Name: Kokoro Kobayashi
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Height: 4’6
Occupation: Student

Physical Appearance: Kokoro is a extremely short girl for her age only standing at 4’6”. She has messy short light blonde hair with unkept bangs. She has big chocolate brown eyes. Her face is round almost like a child's, and is seen constantly smiling.

Casual Clothing: Outside of school Kokoro wears a light blue denim overall dress with a short sleeved white shirt underneath. Attached to the right overall strap is a yellow smiley face button. She always wears her favorite pair of white sandals with fake sunflowers on them.

Hero Clothing: Even though Kokoro is not in the Heroic Department, she designed a costume for herself believing that anyone could become a Hero despite their Quirks or if they are Quirkless. The design consists of a puffy light pink dress, white knee high boots, a red cape, and red and white gloves.

Personality: What can be said about Kokoro? She’s a ray of sunshine who just wants to make others happy. Her energetic, positive, can-do personality does get a little out of control at times, but she does mean well. Her study habits are not the best and she often leaves things to the very last-minute.

Quirk: Joy- This Quirk gives anyone around Kokoro individual joy when she starts expressing heavy emotions or on queue. The strengths of this Quirk are it decreases the likelihood that an attacker will try to harm her, it can also act as emotional support for her friends and family, and it doesn't seem threatening. However, the Quirk will be disabled when Kokoro becomes stunned or unconscious.

Backstory:
Kokoro was born and raised in Kyoto for most of her life. When she turned ten, she moved to Musutafu to live with her aunt because of her parents sudden divorce. She often got bullied in middle school due to her Quirk. Her classmates thought that her Quirk was completely useless and that it couldn’t be used to fight against Villains. She didn’t let all the negativity get to her though since she believed that bringing joy to others with her Quirk made her a Hero. Kokoro volunteered at hospitals and orphanages to provide support to children who felt hopeless about their futures. She wanted to enroll in the Heroic Department when she applied for the U.A but her aunt being overly protective, demanded her to enroll in General Education Department instead afraid for her nieces safety. Kokoro listened to her aunt but of course that wouldn’t stop her from fighting any Villains. She somehow managed to pass the exam with flying colors.

Will Kokoro like Sylvia back? I think the two would make the cutest couple, honestly. Plus, when Jack finds a way to finally rid Sylvia of her terrible condition, Sylvia will be just as excitable and happy as Kokoro. And honestly, her quirk and Kokoro's mixed together would be the best combination.

Oh cool, anyways I'm interested to see how this will play out. No homophobia allowed here, just as long as it is neatly tucked away as a subplot and doesn't ruin the main story, unlike SOME anime.
