I see you're still using black as an outline color, though... Hmm.
Here's my secret to success(Which isn't a secret anymore, and every other experienced spriter, well, some of them, knows too). You know the pallette where you change the colors for shading? Well, instead of making the shading colors, make a dark color of the shades.
I didn't explain that very well. Okay, here. Say I'm shading some bluejeans. I pick out the colors I want to shade with, and then I make a darker color for the outline, so it's not just shaded pants with no outline, but so they HAVE an outline, but it's not as pronounced as black.
