Private/Closed Naruto Orutanatibu (RP)

Takumi looked on in disbelief as their entire plan crumbled right in front of him. He knew this wasn’t gonna be easy, but he’d countered that so easily and with one Jutsu too. He was gonna have to come up with a slightly different plan, though the end goal of Shīnkai grabbing the bell would be the same. He and Junko just needed to somehow create an opening for her.

He decided what he’d need to do right now was get rid of that tower, and he had a perfect counter in mind. He quickly weaved the signs for his Scorch Style Fireball, and spat it straight at the base of the tower Minral-sensei was standing on, in an attempt to cause it to fall over.
Hopefully succeeding, Takumi drew his Kusarigamas and used his Wind Style technique to create a whirlwind with them that would send the shattered rocks of the tower into a spinning frenzy toward Minral.

Her Tantos had the pillar in between, so she quickly used some hand signs to break the pillar with Dancing Tantos. The clone took out her pillar since she gave a shock when she disappeared. She then dropped three clones and decided to run towards the mess, all four ran up, and prepared for a Dancing Tantos, with her Kekkei Genkai active.

"He would make Ryu have trouble, and possibly use his forbidden Jutsu." Junko whispered, "We need a new plan."

"Takumi! Shinkai! We need a new plan," Junko called out, as she got closer, and tried to figure out what Minral was doing.

Ryu had immediately started heading for his house as it seemed Dieve was following behind. He arrived to find a young girl, long black hair and blue eyes behind a frog mask, with a athletic but Feminine figure, wearing ANBU armor. She was the one who froze over the yard.

~Kyoko...~

"Good luck in there!" Kyoko said sticking her head into the maze. She then headed back out ,and looked around carefully. Nobody was near her vicinity. SHe then began walking around to the side of the maze to which she eventually came across several old trees. One of the old trees had fallen. The fallen tree, if you looked closely was pointing towards the maze. Kyoko walked over to the spot where the trunk was leading. She then began releasing some of her bugs in the air. Afterwards she used her tunneling jutsu on the ground revealing a underground tunnel was already there. She hopped down ,and used the bugs above ground to cover the path in dirt once more.

Kyoko quickly made her way to the end of the tunnel to which she casually walked out of. She was now at the end of the maze, completely avoiding the maze entirely. She walked over to the waterfall and sat down to meditate while she waiting for her genin to finish. In the meantime her insects had covered the secret entrance and had now returned to her.

~Hisato...~

As Hisato followed Ryu he looked around ,and wondered what Ryu had in store for them. As soon as they arrived at Ryu's place, Hisato looked around, "Huh... Is this your place? Huh... I gotta admit... I wasn't expecting this... Not bad... Say, what kinda test do you have in mind, Ryu Sensei?" Hisato said. Hisato leaped into the air and went all the way to the ground in a low stance as he began stretching his legs. He clasped his hands together and stretched his arms over his head ,and seeing how far he could stretch them behind his back. After reaching his limit, he relaxed his arms, and stood there casually waiting to see what was next.

“Come on, man,” Sayuri muttered as she caught up to him. “I can’t see, but that’s nothing new. I’ve got some bats scouting the area though, they haven’t found a way out yet, but judging by the way they’re moving, they’re close.” She didn’t elaborate on her usage of her Blood Sensing Jutsu to tell where the bats were. “Running without a plan is a sure way to get us all failed. This is supposed to be a teamwork exercise, after all. Come on.”

In all honesty, it was pretty much just an excuse for Zeren to slow down. It wasn’t an issue with stamina; at this speed Sayuri could keep going almost indefinitely. But being without her chakra echolocation made the girl feel exposed, like she was missing something, or vulnerable to attack. The only way she’d been avoiding the hedges so far was to trail some of the chakra from one of her bats to the center of her forehead, essentially a guide bat instead of a guide dog. Everything else, other than the blood-chakra signatures of Zeren, Nisako, and her bats, was dark. Not even a usual rough sketch of where things were lingered in her mind, as her pulses of chakra left a void in their wake instead of returning. She shook her head at Zeren’s lack of a plan, but continued running, as she would until he decided to stop and see sense.

Zeren remained silent, not that he had a choice. He kept moving until he saw a fork in the road-er-maze. He skidded to a stop, looking at both paths. Shrugging, he took out his katana and spun it. It landed, leaning to the left. Since his voice wasn't even remotely audible, he simply pointed down the path.
Planning isn't his thing. At least, long-term planning isn't. But if little-miss-strategist is going to whine the whole way, then she may as well go ahead. See if she can impress him.
Besides, the idea of seeing live bats kinda excited him.

Minral looked down as his pillar shattered, showing no emotion. As he fell, he held saw the debri start to move wildly. Interesting.
Minral took out his club, swinginging it to smack and block the nearing earth, shattering the stone. The wind kept him airborne, until he grabbed onto a particularly large chuck of his pillar, leaping off of it, over the closing circle of Junko, and out of the rock tornado. He rolled as he landed on the floor, and stood, holding his club over his shoulder. He remained emotionless.
"Better. You'd still get your throat slit in a seconds, but at least it's not one."

It was just a normal day in the maze when two fire mice were scurrying about collecting food to stave off hunger for another day. One of the fire mice made a loud squeak and began running as fast as it could which alerted the second mouse to join in running. A third fire mouse ran around the corner ,but before it could join the others large talons from around the corner wrapped around the mouse's neck and upper torso. It was too late for the small mouse. It began glowing bright orange and firing sparks out in different directions causing the bird to temporarily drop it. The bird attacking it was a paramim. Another one swooped down as soon as the sparks had went away finishing it off. The two fire mice ran around the corner and saw humans(Team 2 ninjas). One of the mice began glowing orange ,but before it could make sparks it decided to turn tail and run. The two mice ran off into the darkness up ahead. The orange mouse slowly changed back into its original color and faded into the darkness as they ran off.

Around the corner the paramims had finished eating the third mouse ,and the bones were the only thing left. The paramims heard footsteps. One of the birds looked to see if the footsteps belonged to humans. After seeing them walking around in the maze it flew back over to its friend in excitement as it hid around the corner. They hid behind the corner awaiting the people to walk closer.

The paramims hid in the shadows and in an instance. A blood curdling man's voice could be heard around the corner as one of the birds mimicked a scared man's voice, "Help please! I'm dying! I need heeelp! Is there a medical ninja?! Please! Anybody!! Help me! Pleeeaase!" A loud voice could be heard. The two paramims flew further down a hallway which lead into a full circle.

Zeren flinched at the sound of someone calling for help. Once again, he dashed off without warning, not that he could give any.
As he went, he wondered why someone was here, and what happened to them. Kyoko said that there weren't any dangerous things here, after all. Was she lying, or was there an unexpected threat here?
Very suspicious, but Zeren pushed them out of his mind. Someone was hurt!
The ninja skidded to a stop once he made it to where he was sure the voice was, finding...nothing. Just more paths.
Irritated, and a little worried, Zeren looked around, still searching for the voice's origin. He was tempted to take off his cloth and call out, but decided to perish the thought. He'd have to deal with it, and kill two birds with one stone.
He realized that the girls would probably be mad at him ditching them again, but didn't really care.
What could they do, anyway. Lecture me? Like I haven't dealt with many hour long ones before. he thought, grinning sardonically.

Sayuri grumbled a halfhearted curse under her breath as Zeren took off again, changing direction as if on a whim. Yes, she had heard the voice, but her bats hadn’t picked up on anyone else in the maze, and if she trusted anyone, it was the bats.

“There’s nothing there,” she called, not that Zeren would listen to her based off prior experiences. “I know it sounds like someone’s dying, but there isn’t anyone there. I would’ve sensed their blood, and my bats don’t see anything either. Let’s keep moving.”

Leathery wings batted lightly against her cheek. Sayuri held up her wrist for the bat to land on as it relayed its information through sonic squeaks. “Take a left here, then a right at the next fork,” she thought aloud, trying to illustrate it with her hands so the temporarily-deaf Nisako could follow her train of speech. “We’re a ways away from the exit, but your instincts weren’t totally off.” She gave the bat a boost as it flapped back into the air. “Let’s go.” She waited, obviously expecting Zeren to lead the way. She was a lone wolf, a strategist, maybe, but not a leader.

Zeren sighed, relenting.
Fine, but if a dead body ends up being uncovered here, you're my first suspect.
He gave one last look around, motioned to Cloud Girl that they were moving, and continued, running down the path Blind Girl spoke of. His hand was hanging over his sheathed katana's handle, in case an danger approached.
To be honest, he was kinda hoping for it.

A tangle of fingers weaving hand-seals followed a deep inhalation from the rainbow-haired girl. She had originally wanted to get closer to their sensei, where her camouflage jutsu could allow a sneak attack but she wasn't confident in weaving through the attacks her teammates had launched. Quickly switching focuses, she decided to play support to her two offensive teammates.

Emptying her lungs, Shīnkai blanketed Minral's surroundings in a thick cloud of sticky, darkness with her Ink-Cloud technique. That would make running around a bit harder for the Jonin and maybe Junko would be able to get a few hits in.

Taking the directions Blind Girl gave, Zeren was sure they were nearing the exit.
Just another right...
"Hello? Anyone there?" a voice called out.
To the left it is, then.
Zeren changed direction, following the call until he found two people in the maze, a man and woman. They looked really beat up for some reason, and very ragged.
Zeren sighed in relief. Both from the fact that he found other people here, and how he won't look stupid following a voice and finding nothing again.
Still...
"What are you doing here?" he asked right off the bat, greeting be damned.
The people looked at him, relieved. The man spoke "Oh thank goodness, someone else! We've seemed to have wandered into this maze of sorts, and now we're kinda lost.
The woman nodded, facing Zeren with pleading eyes "Tell us, do you know a way out?"
Zeren crossed his arms, still a little suspicious. But, he didn't want to leave these guy, especially if they're just innocent people.
With a sigh, he decided to comply with his conscience.
"Well, I don't but..." he paused. Zeren looked behind himself to see if the others followed with a quizzical expression, silently asking what they thought.

Ryu looked at his Students, and then gave out a call to his students. A black haired girl wearing a salamander mask and ANBU armor appeared next to him. She gave him a quick hug then gave a look at Ryu, he looked back then at the students.

"You have five minutes to hide, and then we will find you, your second test starts now!" Ryu called out.

Junko's Kekkei Genkai activated, allowing her to track Minral by his Chakra signature, which would allow her to be more likely to hit him. She then threw a kunai at the ground. It landed in front of Minral, she then ran to do the same thing on three other spots around him.

@Pinch @kyuukestu @Gamingfan

Hisato was slightly confused when the anbu kunoichi hugged their sensei, "I'm guessing they are friends? I dunno..." Hisato thought to himself. It didn't take Ryu long to tell them to hide, "Errr... what? Like hide and go seek? A little strange to play games ,but alright?" Hisato said. "Last one to get a good hiding place is a rotten potato!" Hisato said leaping into a backflip. He turned and ran, nearly tripping over. He ran up a tree ,and began leaping from the branches. Caaaatch meeee if you can! Reach but never catch!" Hisato said. Hisato made four wind style clones. One hide in a tree ,and covered himself in leaves.

His first clone sat there chuckling to himself at the thought of how clever he was.

His second clone his in an empty trashcan. He was rather contempt until an old lady unknowingly poured trash on his head. His second clone every so often peeped his head outta the trash can.

His third clone thought he was so sneaky disguised as an old man sitting in the park. He even had popcorn to feed the birds. He continued to look around for Ryu and would surely make a run for it if he saw him.

The fourth clone was under a restuarant table sneaking food off the table ,but also keeping an eye out for Ryu sensei.

The real Hisato was disguised as a rock underneath the bench the old man(clone) was sitting on. Hisato wanted to jump out and catch some of the popcorn, but denied the urge to. To make matters worse the third clone farted ,and was laughing at real Hisato's situation. Hisato said nothing ,and simply endured the pain in silence.

“What the—“ Sayuri skidded to a halt as Zeren’s blood-chakra signature suddenly changed direction. She muttered a curse before following him. Gradually, she became aware of an unknown blood feel. No, two. Two outsiders in their training maze? Was it part of the test?

Suddenly she realized Zeren was looking at her expectantly. At least, she thought so... without her echolocation pulses, she had to rely on her Blood Sensing Jutsu, which wasn’t nearly as accurate. “What?” she asked in exasperation. She rolled her eyes under their coverings. “Fine, we’ll lead them out.” More people for you to hurt, the voice in her head said. She grit her teeth, turning abruptly. “Let’s get out of here. Just a few more turns and we’ll be at the exit.”

Despite himself, Zeren gave a genuine smile as Sayuri complied. He looked over at the new arrivals comfortingly.
He gave a nod, communicating that they're going to move, and he took off, going back on their original track before he had gone off course.
They ended up at the maze exit faster than he expected. Zeren saw his sensei meditating in a waterfall. As did the new people, who stiffened up before slowly making their way out without so much as a good-bye.
Zeren took off his cloth, finding no need to wear it after exiting the maze.
"Hey Kaor-" before he could continue, the man grabbed his shirt, proceeding to slam him to the maze wall, and placed a katana blade dangerously close to his neck. Upon closer inspection, he could see and smell dried blood on it. Glancing to the side, Zeren saw the woman do the same to Sayuri and Nisako, lining the squad up on the wall, held still by the threat of decapitation. They looked at Kaori expectantly. He heard the man cursing their luck.
"Oh?" was all Zeren could say.

Minral looked around, unable to see but clearly hearing the kunai's being shot around him. He was unsure of their idea, but decided to wait it out. They were starting to actually work together, and he was intrigued by their plan.

“Crap,” was all Sayuri could say as she felt the cool steel of the kunai against her throat. She hadn’t seen the point of taking off her cloth, seeing as she couldn’t see anyways, but her echolocating chakra pulses were working again. With them she could “see” the two people the genin had “rescued” from the maze. Bats fluttered in the faces of their assailants, but were struck down without much effort on the enemy’s part.

Sayuri’s teeth ground together in indecision and frustration. She couldn’t fight if she wasn’t bleeding, and she couldn’t directly attack the opponents’ bloodstreams if she hadn’t touched their blood. Besides, there was always the ever-prevalent chance that she could go out of control and end up killing her teammates. Her internal struggles were not visible, however, except in the tilt of her mouth. Slowly maneuvering her hands behind her, she attempted to slice her finger open on the tip of a kunai.

The man continued to curse their luck, muttering some other things, with a few curses that would make his dad show some actual emotion. However, their current placement was the bigger worry for him. Looking towards his side, he saw Sayuri moving her hands for some reason. The female assaulter began turning towards her.
"So..what's this all about?" he asked casually. The two assaulters looked at him, surprised.
The man spat. "None of your business."
Zeren continued speaking, stubbornly refusing to show any fear. "Those are your blades over my neck. My life is my business, as far as I'm concerned."
The woman spoke up this time. "Just shut it kid, unless you want to get decapitated."
Zeren only grinned. "If you wanted to kill us, you'd have done it by now. Which essentially makes this a dumb plan. If you kill us, whatever this plan is has been thwarted, so what's stopping me from slapping that blade away?"
Now thoroughly irritated, they glared at him while the man pushed his blade a little further.
" This katana. Even if we kill you, we have your friends. So quiet."
Zeren winced a little as it slightly cut into his neck. He risked a small comment.
"Not friends."
He remained stoic, although inside he was expectant, wanting to look over at Sayuri but refusing to reveal whatever plan she had.
Okay, now they're focused on me. Do something useful, please.
