Appearance: Sokaze has short, tousled brown hair and piercing sky blue eyes. Has a fairly pale complexion, and stands at around 5'8. He can normally be seen in a light blue hoodie and a grey t-shirt, as well as a pair of grey shorts.
Personality: Soka tends to keep a fairly calm outlook on most things. It'll take a lot to get him riled up, and he rarely loses his sense of humor in most situations. Though he isn't normally the kind of person to engage a conversation, he doesn't mind talking, and will often throw friendly insults and jabs around
When he needs to be, he can be dangerously protective of people he's grown to like, although he's made a personal rule against forming that sort of connection with someone. He has confidence teetering on the edge of cockiness, and although it can sometimes get the better of him, he tries to make an effort to avoid it when he can. Of course, he can still be immature, and happily accepts practically any sort of mischief someone suggests. At heart, he is mischievous. and enjoys winding up the people he doesn't like or those that are acting too serious.

You can cut down on hand seals just by getting familiar with the jutsu. E.g. You can cut down 40+ seals to 1 just with tons of practice.

Lel, ninjutsu is basically chakra control.
Think of it more like learning to fine-tune your magic control.
Hand seals have the same function as incantations, so they help you focus. When you have the required level of control or familiarity with a skill, you can shorten the incantations or omit them completely.

But that Kekkei Genkai is pretty interesting, allows you to spam jutsus without the delay of hand signs

I was thinking more in the situation of having your hands bound or to fake-out with one seal then pull out something totally different. But yeah, I guess that's true, then the only limit is your chakra

Heh the Byakugan can directly read your chakra before you even use the jutsu though, but no one has it rip.

It's probably cause his name doesn't follow the Hozuki naming standard of always ending in getsu.
