Rampardos was captured, I—" Swampert suddenly stopped moving all together. Marshtomp was sure that Swampert passed away.

Lopunny started to cry and Marshtomp said, "Please don't cry, Lopunny. It's like you said. He's finally free of all his pain and is happy now." Lopunny ran off into the village and Marshtomp went into the backyard and started digging in the yard not too far from the fresh water pond.

Once Lopunny got to town, she continued crying until she got to Torterra. She told Torterra about Swampert's death and Torterra asked if there was anything he wanted to tell Torterra before he died, but Lopunny said he never finished and all he said was for her and Marshtomp to live in his home and Tentacruel to be strong and level headed.

Torterra asked who this Tentacruel was, never being able to meet him, and Lopunny told him all about Tentacruel and Torterra looked grim, worried that this Tentacruel would be just like the other Tentacruel from 58 years ago. Torterra promised he'd inform everyone and told Lopunny to take today and tomorrow off from all work. So, Lopunny returned to Swampert's Place and looked in the backyard, seeing Marshtomp filling the hole she was digging.

"Please come over here, Lopunny. We should say goodbye to Swampert." Marshtomp said, finishing filling the hole.

Lopunny came over and sat in front of Swampert's grave and said, "Swampert, you were a great neighbor and an even greater teacher. I will always remember what you taught me and hope I can pass it onto another Pokemon some day."

Then Marshtomp said her goodbye to Swampert. "Father, you raised me and even when my husband died you still cared for me. You were the best father I could have ever asked for. I am sure you're in much more relief in death than you were in life."

As Lopunny and Marshtomp were about to leave, Machamp came by and joined them while they were saying their goodbyes and started his own. "You were very wise, Swampert, and this world will miss you greatly for all the good you have done. You were a father to your children, a teacher and role model to Lopunny, and the greatest example of how to live life."

Everyone had now finished, so they walked back to the house. "I heard the news and ran here as fast as I could. It's sad to hear that Swampert is gone, but at least he was nice enough to leave his house to the two of you." Machamp said, sitting down.

"So you're not busy, Machamp?" Lopunny asked.

"I actually am not. Since Pokemon are evolving, the other workers are teaching the newly evolved Pokemon how everything works, so I've got the day off." Machamp said, happily.

So, Machamp helped Lopunny move her stuff into Swampert's old house, while Marshtomp cleared room and moved stuff around in the house. Lopunny wanted to move into the basement because that's where Tentacruel was, but Marshtomp explained it's too damp to sleep down there. So, Marshtomp cleared one of the other rooms, which had relics Swampert must have collected over time, for Lopunny to put her stuff in.

Swampert's home was made by him and him alone. It used to have him and his family, but they grew up and his wife passed away. He craved out an entire rock with three bedrooms and the staircase down into the undersea caves. Swampert's home was one of the best, since the others were all simple one room homes.

Once everything was moved into her new room, Lopunny went down into the undersea cave. Since Machamp wanted to check on some stuff, he left to give Marshtomp some peace. When Lopunny got to the end of the cave where Tentacruel was, there were other Pokemon there. Lopunny stayed hidden and heard them talk to Tentacruel.

"So, why the heck do you even try being that Lopunny's friend? I don't see any purpose in doing it." Said what looked like a Crawdaunt.

"Why not just eat her? I heard Lopunny taste great!" A Feraligatr said, licking his lips.

Lopunny was just plain shocked from what they were saying and ran off before something bad happened. As Lopunny ran, Tentacruel said, "Guys, I'm not going to eat her. I want to be her friend because she cared about me even though I was a runt. And I don't care what you guys think. Lopunny's been the nicest Pokemon I've ever met in years."

"That's a laugh. She only wants you because you'll actually hurt her when she asks for it." The Crawdaunt said.

"I don't care. She's still my friend and nothing will change that." Tentacruel said, glaring at the other two.

Feraligatr said, "Ok, ok. But can we at least nibble on her some time?"

Once Lopunny got back upstairs she ran strait into her room. Since the rooms didn't even have doors, Marshtomp walked in and asked, "What's wrong? Did Tentacruel pick on you or something?" Lopunny stayed silent. Marshtomp walked out of the room and down into the undersea cave.

When she got to where Tentacruel was, he was actually alone this time. Marshtomp glared at Tentacruel and yelled, "Tentacruel! What did you do to make Lopunny sad?"

"What? Why would I try to make Lopunny sad?" Tentacruel asked.

"I thought the same thing, but you had to have done it since she came up and went straight to her room and looks like she's gonna try to drown herself in tears!" Marshtomp said.

Tentacruel thought for a second then said, "Darn it…she must have heard the guys talking. I'm still picked on a bit because I care about Lopunny. She must have heard them talking and thought I was going to hurt her."

"Who are you talking about?" Marshtomp asked.

Tentacruel explained that after he left, he met Feraligatr and Crawdaunt and they picked on him because he played with Lopunny. They also knew about the cave and thought that the land Pokemon were just pray that they had to wait to fall into the water for. Tentacruel was hoping Lopunny wouldn't have to meet them.

Marshtomp understood what Tentacruel was talking about and asked where they were right now. Tentacruel said they were down by the reefs probably and Marshtomp dove into the water and told Tentacruel to follow her. They swam over to an island where there was music being made by many Pokemon. Marshtomp waved over at two Ludicolo and they came over to her.

The two Ludicolo were Marshtomp's brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Her husband was a Lombre that didn't like dancing like his family, but still cared about them. The Ludicolo thought Marshtomp would still be in shock about Lombre's death, and had just got wind of Swampert's death.

One of the Ludicolo asked, "What are you doing here, Marshtomp?"

"I need you to take care of some idiots who made Lopunny cry." Marshtomp said.

The Ludicolo knew who Lopunny was. Since Lopunny lived alone, she'd celebrate with Swampert's family when ever they had a party. The Ludicolo were also responsible for Lopunny learning she could hurt herself with needles easily.

Once Marshtomp explained what she needed them to do, basically teach Tentacruel's friends a lesson, they agreed to it and said once they did they'll drag them over to the cave so Marshtomp can deal with them. And with that, Marshtomp and Tentacruel returned to the undersea cave to see Lopunny sitting by the edge of the water.

Tentacruel wrapped his tentacles around Lopunny to hug her and she started to curl up into a ball in fear, or tried to at least. When Tentacruel put Lopunny down she stayed curled up and didn't move. Marshtomp and Tentacruel tried to uncurl Lopunny, but she wouldn't budge. When Marshtomp asked why she wasn't moving, Lopunny said, "I don't want Tentacruel to eat me or feed me to his friends. I'm trying to look less appetizing."

"Lopunny, I'm not trying to eat you. Those other guys were thinking it. I'd never even think of eating you!" Tentacruel said.

Lopunny gave in and hugged one of Tentacruel's tentacles. Marshtomp was happy to see the two were happy with each other again. After about a half hour of playing, the Ludicolo came with the two fiendish friends of Tentacruel's. Tentacruel put Lopunny on his head and the two of them glared at Feraligatr and Crawdaunt. The two were frightened beyond compare, as if the Ludicolo violated them. Tentacruel wrapped his tentacles around Feraligatr and Crawdaunt and said, "You have five seconds to tell me why I should squeeze all the life out of the two of you."

Both of them stammered until Tentacruel started to tighten his grip, and then the Crawdaunt said, "I was only kidding around! I swear! I knew Lopunny was important to you the whole time! It was Feraligatr's idea to try and eat her!"

"You blabber mouth! We were close to getting him to share her with us!" Feraligatr yelled.

Tentacruel released Crawdaunt and said, "Thank you Crawdaunt. As for you, Feraligatr, I'm gonna have to leave you to Marshtomp since I'm going to relax with Lopunny for a while longer."

Marshtomp grabbed onto Feraligatr and with the help of her relatives, she dragged him up stairs and out the door. One her way out, Marshtomp ran into Machamp who was waiting outside the house for a long time. Marshtomp told Machamp that Lopunny was in the basement, so he went down there as Marshtomp took Feraligatr to Torterra.

Machamp was there to tell Lopunny that he was finally given a steady work shift, so he wanted to settle down with her and see if they could raise a family. But as he got to where Lopunny and Tentacruel were he saw Lopunny laying on Tentacruel's head and heard her say the one thing he not only didn't expect, but didn't want to hear. "Tentacruel, I love you so much! I swear I'll come back every day to hang out."

Just from those words so many thoughts ran thought Machamp's head. "Maybe I should have hurt her to make her happier." "How can they be in love? It wouldn't even work." "This is so wrong, so wrong!" Machamp just sat there and did nothing, as if in total shock.

Lopunny jumped off of Tentacruel and said, "I better get going. Tomorrow I have the day off, but I want to rest up on it. It'll be my last one for a while." So, Lopunny walked toward the stairs and noticed Machamp sitting there. "What're you doing there, Machamp?" Machamp didn't know what to say. He was still in total shock, so Lopunny tried to pull him up and said, "Machamp! Get up! It isn't like you to act like this. I don't like it one bit."

Machamp started to mumble something over and over and Lopunny tried to hear it. Eventually she did and Lopunny said, "Machamp, snap out of it. Let's get upstairs and we can talk. Ok?" Machamp nodded slowly and they walked upstairs.

Once they got upstairs, Lopunny started to explain everything to Machamp. It wasn't that Lopunny was in love with Tentacruel, she just loved him a lot. Lopunny and Tentacruel both knew they couldn't be together in a real relationship; they just wanted to be best friends, since it was the most they could ever be. Then, Machamp told the information he planned to tell Lopunny in the first place. Lopunny was happy to hear it, but said she wanted to wait a couple years before she could.

Lopunny wasn't raised like most Pokemon because she relied on Swampert's information to help her know what to do. She remembered him once say that you shouldn't jump into a relationship of any kind. When Swampert was younger, he waited five years till everything was perfectly steady before him and his wife had children. Since Lopunny wanted to honor Swampert, she wanted to wait until her craziness was behind her and she was ready to have children.

So, Machamp agreed that he'd give Lopunny the same option for as long as they may live. Lopunny walked Machamp out and went to bed. Marshtomp came back later after telling Torterra everything that happened. That night was relaxed and calm, or so everyone though, but it'd get much more hectic by morning.

Tentacool's Return Part 2

Once morning came, Lopunny got up at her usual time and looked outside to Marshtomp talking to an Ivysaur. Lopunny got closer to them and over heard they were talking about Feraligatr who escaped last night. Marshtomp was also making sure all of Swampert's stuff was transferred to her, since she was Swampert's closest living relative. Marshtomp had a little brother but he ran away to live far from the rest of the family.

Since Lopunny would be living there as well, Marshtomp wanted her to know what else Swampert left behind. It seems that Swampert had accounts holding even more valuable things and a storage with more relics. Since Marshtomp didn't know enough about what Swampert had, she decided, with Lopunny's approval, to leave everything as is and that she'd pay anything needed to be paid to keep them there.

As Marshtomp and Ivysaur went through the relics Swampert left behind, Lopunny went downstairs to see Tentacruel. When she got there, Lopunny saw Tentacruel and Feraligatr fighting. Lopunny went up to them and used Shock Wave on Feraligatr which knocked him out for the time being. Lopunny asked why Feraligatr was attacking and Tentacruel guessed it was because they tried to keep him locked up.

Since Lopunny wasn't that worried about Feraligatr, she jumped onto Tentacruel's head and started poking him. While they played around as usual, Feraligatr got up and leapt at Lopunny with his mouth wide open, grabbing her around the waist with his mouth. Tentacruel froze as Feraligatr backed up to the stair. After knowing Feraligatr for a while, Tentacruel knew that if he got in the way, Feraligatr would swallow Lopunny whole.

As Feraligatr got upstairs, Marshtomp and Ivysaur were buried in Swampert's relics and couldn't get up. Since no one was watching, Feraligatr continued moving along with no one getting in his way. He walked over to the beach and put Lopunny on the ground. Lopunny had fainted on the way up the stairs from the fact she thought she was going to be eaten alive.

While Lopunny lay there on the ground, someone soaring in the sky was looking down upon what looked like a feeding. Lopunny started to wake back up and looked up to see a familiar face flying above her in the sky. When Feraligatr returned to dine on Lopunny, who was playing dead now, a Flygon, with red bandana around his neck, swooped down and used Solarbeam on Feraligatr and knocked it into the ocean. Then Flygon picked up Lopunny and flew her to the village.

Everyone around at first thought Flygon had done something to Lopunny, since he was taken away for inappropriate actions toward some of the women, but when they saw Lopunny looking perfectly normal, they had to guess Flygon saved her. Torterra asked why Lopunny was here and she explained that Feraligatr took her away and nearly ate her. Lopunny hugged Flygon and thanked him for saving her and asked him if he could fly her back home. Flygon way going to say yes, but out of nowhere someone in the crowd used Ice Beam on Flygon and he fell down in pain.

The crowd cleared away from the Pokemon who used it and it was revealed to be a Weavile who had been a member of the village for a very long time. Lopunny yelled out, "Daddy! Why did you do that to Flygon? He's in my squad AND just saved me!"

"Of course you'd think that at first looks. Flygon is scum. The only reason he's not locked up is because he hasn't been caught until now." Weavile growled, walking toward Flygon.

"Weavile, you're out of line! Flygon has done no wrong as of late." Torterra said, being the only person there who Weavile would listen to.

Weavile searched Flygon's things and pulled out some paper. On the paper was a drawing of Lopunny, a drawing of Houndour, and a drawing of Espeon, Umbreon's wife. Everyone gasped and Lopunny said, "Dad, we're Flygon's coworkers. His art is the only thing he can do these days during the day other than fly around and get glared at by everyone."

As Flygon got up, Weavile pulled out one of the papers and showed everyone a drawing of a Minun and Plusle playing in the pond with bush edging like he was watching from a bush. "He was spying on two little kids in the bushes. You call that normal, Lopunny?"

Lopunny looked at the drawing and Flygon then jumped onto Flygon's back and whispered in his ear, "Quick, start flying before my dad hits you again."

So, Flygon soared into the air and flew to Lopunny's place so she could tell Marshtomp what was happening. "YOU RAN AWAY WITH AN EX-CONVICT!?" Marshtomp yelled.

"Don't yell! I need you to tell Tentacruel to meet us on that small island south of here. We'll be waiting there for a while so we can think up a real plan." Lopunny said, grabbing some random supplies.

Marshtomp stopped Lopunny and said, "The only way to deal with this is to face it head on. Would Swampert want you running?"

"This isn't a normal issue. Apparently Flygon was caught by my dad last time. My dad doesn't just find evidence. He makes it seem like it's the worst it could have been. He wants to make sure everyone he captured stays locked up. The only way to deal with him is to fight him, and I don't know anyone who can beat him!" Lopunny said, freaking out.

Marshtomp slapped Lopunny in the face and said, "Snap out of that! Lopunny, you can take him on! You can fight him easily and win! Flygon would have a hard time trying, but you could take your dad down easily. And if you don't face him now, I'll face him for you."

"Marshtomp, you don't get it! I can't fight my dad!" Lopunny said, freaking out.

"Remember how you knocked out Rampardos? All you got to do is do it to your dad and it'll be easy. Just try and you'll see that I'm right." Marshtomp said, hoping it go through to Lopunny's head.

Since Lopunny didn't want to make Marshtomp sad, she agreed to do it, but not till sunset so she could hang out with Tentacruel and introduce him to Flygon. So, Lopunny walked Flygon downstairs and told him to wait so she could peek over and see if Tentacruel was there. When Lopunny looked, she saw Tentacruel and a Cloyster talking. The Cloyster left quickly and Lopunny pulled Flygon over to the open so Tentacruel knew they were there.

Lopunny introduced Flygon to Tentacruel, who had heard a lot about him already. Flygon was kind of scared to be in an undersea cave, but Lopunny told him to relax. The three of them talked about how they felt about each other and eventually, Flygon and Tentacruel started to play catch with Lopunny, till someone came downstairs. When the three friends looked to see who it was, they were shocked to see it was Weavile.

"Lopunny, so this is what happens when we let you go? You end up playing with two Pokemon you can't have relationships with, in a basement. Its just plain sad, to believe my daughter is poisoning her mind and body even worse. So will Flygon go willingly or will there have to be a fight?" Weavile said, glaring at all three of them.

Lopunny leapt off of Tentacruel's head and said, "Daddy, I'm fighting you. If you win, Flygon will go willingly and I go with him. If I win, Flygon is free to go and you won't target him anymore."

Weavile nodded and started running at Lopunny ready to strike. Lopunny slide out of the way and attempted to Jump Kick Weavile, but he got out of the way before she hit him and fell down, giggling from hurting herself. Weavile went at Lopunny with intent to Slash Lopunny to pieces, but she slipped back, dodging the hit and Drain Punching her dad in the side. Weavile fell over and Lopunny went at her father and used Brick Break to finish him off.

"How….how could you? You were always such a weak fighter before!" Weavile said, unable to get up.

"You shouldn't be asking me. You should be asking Swampert. He taught me to use type advantage. That, and Marshtomp slapped some sense into me." Lopunny said, giggling from the thought of being slapped.

Weavile got up and growled, "I guess you won…so Flygon is free to go…"

Marshtomp came down during the fight and asked, "So what proof did your dad have over Flygon anyway?"

"Oh, he saw a drawing I made of Minun and Plusle. You know, those two kids who live down the road. Since they don't evolve, I wanted to given them something to make them feel better since I'm guessing some of their friends evolved or will be evolving. The problem was since I couldn't watch them and have them know I was doing it, I had to draw by the memory of one time I saw them playing in the fields." Flygon explained.

"Wait, you draw by memory?" Tentacruel asked.

Lopunny said, "He always draws by memory. Once he's finished, he compares it to the person he drew to get shading better."

Since Flygon had proof he draws by memory, Weavile had no proof that Flygon was spying on them. Because it was getting late, Flygon and Weavile returned to their homes and Lopunny went to bed. Marshtomp stayed up a bit longer, because she had to help Tentacruel. When she was sure Lopunny was asleep, Marshtomp went downstairs and talked with Tentacruel. After about an hour, Marshtomp came back up with a letter and put it by Lopunny for her to read it when she woke up.

Morning came faster than usual for Lopunny and she noticed the letter. When she opened the letter, it said, "Dear Lopunny. I'd love to stay here and always be here for you, but it's not possible. I live deep in the water and you live high up on land. I still care a lot about you, and I won't be gone forever, or alone. I'll come back every holiday for you. Please don't be sad, I just feel its something we have to do. With Love, Tentacruel."

Lopunny ran straight for the stairs, but Marshtomp put a door and lock on it. When Lopunny looked at Marshtomp with tears in her eyes, Marshtomp said, "I'm sorry, Lopunny. Swampert told me what you did last time you lost Tentacruel. I can't let you nearly drown yourself trying to find him."

Because Marshtomp wouldn't let her out, and Lopunny didn't have work till noon, all Lopunny could do was sit there and cry. Marshtomp just sat there and watched Lopunny cry, knowing she had to let it out now or never. After three hours, Lopunny finally stopped crying and asked Marshtomp if she could go downstairs now. Since Marshtomp saw no harm in it, she took Lopunny down stairs and saw that is was empty. When Lopunny looked into the water she also saw Tentacruel put a cage on it so no one could get in while he was gone.

And with that, Lopunny went to work and got a new assignment, since the list was handed off to Ivysaur when he came to check on Marshtomp. Torterra wanted Lopunny to fetch some seashells with some of the kids, since they were all coming to him complaining they couldn't go to the beach without an adult.

The kids that Lopunny had to take to the beach were the same Minun and Plusle that Flygon drew, along with three of their friends, whom won't be named for the time being. When they had gotten a lot of shells, it was already getting close to sunset. After taking the kids back to town so they could get back home, Lopunny walked home to get ready for her night shift.

Houndour and Flygon came to pick up Lopunny, as they usually did, and before they set off on patrol, Flygon handed Lopunny a drawing he made the night before. It was a drawing of Lopunny sitting on Tentacruel's head, with Tentacruel wrapping his tentacles around her. First Lopunny walked inside to put the drawing in her room, then she came back and hugged Flygon and thanked him for the drawing.

So, Lopunny and her team went on their usual patrol, nothing really happening, but still enjoying the time together. Marshtomp continued to maintain her father's yard in honor of his death, and eventually Flygon's record was stricken from the files, leaving Flygon to aim for any future he wanted. Machamp didn't have anything more to do than work hard and wait till Lopunny was ready to settle down with him.

But what happened to Tentacruel, is probably what you're wondering. Well, Tentacruel went on to live with the Cloyster that Lopunny saw and they had quite a few children. And as he promised, every holiday, Tentacruel returned. Not all of these endings were safe, though. Unknown to everyone, Feraligatr was still waiting, plotting, and planning to return and target Lopunny.

Until the day comes that Lopunny will have to worry about Feraligatr, she will always continue her odd jobs during the day and patrolling during the night. Even without Tentacruel, Lopunny knew she could be happy, because she didn't even know it, but she was slowly becoming less of a masochist. Not enough to make it noticeable yet, but slowly and steadily. Maybe she'll be normal…someday.

The End

Nature's Appetite and a New Hero

"Never trust what's hiding in the fog." One of the many things Swampert used to say before he passed away. Lopunny remembered this every morning after patrolling; because that was the most common time she'd see fog. The difference with this morning's fog was that because Flygon had to get home quickly, Lopunny didn't have anyone to clear the fog for her.

As Lopunny walked to her house, very tired from working all night, she heard something moving behind her. When Lopunny turned around to see what was there, she saw nothing, until she looked back forward and saw Feraligatr standing right in front of her. Feraligatr was still angry from what had happened two and a half years ago. As much as Lopunny liked the thought of getting hurt a bit by Feraligatr, she was too tired to deal with it.

"You think you're gonna get away, don't you? Well you don't have anyone watching you now. I've been planning for two years how to get back at you and Tentacruel for what you did, and I finally know what to do." Feraligatr said, leaning over Lopunny.

As Lopunny began to use Thunderpunch on Feraligatr, but a Discharge came out of nowhere and hit Feraligatr and Lopunny, and gave Lopunny the perfect chance to get out of there. When Lopunny got home, she just fell into bed as usual, waking up Marshtomp. Marshtomp went outside to do her usual work in the backyard as she did every morning in honor of her father who passed away.

When noon came, Lopunny got up and walked outside to see what Marshtomp was doing, since it was almost different every morning. Sometimes it was cleaning the ponds, other times it was picking weeds, and other times she'd have someone over talking with her. This time, Marshtomp was squealing for some reason. Lopunny asked why and all that came out of Marshtomp's mouth was, "Amazing! Hero! Saving!"

After shaking Marshtomp a couple times, she finally snapped out of it and Lopunny asked her what she meant. "Ok, there's this new Pokemon in the village who everyone is calling a hero! No one has seen what he is yet, but they know he's been saving everyone with electric attacks!"

"Wait, are they know for using Discharge?" Lopunny asked.

"They normally use either that or Thunder Bolt. But still, this is so exciting! I wonder who they are…" Marshtomp said, squealing again.

Lopunny asked, "Why are you getting so excited? If they're using electric attacks on land then they can't be in your egg group."

"Quiet you, I'm fantasizing!" Marshtomp said, staring off into space.

To avoid being involved in Marshtomp's crazy thoughts, Lopunny left and went Torterra to see what he had for her to do today. As usual, Torterra gave Lopunny a job unrelated to the other jobs she had done before, and this time it was delivering a gift basket to someone who had just moved into town. At first Lopunny thought it must have been that hero everyone was talking about, but Torterra said there was no way it could be.

When Lopunny got to the place, she knocked on a door and was greeted by an old Luxray. The Luxray welcomed Lopunny in and told her to set the basket down in a corner of the room. The Luxray explained he wanted to come here to relax and that he and his grandson would be living there till he passed away. When his grandson, a Manectric, came to see what was going on, he gasped when he saw Lopunny. Luxray apologized for his grandson's actions, claiming he'd always been quite awkward around others.

Lopunny looked at Manectric and said, "If you want, I can show you around town."

At first, Manectric was gonna refuse the offer, but Luxray said it was a good idea, so Lopunny walked Manectric around the village and showed him where he can get major supplies for about anything. When Lopunny noticed Flygon sitting in the grass, she asked him if he had drawn a map of the village and the rest of the area. Flygon handed Lopunny a map he drew and went back to drawing something else.

Lopunny showed the map to Manectric and explained where not to go and why. While she was explaining, Lopunny noticed Manectric stopped paying attention and was watching Flygon drawing. Manectric walked closer to Flygon's drawing and it started to freak out Flygon. After Lopunny introduced the two to each other, Manectric asked Flygon if he'd be willing to draw something from him. Flygon was always willing to help, so he agreed to it and the three of them walked to Flygon's place.

Since Flygon was an ex-convict, he had to live within one mile of the village, which was closer than Lopunny, who lived a mile and a half away from the village. Flygon's house was a one room cave covered in papers. Because Flygon rarely ever had people over, he just had stacks of paper everywhere at the end of the cave and barely any room at the front of the cave. He still kept it safe, though, by keeping a bolder in front of the cave like a door.

Manectric wanted Flygon to draw him dashing looking Luxray. When Flygon finished, Lopunny said it made Luxray look like an amazing man, which made Manectric slightly blush. To give a reason to his new friends, Manectric said, "I wanted it for when my grandfather passes away."

Since it was getting late, Lopunny walked Manectric home and told him to meet her in town the next day because she wanted to hang out again, and Torterra would want Lopunny to help the new neighbor. Then Lopunny went home to talk with Marshtomp because she didn't have her night shift, and she had idea about who the so called hero could be.

"So, you think the hero is this old Luxray who moved in?" Marshtomp asked.

Lopunny said, "It has to be! And I have the perfect plan. I'll get in some kind of danger by their house and I'll know for sure! All I need is a way to get in danger…"

"I heard Seviper is angry at almost everyone. If you invited her to meet you there, you'll probably get in danger." Marshtomp said.

Since that seemed to be the best idea, Lopunny planned to do it in a couple of days and started by writing the letter. Marshtomp didn't like the idea of putting Lopunny in danger, but she was dying to see this hero and knew that if she hid during this she'd get to see him in action.

The next morning, Lopunny got up early and put the letter on Seviper's door so she'd find the letter to meet her tomorrow in front of Luxray's house. Then she walked to the village and asked Torterra for permission to spend the day with Manectric and Flygon, which he allowed. When Manectric got there, he was more excited than the day before. Lopunny walked Manectric to Flygon's house and heard Flygon spassing around the room.

Flygon forgot to tell them that he had a job interview today at his house and needed to organize his drawings for it. When Lopunny offered to help, he said that he had a complex system to it and she'd just get in the way. So, Lopunny and Manectric sat outside and waited for Flygon to finish.

After falling asleep about five times, Lopunny got up and said, "Flygon, we're just gonna go, ok?"

"Ok, just remember me and Houndour are picking you up at sun set." Flygon said, yelling out the cave.

Manectric asked what Flygon meant and Lopunny explained that they worked at night watching the area to make sure no one's breaking any rules at night. Stuff like this confused Manectric because where he was raised there pretty much were no rules. Lopunny decided to take Manectric to her house since she felt like introducing him to Marshtomp. But, on their way to Lopunny's house, Feraligatr leapt onto the road, from a bush, and grabbed Lopunny and ran off with her. Manectric looked around and walked off in the opposite direction.

Feraligatr knocked out Lopunny so she couldn't interfere and was about to swallow her whole, but a Thunderbolt had come at him out of nowhere. When Feraligatr turned around to see who had done it, he saw a dark cloak that used Thunder on him. Lopunny came to and noticed Feraligatr knocked out on the ground. When she looked around, Lopunny only saw Manectric running around back on the road like he was freaking out.

Manectric noticed Lopunny and ran up to her and asked her if she was ok. Lopunny said she was and they walked to Lopunny's house, practically ignoring Feraligatr. They got to Lopunny's place and Marshtomp ran out saying, "Lopunny, you missed it! The hero was there just now!"

Marshtomp, who was looking over one of the flower gardens, saw the "cloaked hero" save Lopunny and disappear. When Lopunny asked Manectric if he saw this, Manectric said he was too busy freaking out to notice. Manectric asked why they were so excited and Marshtomp spilled the beans that the two girls thought it was Luxray and Manectric told them that he never leaves the house.

With her hopes crushed, Marshtomp dragged herself into the house and Lopunny asked how Manectric knew and Manectric asked if Lopunny could keep a secret. Lopunny nodded and Manectric said, "Well, I've kind of been the one who's been saving everyone."

"Wait…you can't be serious. If so, then tell me what already you saved me from." Lopunny said.

"First I saved you on a foggy morning from Feraligatr by using Discharge then saved you not too long ago." Manectric said with a serious face.

Lopunny was amazed that it was Manectric and asked him why he was doing it. Manectric claimed that back in his old village there was no law. Since he figured it was no different here, he wanted to try to help out, but Lopunny found him out. Lopunny suggested that he work night shifts, but he said it'd get in the way for him since he's used to working alone. Since it was late Manectric had to go back to his place and that left Lopunny to lay there and think about what she learned about her new friend. Lopunny wasn't gonna tell anyone, but still found it pretty hard to believe.

The next morning, Lopunny suddenly remembered her plan to meet Seviper and ran to the location. Seviper was already in a bad mood and was in an even worse one having to wait for Lopunny. When Lopunny got there Seviper glared at her, saying, "You do realize I skipped lunch to be here, right?"

"I'm really sorry for that, but I had to meet you." Lopunny said.

Unknown to Lopunny, who was trying to get herself into danger, Luxray and Manectric went into the village today. Since Marshtomp wasn't in the bushes watching, Lopunny was pretty much on here own here.

"You're going to have to repay me for the lunch I missed, Lopunny." Seviper said, starting to slither around Lopunny.

Lopunny asked, "How can I do that? I didn't bring any money with me."

Seviper wrapped her tail around Lopunny and said, "I've been in the taste for something different recently. Since you owe me, and you have no money, I guess you'll have to pay with your body."

When Lopunny heard it, she thought Seviper meant something sexual and Lopunny tried to back away. Seviper didn't like how Lopunny was acting, so she opened her mouth, released her jaw bone, and slowly started swallowing Lopunny's legs. Lopunny first was yelling for help until her legs started to become squeezes inside Seviper's body, which caused a pain Lopunny had to squeal from. With Lopunny enjoying it, Seviper was able to easily continued swallowing her.

Once Seviper got Lopunny to up her neck, with her with arms sticking out still, she slowed down to hear Lopunny suffer, but just kept hearing giggles. When Seviper asked, muffled from still having Lopunny in her mouth, why Lopunny was giggling, Lopunny said it felt good. Seviper had never dealt with anyone who enjoyed pain, so she was confused. Eventually, Lopunny's giggling got annoying and Seviper swallowed her down the rest of the way.

Seviper lay down to relax and digest when her tail was grabbed and swung around until Lopunny slowly slipped out and landed in sand. When Seviper turned around to see who was doing it, she saw Machamp. Machamp let Seviper go and she landed somewhere in the woods. Machamp ran over to Lopunny and made sure she was ok. Lopunny hugged Machamp and he lifted her up.

"Lopunny, why was Seviper swallowing you?" Machamp asked, carrying Lopunny, as he'd started doing quite often when the two of them were alone.

"It's a long story, but it doesn't matter that much right now. Let's just say I had a plan and it didn't turn out how I expected." Lopunny said, trying to keep it discrete enough.

Machamp and Lopunny had been growing deeper and deeper into a couple. Lopunny had been thinking about having children, but since she still wanted to work and be able to have fun, she was still going to wait a couple more years. The only thing that shocked Lopunny was that Machamp hadn't stopped giving Lopunny the option of being with him. Since Machamp seemed to want to have a family really bad, it seemed like he'd do anything to do it, but it only seemed that way to Lopunny, since she didn't understand that Machamp liked her so much.

When Lopunny and Machamp go to the village, everyone was talking about the mysterious hero and who they thought it was. Torterra told everyone to be silent and said that even though the so called hero was helping other Pokemon, he's not part of any of the organizations and must be apprehended but any officer of any patrol group. Hearing this made Lopunny worry about Manectric, who was in the crowd at the moment. Since Manectric wasn't gonna take it sitting down, he went up to Torterra and said, "Torterra, I am the one who's been saving everyone. If it's considered something wrong here, then I'm willing to be taken away."

Before Torterra even said anything, Lopunny screamed out at Manectric, "Manectric, you don't need to do this! It's not worth it!"

"Lopunny, quiet yourself. Manectric, you are new to this area and we understand that you came from a bad area, but if you want to help out you have to be signed with one of the organizations that takes care of it." Torterra said, slightly annoyed.

Manectric looked up at Torterra and said, "Sir, I understand the need for organization, but if I was put in a squad, I'd but pulled behind. And it doesn't seem like anyone else has had an issue with me helping out."

"But it's causing too much of a distraction. If you do not work with us you will be considered rouge and an enemy to anyone who works in either of the organizations, no matter whether you save them or not." Torterra said.

Manectric was about to say something but Luxray beat him to it, saying, "Torterra weren't you put into power after working on your own without a squad or organization."

"That was before there were any organizations. Don't think that means—" Torterra said, getting cut off.

"It's not different now than before. My grandson has done nothing wrong and if he does it again he'll still be doing nothing wrong. Now live with it and don't worry about it." Luxray said, now walking away.

What Luxray was speaking of was that when Torterra was younger, he used to save people randomly by lurking in shadows and hiding, and when he was found out they decided to make him next in line to become their leader. The only reason Luxray knew is because he used to live in the village but left to raise a family. Since Torterra respected Luxray, he decided there was nothing he could do, and Torterra gave Manectric and honorary pass for the day and night organizations.

Since everything seemed perfectly fine, Lopunny skipped home alone happily. When she got to her home she noticed Marshtomp wasn't there. She looked all over the house and still couldn't find her. Then she ran over to Machamp's place and he wasn't there either. She finally ran to where Manectric and Luxray lived and they were gone too. Lopunny was beyond lost so she went to Torterra and he asked if she checked Flygon, so Lopunny ran to see if Flygon was there.

Luckily, Flygon was in his cave drawing. When Lopunny told Flygon that everyone was missing, Flygon pointed out it was too late at night to try and find them, since where ever they are, they'd be sleeping. Lopunny didn't want to go back home alone, so she stayed in Flygon's cave and slept on the floor by the door so when the sun came up she'd wake up. While Lopunny slept, worried about her friends, Flygon continued to draw until late at night, and he fell asleep after drawing Lopunny sleeping.

When morning came, Lopunny looked around thinking she was at home, and then realized she was in Flygon's cave. Flygon woke up to hearing Lopunny crying. At first he thought he should hug her, but then remembered that'd probably be the worst thing to do. So, trying to level with Lopunny, Flygon hit Lopunny lightly on the head and said, "Lopunny, please don't cry. It makes me feel bad I can't help you without hurting you."

"I know I shouldn't cry…but I keep thinking someone might have done something really bad to my friends…" Lopunny said, sadly.

Because Flygon was fed up with Lopunny being so worried, he grabbed Lopunny's hand and tossed her onto his back. Then, Flygon opened his cave and flew out. They flew around the area, Flygon looking for anything that could help and Lopunny still sulking. When flying over Lopunny's house, Flygon noticed a note on the front of the house and flew down to get it. Lopunny grabbed it and read it.

Flygon asked what it said but Lopunny just started running. Lopunny ran down to the end of a road, normally used for bigger flying Pokemon to leave, and started climbing down the side of it. When she got there, Lopunny saw Machamp, Marshtomp, and Luxray tied up with Seviper and Feraligatr glaring at them. Flygon caught up and knew what was happening right away.

As the letter said, Feraligatr and Seviper kidnapped all of them and were holding them hostage for Lopunny to come so they could get revenge. Feraligatr growled, "You know the deal. Your flying friend back there takes them back up and we get to do what we want to you. Now go along, save your friends and sacrifice yourself for them."

Flygon was going to say something and stop Lopunny from doing it, but Lopunny said, "Flygon, take them back to my place. I don't want any of you to suffer on my behalf, but I do have one question before they go. Why isn't Manectric here?"

As Flygon took the others up, Seviper said, "We couldn't catch him. Seems there is a reason why they call him a hero."

With Lopunny alone with Seviper and Feraligatr, they were able to choose their revenge. At first Seviper wrapped herself around Lopunny and starting to swallow her, but Feraligatr yelled that then he'd get no share. Feraligatr suggested they cook Lopunny, but Seviper found cooked food gross. As the two fought, Lopunny looked down off the edge of the cliff and saw something she wanted to see.

Lopunny Bounced off Feraligatr's head and leapt off the cliff. When they looked down to see her falling, and when Lopunny saw a wave coming up and used Ice Beam on it, and used it like a slide and continued to use Ice Beam to slide over the water until she got close enough to the beach. Seviper blamed Feraligatr, but all Feraligatr wanted to do was shove Seviper off the cliff. When he did, Seviper grabbed Feraligatr's arm and pulled him down too. Since they were too busy fighting, they just slammed into the water and washed up on shore in too much pain to move.

When Lopunny walked back to her house, she saw all of them were freaking out. At first Lopunny wanted to mess with their heads, but instead she just went straight in the door. Out of sudden reaction, Flygon hugged Lopunny happy that she was ok, and then realized it might hurt her. Flygon was going to let go, but Lopunny hugged back and said, "Don't worry; it doesn't hurt to be hugged, silly. Only tickling hurts me."

Since Feraligatr and Seviper were unable to move, they were found quickly and locked up in places they'd never escape from. Machamp ended up getting jealous of Flygon and Lopunny hugging, and Lopunny told him the same thing she said about Tentacruel. Luxray went back home and within months passed away as he planned, since he didn't want to live much longer. Marshtomp was still sad that the hero was never revealed to her, since she wasn't there when Manectric came forward and hadn't left her yard in a long time.

But where's Manectric? He was just here not too long ago. Where Manectric went wouldn't be answered for at least a year, and even then no one would know he was there except for him and his new friend. The answer to where he went though can be found in the past.

Final Pain

Over five years had passed since Manectric was seen. During that time, Lopunny had also disappeared. Many began to believe Lopunny had died out in the wild. Marshtomp had started to go insane, because anytime someone would get near her; she'd think they were Lopunny. Machamp realized there was no chance of hoping Lopunny would return, so he started looking into other female Pokemon to help him deal with the problems. The only ones who believed Lopunny might still be alive were Tentacruel, who had been visiting the beach often, and Flygon, who was even busier than ever drawing for people.

Of course, Lopunny's absence was dealt with well, but was soon forgotten due to the fact that she had been more of a hassle in the past than a productive member of the village. Clearly, some things did go well without Lopunny there. Feraligatr and Seviper passed away while in captivity, and Luxray passed away alone in his home. All else was quite normal, or so they thought, until Manectric returned.

He had first been spotted coming out of the woods, and then in the center of the town, telling everyone to come near and listen to him. When Torterra overheard, Manectric started to explain. "I have seen the future and the past. I have seen the problems you have all gone through, and have one to warn you all about. In the next couple of days, she will—"

Manectric was cut off by Torterra saying, "Manectric, we don't care about some insane story about some epiphany you acquired in the woods. Please just keep your tale to yourself until the problem you speak of comes up."

"I believe we should hear him out!" A voice in the crowd said. Lopunny's father, Weavile, walked up to the others and began to continue. "He's not lying. I didn't think it was true, but I recall meeting him. Please let him speak."

Manectric took that as a sign to continue and said, "As I was saying, Lopunny will return soon." Everyone in the crowd gasped. "But, be careful near her. If you don't keep her happy, things won't turn out in favor of you."

A random Ferret in the crowd asked, "So if we see her, we're supposed to hurt her?"

"I'm afraid that's not what will please her anymore. It seems all these years alone have given her a more sadist view on life. And I wish you all the best of luck with her when she returns. I shall be personally finding somewhere she won't find me." Manectric just then ran off to find the safest place he could thing of.

Now, doom theories are common all over the world, so not many took this message to heart, and no one had the heart to tell Marshtomp about this, since she was already pathetic enough. As for Machamp, he didn't want to believe there was a chance Lopunny was still alive, so he ignored it all like nothing had happened. But Flygon loved the idea that Lopunny had returned. He decided to take all his time up with finding Lopunny. Of course, many were angry he had stop drawing for them, but they understood that he was too excited to stop himself.

Days passed and nothing different had happened, until a tree suddenly fell down in the middle of the woods. Flygon dove down to there and looked around the tree then felt something jump onto his back, "Good to see my old patrolling buddy is still alive. Been busy?"

Flygon didn't move. He remembered what Manectric had said, so Flygon simply replied, "It's been pretty dull without you here. People have been begging for me to draw stuff for them. Feels kinda good to have a friend on my back again."

"I'm guessing Manectric returned already. Stupid Manectric always wanted to be a hero, but he didn't have to badmouth me to do it." Lopunny said, grabbing tighter onto Flygon.

Flygon still stayed still and said, "Well, I'm guessing you have been waiting a while for me to find you. Anything you need help with?"

"Yes, fly over to Marshtomp's house first. I still haven't thanked her and her father for helping me all those years."

Flygon did as he told to not anger Lopunny, when they got there, Marshtomp literally fell to her knees. She was so amazed Lopunny had returned she had become speechless. Lopunny of course wasn't just here to meet an old friend. "Marshtomp, I know you must be in shock I was gone so long, but I don't have good news for you." Lopunny walked up to Marshtomp and hugged her tight. Marshtomp hugged her friend back, when just as that moment she felt three sudden jabs going in and out of her back. "I wish I could say I was sorry, Marshtomp, but I'm not." As Marshtomp continued to hug Lopunny in pain, Lopunny continued to stab Marshtomp in the back and said, "All these years you and your father stopped me from having my fun. Now neither of you can stop me."

Lopunny finished and walked back over to Flygon. Lopunny expected Flygon to be in shock by now, but he seemed call and relaxed. Lopunny looked Flygon in the eye and said, "Strange…why aren't you quivering in fear?"

"You clearly don't recall what I did, do you? I didn't just mess with them, I killed them afterwards. Did it three times. Seeing this is no different than what I'm used to seeing every night in my sleep repeated over and over." Flygon said, looking down.

Lopunny got onto Flygon's back and giggled insanely. "I knew there was a reason I liked you, Flygon. The next target is Machamp. Let's find him before he gets to work."

Once more, Flygon did as told and they caught up to Machamp on his way to work. Machamp tried to avoid them, but he couldn't. "Why so afraid of me, Machamp? Didn't you once tell me you loved me?"

"I did, but I've thought you to be dead for the last couple of years, so I don't want to bring that up right now." Machamp said grimly.

"Darn, I did have a thing for you, but of course, you couldn't be satisfied with me. I'd never have let you had what you want, since you never let me have what I always wanted. I guess I'm gonna have to make you suffer worse." Lopunny said, pulling out a knife and giggling insanely once more.

Lopunny walked up to Machamp and looked him in the eye. While he had his attention, she had cut her hand and rubbed the blood on her lips like lipstick. She wrapped her arms around Machamp and slowly kissed him on the lips. Of course, the taste of blood burned Machamp's lips and he pushed her off. Lopunny smiled and said, "Knowing you, that was your first kiss. Now every time you kiss someone, you'll remember me and how I'd do nothing but bleed, bleed, and bleed."

Lopunny took her bandana off from around her waist and wrapped it around her hand to stop the bleeding. "Can't pass out from blood loss just yet. One last friend to visit. The most important of them all." Lopunny leaped onto Flygon's back and pointed to the beach. Machamp sat there and just stared into space stammering about what had happened. One of his co-workers walked past him and checked if he was ok, but Machamp didn't do anything at all.

When Lopunny told Flygon to land, it was at the beach were Tentacruel was talking to some passers by. When the Pokemon saw Lopunny with the blood still on her mouth, they ran, leaving Tentacruel there alone with Lopunny and Flygon. "So, my best and final friend is no longer alone in this world. Good to see."

Tentacruel happily wrapped a tentacle around Lopunny and squeezed he, saying, "I'm glad to see you're not dead. But where—" Tentacruel was stopped by a stinging in his tentacle.

"How dare you treat me like your doll! Release me or Flygon shall Solar Beam you to dust!" Lopunny yelled, trying to get out of Tentacruel's tentacles. Tentacruel released Lopunny and she continued, "Just because I was foolish enough to let you sting me years ago doesn't mean I will now. I should have you murdered by your own kind for that. But I won't, because you did please me over the years."

"Lopunny, what happened to you? You used to be so sweet and innocent? Now you're just plain heartless and mean!" Tentacruel yelled this not knowing what was sure to happen. Flygon flew over to Tentacruel, picked him up, and tossed him far from the shore.

Lopunny giggled and said, "Seems Flygon knew what I wanted. Too bad it wouldn't work in a relationship, seems like Flygon is the only real man out here. I'll leave you here for dead, Tentacruel. It was nice knowing you."

Having harmed three of the greatest friends she had ever had, Lopunny found her plan to be complete. "Flygon, its time to end this. Find a nice spot for me to let it all end. You can come too if you'd like."

Flygon nodded and flew all the way to a far off island that wasn't often known touched due to the fact almost nothing was growing on it. Lopunny jumped off Flygon and lay down on the island. She pulled a knife out and put if against her throat. "Thank you for letting me say goodbye to them, Flygon. If you don't want to join me in death, you're free to leave now."

As Lopunny was about to slit her own throat, Flygon stopped her. "I'm sorry Lopunny, but I can't let you kill yourself. If the others saw this, they'd say it was predictable and saw it coming. I don't care what you do or want to do from here on out, but death is not a choice. I'll take you anywhere else."

Lopunny sat up and signed. "Darn, you're right. But where can someone who wants to die go?"

((Right here, I WAS going to bring up Pokecharms in some sad attempt to mention it and end this off, but then I remembered a homicidal sadomasochist would be welcomed like a dangerous criminal.))

Flygon pointed off into the distance and said, "There are thousands of other Pokemon we could easily hide with. No one would know who we are, and no one could stop us from interacting with them. All we'd have to do is try to blend in."

Lopunny liked the idea and leaped onto Flygon's back. They two went as far as they could until Flygon got tired, knowing they were much farther from their village than ever, and that no matter what happened in this new place, they knew they'd never been caught for what they did ever again.

The FINAL End
