The timer had begun, and Sylvia and Yasumi were allowed to leave the Hero's waiting room. Her new blood pumped fiercely in her body, allowing her the energy she needed to break out into a grin and sprint toward the building they needed to go to. Of course, her sprinting wasn't that fast, and she still didn't have enough strength to fly; she never did.
She had run fast enough for Yasumi to catch up. Assessing the situation, Sylvia realized it was just like a story. In the story, the current plot was the weapon inside of the building. The villains were protecting it, and while she knew there were no people inside, it was still dangerous to destroy the building outright, both for the heroes and the villains. She had to play this carefully, so she snuck off and stuck herself to a building, staying close to the ground. "Yasumi, it's gonna be dangerous. I wanna catch them off-guard. That way, as little people as possible are hurt and the villains won't be able to do us any harm." Her voice had dropped to a whisper and she was suddenly a completely different person; an actual hero. "We should sneak around to the back of the building. They could be expecting us to pop in at the front. Knowing Nobu, he'd have found a way to block most entrances, since his quirk stretches his body. As for Kibou, I think he's the most dangerous. His luck will be hard to counter, so we'll just have to hope we don't gain his attention, though we should be on our toes for anything we can possibly do just in case he actually does get lucky and avoids my thorns or vines. What do you think, partner?"
Sylvia would've been surprised at herself, but she had dreamed of this moment for seven years, and ever since she was a little kid, she wanted nothing more than to be a hero and impress her brother and sister, to be beside them all her life, and to be someone other people would look up to. When she was attacked, that future had looked bleak for a long time, but now she was finally able to live out her dream again, and despite everything, Sylvia still wanted to be a hero. She just couldn't believe she was actually a part of Class 1-A, when she had originally signed up for Class 1-C.
