I don't exactly have a whole lot of time, but what is going on in the RP right now? I need to make sure that I can throw my character in there.

@Merciless Medic At the moment, the heroes are just in the lounge, waiting to hear back from the Brother of Destruction. I'll be doing that shortly as all my holiday obligations are pretty much done now.

Is the whole world poulated with people from the original universes, or just PCs?

There will be NPCs appearing in locations similar to that of RPs here. Or example, theres a city filled with Superheroes, but also a forest filled with fantasy monsters as well, and even a city from the far future. None are directly from any RP but rather are made to give the apperance of multiple universes slapped together.

Can creation make a bridge, or a road?

Yeah, as long as it's not excessivly long. Shorter bridges to cross a gap is okay, but nothing absurdly long that it will allow for characters to just ignore obstacles.

Yes of course. I will say that it should at least weaken them up a bit, or make it so they can't create or destroy anything huge for a short period, due to their power dampeners.
