Maskerin looked to Milo. "Calm down I am just as scared as you are but look, JC's home is just up ahead so let's go" she said grabbing his hand and pulled him quickly along before entering the gate of JC's house. Lavi followed Maskerin quickly with Pheonix before catching up with her inside. "Lavi, use Light screen to put a barrier" she told her. "Delphox!" She said using Light screen to put a barrier around the whole house. "We're safe now but once we do leave we probably will encounter them at night time" she told him looking around for Shadow and JC. Lavi let go of Pheonix's paw before pulling out her fan again and placed her stick back into her fur. She fanned herself before looking to Pheonix. "You alright there handsome fox?" she asked in a serious way to not let him think she was flirting with him.

She chuckled. "Calm down Siegfried, it's just a name I call myself when I do my true job since I only attack in the shadows never in the spotlight but the name Shademaster suits you" she said giving a gentle smile. "Thanks for answering my question? I wanted to at least let you have a break before you had to work again" she added as she just coughed suddenly but it was light as she sat close to him for protection reasons.

"Oop-" Milo choke slightly at the sudden tug from Maskerin, forcing him forward and nearly tripping himself. Luckily he was able to catch himself and stand, panting as the gate closes behind them with light screen activated. "Whew, wouldn't want to go through that again," he sighed, "though it seems like we don't have a choice. You should probably stay here for the night Maskerin, if JC will allow it. The guy was following you after all." He pointed out. "I'll worry about that later," he placed his fan away, "let's go find JC, I had wanted to give her a gift too." He said.

Phoenix panted only slightly, though it's more from the adrenaline than anything else. "I'm fine, what about you Milady?" He asks.

Maskerin looked to Milo. "I wish I could do that Milo, but I must get home, there is a sick Pokemon I am taking care of and I can't leave her unattended, not in the condition she is in" she told him as she went in front of Milo to lead the way to JC's room but had bumped into someone as she looked up. "Oh sorry-Shadow, oh it's just you where is JC?" She asked him. "Oh hey Maskerin, she is in- wait Milo is that really you?" He asked recognizing those emerald green eyes as he was wearing his reds at the moment with his sword at the side.

Lavi looked to Pheonix. "Don't worry I am alright young fox, I'm unharmed since we weren't attacked by anyone but are you alright there? You seem to be out of breath" she asked him fanning herself.

Milo chuckled, sleeves tucked in to the other as he waved at the samurai. "Surprise surprise, long time no see eh? Miss me much?" He laughed embracing Shadow affectionately. Letting go, he looked him up and down, adjusting to the changes that had taken place. "Man, you've grown a lot, look, you even got muscles." He patted Shadow's shoulders, which had widen with manhood. "Always has been the strongest out of us, still is I see. My father had told me you're teaching students? God, how things change." He chuckled. "You guys gotta help me catch up, thing certainly adjusted way differently than it did before." He said. "How's JC by the way? Is she still sick?" He tilted his head, "I heard she became a geisha, fits her well enough." He commented.

Phoenix laughed dryly, shaking his head. "Perhaps, I haven't been training much when it comes to stamina, or it's just natural pokemon instinct to pant when worried." He said. "And we gotta deal with the guy again when we leave." He reminded her.

Shadow chuckled. "Yes I have gotten a bit muscular for the past 6 years" he said patting Milo's shoulders. "Also yes JC is still sick, she has been ever since she was born and even if she is a pureblood, even that can't cure it...our mother has the same illness and it will take her eventually but I hope it doesn't but anyway, what have you been doing for so long" he asked. "Never called" he joked.

Lavi patted the Delphox's back gently. "You want some water or are you just too afraid to drink because your a fire/Psychic type" she said as her face was close to his to look at him. "You should sit down" Lavi said gently pulling him down to sit as she sat down next to him.

"Oh I'm sorry, totally not like I don't have a messenger pokemon." Milo laughed, "Nor a messenger either, apparently China and Korea don't go anywhere outside their own country." He explained, "But in my defense, you didn't send me any letters either!" He pointed out, playfully hitting Shadow on the chest with a fist bump. "I got something for you from China, here," he reached into his kimono and retrieved a dagger engraved with Chinese characters. The golden weapon gleamed with its own light, truly, it'll be quite the artifact in the future. But as he was about to hand the dagger for Shadow to see and perhaps explain what it was, a jade necklace slipped from the handle. It had hooked on by accident and Milo was reminded of its presence. "Oh! Maskerin! How could I have forgot, here, this is for you." He picked up the necklace and dusted it, cleaning it off any debris that had got on. He held up the necklace for a show, letting Maskerin observe the beautiful image carved on to the sacred mineral before swooping it over her head and onto her neck, letting the cool surface of the jewel rest on her fine features. "Hm, I knew it, it suits you well." He complimented, fixing her hair so that it frames her face and further define the glow of the jade. "Perfect," he told her. "What do you think Shadow? You think green goes well with her hair? Or eyes? I certainly thinks so. Oh, and I got your sister one don't worry." He added quickly,laughing as he handed the dagger to Shadow, "Check out your gift too, you'll probably like it. Add it to your collection I guess,"

Phoenix shook his head, refusing to sit. "No need, I'd be fine on my own from here, I do have to meet with my master's old friends, I certainly will like to meet their current team." He said, walking over to the others.

Maskerin felt the Jade pendent fall around her neck which Milo placed around her neck feeling him fix her hair a bit "Milo...it's beautiful...you didn't have to friend but thank you" she said giving a shy smile as her cheeks flushed a bit but had looked to Shadow. "Well...her eyes definitely even if one of her eyes are Ruby red due to her half demon blood but either way it suits both her hair and eyes" Shadow answered running his hand through her hair before letting it go. "Also, thanks for the dagger gift Milo, I love the design on it" he said giving a gentle smile. Maskerin blushed to Shadow's comment before giving a gentle smile. "Thank you Shadow," she said. "Your welcome, I am just being a gentlemen" he said giving a smile. "Well Milo, you never told me where you were or going so how was I suppose to sent you letters" he said. "Or were we not important" he joked.

Lavi looked to Pheonix before seeing a familiar Jolteon approach them both. "Well if you want to meet new teammates, here's a lady you can introduce yourself to, this is Sparkx the Jolteon, also Shadow's bond partner" she said looking to the Delphox. Sparkx bowed her head before speaking. "Greetings young Delphox" she said giving a smile.

Milo gasp and melodramatically placed a hand of his chest as if having a heart attack. "You guys? Not important? Never!" He exclaimed, "I've never got to tell you guys, I didn't even get to say goodbye to be fair. I do hope my mother told you guys told, I would hate it if you guys thought I've ditched you all." He explained. "Welp, let's not stay out in the cold, let's go meet JC."

Phoenix bowed politely, tipping his head over to look at the Jolteon. "Greetings, you're Shadow's pokemon perhaps? Or JC's?" He asks, "Wouldn't matter, we'll be seeing more of each other after today."

" Oh, I dont need a break. The great Shademaster heeds no breaks in the time of fighting crime! " He said jokingly, striking a heroic pose. ..then he broke into laughter. " Ooh man, that was such a mistake to do, even as a joke! " He laughed, and sat back down. Ricky had facepalmed from this, but couldnt help chuckling even just a little bit. Then, the both of them got quiet, and listened. " Hey, JC.. do you had any guests planned? Because I can just barely hear your brother chatting with someone by the door.. " He said, putting a hand to his ear and listening to the sound of talking in the distance.

Lavi chuckled. "I just said that was Shadow's partner Pheonix, is your fox head in the clouds or do I have to do something to snap you at of it" she joked giving a chuckled. "Actually no I won't something like that much too lady like unless I am protecting Maskerin from danger" she added chuckling as she followed Maskerin down the hall. "Yes she is a Geisha and she must remain lady like to dress like it" Shadow said following Maskerin down the hall.

She chuckled hearing the joke. "Very funny Siegfried, never knew you had that in you" she joked before responding to his questions. "No not that I know of unless that's Shadow and Maskerin" she said seeing Shadow come into the room along with Maskerin but she brang a friend with her as she instantly knew who it was once she recognized those emerald green eyes. "Wait hold on, Milo is that really you? All grown up like that" she said standing up as Blue instantly recognized the boy being Milo as she smiled at him.

Siegfried quickly threw down a smoke bomb when he saw the strangers come into his room, and got changed while the smoke was still active. Quickly he removed his ninja outfit and put on his other outfit resembling that of a jiangshi's, the one he wore earlier. When the smoke cleared, he was sat next to JC, back in his old clothes. Then, he looked to the strangers, and back to JC. " Hey, you know these people? Because I don't. Well, one of them. I reckon that's the girl from the bakery, but I don't know 'bout the guy next to her. "

Milo smiled and made a jazz hand as he saw JC. "Haha, that's all you guys ever say to me after we all meet again. Yes, it's me, who else here in Kyoto have pure green eyes?" He tapped his chin, "I could name a few but none of them are ideally green, blueish green but never just 'green'." He chuckled, "I swear to god it'll become my main trademark. You all recognized me by the eyes," he pointed out. "And you've grown more beautiful JC!" Look at you, all lady like, too bad, that means no more climbing trees and jumping off high places." He whined, "And who's this you have here? A friend? Hello there!" He waved at Siegfried, "Nice to meet you, this is the first time we've most definitely, I haven't been in Kyoto for the past few years." He told him. "Oh, and here you go JC, got you a jade bracelet from China, it's really popular there and I'd thought it'll suit you." He handed her a smooth ring like bracelet. It wasn't flashy nor was it the prettiest, but it's simplicity was probably what made it so unique. "Be careful with it, I heard it breaks easily." He warned. He noticed Blue and gasp at the umbreon. "Woah! Is this Blue? She evolved into an umbreon huh? Suits her, she had always been calm and calculating. Ack, you guys are making me feel old at this point." He threw his hands up in a surrendering pose, "Spare my youth, I beg you." He laughed.

She accepted the gift from Milo as she chuckled. "Thank you for the gift Milo, that is sweet of you and yes she did evolve into Umbreon, she has more of a calm personality so an Umbreon suited her best unlike her sister Sparkx who is a bit hot-headed at times" she chuckled looking to Sparkx sighing. "Jolt...("Can't deny that")" Sparkx said giving a smile. "Thank you Milo for the compliment and yes it will prove difficult to jump on trees nowadays but this is Kyoto so I must dress and act the part of a Geisha and my is that
Pheonix, look how well you have evolved, into a handsome Delphox for that matter"she added looking to him with a gentle smile. "Oh and Siegfried, this is Milo one of my very close friends and Milo this is Seigfried a very good friend I met and technically my bodyguard when Shadow is not around" she added as she sat down on Siegfried's futon.

Siegfried nodded to what JC said, and bowed to Milo as a greeting. He put his hands together, hiding them in his sleeves, and looked at Milo with his pitch-black eyes, where there was no pupil or iris present. " It is nice to meet you, Milo. I am Siegfried. And I suppose that Delphox is your pokemon? " He questioned, then looked around. " Well, if everyone will have their partner pokemon out, I suppose I may throw mine out aswell. " He said, grabbing a duskball from his pokeball belt. He pressed the button on the middle of it, and a dark-purple portal was opened from the pokeball, a Weavile hopping out from it. The portal closed up again, moving back into the dusk ball, as the pokeball closed up again. " Milo, this is Blade. Blade, this is Milo. " He briefly stated. The weavile nodded as a greeting to Milo, then crossed its arms, as Siegfried put the dusk ball back into its holster and put his hands together again, hiding them back in his sleeves.

"Ooooooo, you got yourself a bodyguard now? Impressive! Sorry Siegfried, would've gotten you a little something when I was still in Korea, sadly I wasn't aware of your presence while I was gone." He apologized, "Maybe next time?" He laughed. "And yeah, this Phoenix, my pokemon." He introduced. Phoenix nodded his head at Siegfried then did the same to JC when she had complimented him. "And wow! A weavile! I have never seen one before. With those claws, I guess no handshake right?" He chirped. Latching Kiki off his shoulder, the little kerychain levitated in front of everyone. "This is Kiki, my partner. Kiki, say hide to JC and Shadow, you haven't seen them in a long time." He said. Kiki shrilled and bowed, his gesture of saying hello. He flipped a little and gave JC and big fat hug, though his little hands can't reach all the way across her waist so that was a problem, but it was a hug nonetheless. "Aw, Kiki getting all cozy with JC." Milo laughed. "It's nice to see you all again, we all use to hang out near the river right? Or the forest? Or is it both?" He tapped his chin then shook his head, "Nevermind, we're all adults now, guess that minimize our hang out days." He pouted, "Unfortunately."

She chuckled as she felt Kiki around her before she gently grabbed the Klefki and held him by his head before pressing it against her cheek. "Aw Kiki, I missed you too" she smiled gently before letting the Klefki go patting his head. "Yes it is Milo, we have a lot to catch up on as friends and I love to show you around Kyoto sometime but I am already guessing that Maskerin is doing that part for me" she said looking her seeing her smile. "I planned on it JC but you can help out with the tour" she said. "I would be glad to Maskerin and don't forget Milo I also have a Pokemon named Blade which is my Absol here" she said before seeing her whole team pounce on him causing him to fall on the ground. "Omg easy girls, I know you missed him that much but be careful" she laughed. "Sorry about that Milo, are you alright in there?" She said walking out of the room a bit to look at his face. "Even Blade joined it so that means she trusts you completely" she added reminding him. "Also, yes he makes a well good bodyguard or great I should say" she added.

Lavi stepped back a bit but tripped on something causing her lean against Phoenix's chest. She looked up to him with her light blue eyes. "Oh my apologies Pheonix, I was only trying to step back due to the hug pile" Lavi said fanning herself but blushed slightly as she shifted her eyes away from his quickly.

"Oomph!" Milo choked back a cough as he was knocked over with the force of the entire team, causing him to land heavily on the ground, knocking the breath out of him. "Haha...you guys really didn't take it easy on me huh...Ow, my back isn't made for this." He wheezes, chuckling as he petted Blade's head. "I'm fine JC, it's really cozy down here hee hee," he gave her a thumbs up from the ground. "Blade joined in too, I'm flattered." Milo fanned himself proudly, "I should be impress with myself, it's not everyday where an absol finds you trustworthy and is willing to jump on you."

Phoenix quickly leaned back to reduce the impact of Lavi's fall, careful not to fall along with her. He held her tightly, slowly letting his weight shift and stand, holding her up. "It's alright Milady, mistakes happens here and there, it's nothing to be ashame of." He assured her, "I've made my fair share of them, so I'm confident about the words I say." He told her.

She chuckled. "Alright girls get off him, let him breathe," she told the girls as they got off him quickly but Blue leaped on his chest looking down at him as her tail wagged back and forth giving a smile. "Umbre!" she said nudging his face. "Aw Blue, that's sweet are you really fond of Milo? Guess you missed him too much that you won't be away from him for a while but at night time you can't go with him understand unless I order you to" she told the shiny Umbreon. "Umbre!("I understand JC really I just missed Milo so much") she said before looking back to Milo licking his cheek. "Yes that is understandable since Absol tend to be distant with a lot of people but I trained Blade well so I taught her not every person is bad and if you see one that you can fully trust then show as much affection as you can, right Blade?" she asked looking to the Absol. "Sol!" she said giving a smile as she walked up to Milo at the side looking down at him before nudging him as she used her nose to lift his hand up to touch her head.

Lavi looked to Pheonix again after controlling her blushes before speaking again. "Your quite the gentlemen Pheonix, you were trained well that I can understand," she said giving a gentle smile to the fox Pokemon. "I hope to see you at the festival, I really like to show you around that you have missed since you were a Fennekin at the time before you left for a long time," she said. "I will perform with Maskerin so you can see how elegant she is at performing" she added as she didn't seem to realize that her paw was holding on to his arm.

" Ah, we're introducing teams now? Oh, that's alright. I suppose my team won't mind meeting a new person. ..well, except maybe Gold. He's a bit.. paranoid when it comes to strangers and his ...possessions. " He explained, taking out four dusk balls. He cast each of his members out; Zorro the shiny Zoroark, Gold the shiny Sableye, Venom the Crobat and Leo the Kecleon. " People, meet Milo, a friend of JC and Maskerin. " He explained. The group bowed to Milo as a greeting, but behind Siegfried his sixth pokemon walked up, examining Milo. It was a Slowking with some wise glasses on. It adjusted its glasses as it simply waved to Milo. " Sloowwkiii- Nah, I'm just kidding. I'm Ricky, the Slowking. And you should probably know the names of these folk. This is Zorro, over there is Gold, that's Leo and this quad-winged bat here is Venom. You can recognize who the main pokemon are by our items. " The slowking said, pointing out the assault vest on Blade, the Coin Amulet and Gold and his own Wise Glasses.

"Why thank you, now I can bre- Ack pft-" Milo choked as he was suddenly pin down again. He was a bit exasperated but it amuses him, so he didn't complain. "Haha, man, I'm really popular today huh?" He laughed, tilting his head a bit as Blue licked him continously. "Ooooo, and Blade is really affectionate today too, man, I'm honored to be pamper by your pokemons JC." He told her, petting Blade's head as she hosted his arm up. "Ooooooooh, more pokemons for me to meer, hello!" Milo greeted, awkwardly waving at the group while looking at them somewhat upside down, as his head was still on the ground and he couldn't exactly move it due to not wanting to accidently head butt Blue's face. "And a talking pokemon too! We don't see that everyd- wait a minute, A TALKING POKEMON?!" He exclaimed, nearly propping himself up but remained still. "What the heck, JC, you have some really interesting friend here. He even have a talking pokemon!" He threw his arm up to further dramatic the sight. "I'm speechless! Impressive! Truly, all of you!"

Phoenix nodded, not pushing the compliment, only took it politely and clasp her hands, which apparently was on his. "I would love to be guided by a lady such aa thee, when the festival is to come, I hope to see you there as well. I'm afraid I have miss out a lot of festival experience, I was quite a coward towards fireworks when I was little so I have never been fond of them." He explained, "Perhaps time has changed that and I'll be able to handle it at least for the night."

" Really, it's not that astounding. " Ricky laughed, embarrassed about Milo being so amazed by the Slowking talking in the English Language. " We Slowking are pretty smart on our own. We just never feel the need to really learn the english language since we just live on our own to study on. But, I had actually gotten help from Siegfried here when the poison the Shellder on my head gave me was getting too much. That, and I had some rather.. rowdy Shiftry after me. Since I am both a Psychic- and a Water type, I couldn't really do anything asides run. When I got cornered, Siegfried and Blade hopped in. Yes, even Siegfried was fighting the Shiftry, with those claw gauntlets he has. " The slowking pointed to the gauntlets on Siegfried's belt, which had five long, sharp blades on each finger. " Really, I'm suprised he even wanted me in his team at first. His team is entirely based around stealth, you see. But, then I learned that.. " Ricky said, walking behind the gang. " ...that no band of grand-master thieves is complete without a smart navigator! " Siegfried finished the sentence, and all seven of them struck a pose. Well, except for Ricky, as he just sort of stood there with his arms crossed. They all shouted out in unison their slogan, of course each in their own language: ' Moving beneath the cover of darkness, not one treasury is safe from the NIGHTSTALKER THIEVES! ' They all shouted in unison, then just begun laughing like a bunch of kids, at how amazingly stupid their name and slogan sounds. Siegfried got out of his pose first, and walked up a bit to Milo. " But really, there's not one thieving band better than us! Gold, show em what I mean! " He said, shouting over to the shiny Sableye. The Sableye nodded reluctantly, and held open the large leather sack it was carrying. Loads of valuables, from jewels, to coins, to strangely some swords and armour, were all stored within the sack. Gold quickly closed the bag again and protectively stood infront of it. Siegfried giggled slightly and cast Gold, along with his loot sack, back into his designated Dusk Ball. " Sorry, he's a bit of an overprotective kleptomaniac, that Gold. " He said, still laughing a small bit.

As the team struck the pose and shouted their slogan, Milo was merely background noise, clapping to their magnificence. It was a funny sight surely, him on the ground and clapping for a team that he had known for about 5 minutes, and they're thieves nonetheless! "Wow, I'm getting my self involved with a band of criminals, what's next, me joining the city's mafia?" he laughed, petting Blue. "And that's a lot of money! Probably can rival my dad's stash of them!" he exclaimed, "Oop- I shouldn't say that, what if you guys were to rob me now?" he laughed, rubbing his neck. "My dad certainly will be angry> But just amazing! You guys have no shame in admitting to strangers you're thieves huh, what happens if I were to tell on you guys? Weren't you be worried?" he chuckled, "But I won't, you guys amuse me, I think that is reasonable enough for my case." he said.

She looked down at Milo. "I recommend you don't tell anyone Milo, it would only put my life and Siegfried's life in danger. You don't want my life in danger do u and that would be very problematic in my case and Siegfried's she advised. Blue got off Milo so he could get up as Blade followed both standing beside JC. She glanced her eyes to Siegfried a bit worried but had that sign of trust with Milo but would remain cautious nodding to him. She gave a chuckle afterwards to Siegfried's pose. "Your a funny guy Siegfried you should do it more often or not" she laughed as she coughed suddenly again. Shadow took a note of her reaction ready to help her if things got bad with her health.

"Oh pshaw, who do you take me as," Milo laughed, slapping the air as he got up, "I would never tell if it meant you getting in danger, the secret will die with me, I promise." he vowed, "I'll never speak another word about it, swear it on my father's name," he said, getting up and dusting himself. "Aight, no more cutesy pokemons jumping on me no longer huh, good." he grinned at Shadow, "Luckily I gave you the dagger before I stab myself with that double fall." he joked, "Would've been dead in seconds, half furie blood don't work well with metal objects." he teased lightly. He stretched his back a bit, to relieve it of the ache that it experienced from the fall. "I should get going soon, Maskerin wanted to show me her house, and I should not stay long outside, my dad will get worried," he told them.

" Well, the reason why I told you is simple. " Siegfried said, casting all his pokemon back into their respective dusk balls and hanging the dusk balls back into their holsters on his belt. " You don't look like much. Should you spill our secret of being thieves, it is by the code of honor to get revenge, then create a new identity. And now, we wouldn't want things to come to that, now would we? " He said eeriely, then chuckled a bit. " Ah, don't be intimidated by little ol' me. Pah, as if that's even possible. A 14-year old intimidating an adult, pfft. " He said, laughing a small bit. " ..but really, don't give out our secrets. Or we may just take you up on that offer to come for your fathers' riches, eh? " He joked, adding a sarcastic tone.

Milo shivered slightly at the warning and laughed nervously, giving a thumbs up. "Haha, don't look like much eh? If you think that you are....right." he said, drooping, "I've been a wimp all my life, wouldn't be changing that whether I'd like it or not, and I'm the kind of guy that gets intimidated by a pup," he gestured towards Pheonix, "hence you can probably see how I've met that guy." he told him, "And how that turned out." Placing a hand on his hip, he flipped a hair out of his head, "So it's very much possible a 14-year-old can scare me, heck, a toddler can do that no problem." he said, "They just need the right equipment or moment to do so, they can threaten me with tanghulu if they've liked, the screwers are most definitely scary." he said, "Like, how is it not? People's eyes can be stabbed out by those things!" he exclaimed, "Even though that had never happened before in Japanese history but...I do not want to be the first." he insisted. The male didn't seem bothered by admitting all his fears, even telling them things that are normally shameful to older adults. It's whether he really actually just doesn't mind, or he just doesn't have a sense of dignity. Or both.

Maskerin smiled before speaking. "Yes Milo is right we should get going, it was nice to meet Siegfried let's go Milo, bye Shadow and JC" she said before pulling the boy along. "See you at the festival JC!" She called out waving her hand up in the air.

Lavi looked to Pheonix. "Well shall we Pheonix?" She said letting go of his arm walking ahead of him while fanning herself. "Are you just going to stand there and leave this lady alone or are you coming Prince" she said nicknaming him.

JC saw Maskerin leave while pulling Milo along as she just gave a chuckle as she suddenly coughed again but acted like nothing was wrong as she casted all of the girls back into their Luxury balls leaving only Twilight out with Blue. "Shadow, could you make tea for me?" She asked. "On a tray" she added. "Of course sister" he said patting her head as he walked out of the room. She sat back down on Siegfried's futon as she closed her eyes as she felt the same pain on her chest as she placed her hand on it. Her face had a sign of pain as she didn't want to show it to Siegfried.

"Hee hee, alright, see ya JC! See you tomorrow Shadow!" He called. "And see you again Siegfried, please don't let our next meeting be at my dad's house stealing goods." He joked lightly before allowing himself to be dragged along by Maskerin. "We gotta watch out dear, we don't know if the guy is still out there waiting for us." He told her. He had his fan at the already, it was slightly opened already and he held it up almost defensively.

"Of course, let's get going Princess." He retorted, a comeback for the Prince nickname, "Thee shall not be going off alone now shall thee?" He told her, almost teasing.

Maskerin looked to Milo nodding. "I know Milo," she said pulling out her dagger she had in her kimono sleeve. "I have this to at least defend myself" she said showing the dagger to him before hiding it back in her sleeve.

Lavi chuckled. "My prince then stay close beside me, thou shall not leave Maskerin alone to be hurt by thee enemies" she joked pulling out her stick which bursted into flames at the top of it.

" Alright, seeya! " Siegfried waved to Milo as a goodbye, and stopped waving when Milo left the room. He turned to JC, noticing the hand on her chest and the uncomfortable position she sat in. Siegfried walked over and sat down opposite of JC. " Alright, there is clearly something you're hiding from me again. Your body is revealing it for you. The coughing, the uncomfortable sitting position, not to mention the fact that it's pretty obvious you are just lying to me again. But, I won't ask you what you're hiding from me. Instead, I shall start lying to you, too. It's only fair. You lie to me constantly, so it'd only be fair I lie to you, eh? " Siegfried said, standing up again. Then, he walked to the door and opened it. " I'm going out to eat. You just sit tight, relax, and think up more excuses and lies to tell me, alright? " He said with obvious sarcasm, giving her a cheeky, mocking smile before heading out.

Arriving outside, Milo had the fan fully open for use, looking around nervously. "Should we...make a run for it? No, then it'll be a problem if they catches us, and I'm not that fast either." He said, half to himself. "Maybe we can go by air? Latios or Latios sounds like a good choice at this moment." He said. "We both have Rapidash on the go if we'd like, what do you think?" He turned to Maskerin, "Land or air?" He leaned forward, "Or pretend we're not aware of their presence." He said, "Wait, no, they probably already knew the moment they realize there was Light Screen."

"Hmph, silly woman, my main job is to protect my own trainer. Maskerin is merely a second choice if my trainer is already safe and secure." He said, running up alongside her, "It may sound harsh but do understand my trainer is my top priority." He told her.

She stood up quickly running after Siegfried and before he even had a chance to leave she grabbed the back of his shirt. "Wait Siegfried, don't go...let me explain but even if I tell you...there is nothing you can do about...no matter how hard you try...please don't avoid me I beg of you...don't leave..." She said her hands trembling as she was holding onto dear life as tears did manage to fall. "Siegfried please....it was... difficult to speak for the moment..." She added.

Lavi used her fan to hit the fox on his head. "Watch your tone, I was preferring to me about Maskerin's safety but I completely understand that protecting your trainer is your top priority but we can at least protect each other from sudden attacks while we are protecting our trainers" she said opening her fan again to fan herself. "My apologies for hit my fan on your head I got a bit ticked with that time you just did" She added.

Maskerin looked to Milo. "Air isn't the best idea so let's go by land" she said casting out Kalama her Rapidash. She got on her back as Missy floated just next to her. "Are you coming Milo? Lavi will take care of them once they appear" she added looking to him.

Milo smiled and casted out Ditti, who was already transformed and ready, nieghing as he pawed the ground. "I'm right behind you dear." He told her, heaving himself onto Ditti. "You lead the way, it's your house we're going to after all." He pointed out, snapping the reigns. "Let's make haste, though not too fast, shall I return Phoenix?" He asked.

Phoenix bowed his head, though he didn't blink nor react towards her comment. "I was merely speaking what I'm thinking, you being ticked off is understandable, I'm not exactly the most empathic when it comes to others outside my personal relationship circle." He explained, "But I thoroughly apologize if that's what you want."

She looked to Milo. "No leave him out, Lavi might need some help with what's coming" she said patting Kalama's neck as she galloped off. "She knows what to do once they appear since she was trained for it" she added as Kalama led the way quickly.

Lavi saw Maskerin and Milo leave on Rapidash before turning to Pheonix. "Every Delphox is different so don't worry yourself too much but remain calm, they are here and since Milo and Maskerin are at a far distance we don't have to hold back" she said closing her fan as two half-bloods and their Manectrics appeared in front of them both. "Here they are, prepare yourself" she told him as she spun her stick very fast as a strong fire spin formed as she used Psychic to coat it.

" It was difficult to speak, huh? If it was so difficult to use your voice, then how come you were able to use it to say 'Oh, it's nothing' and 'It's fine, don't worry'? Nah, you are most definetly intentionally hiding something from me. And no, I was not gonna avoid you. I literally was gonna head out to get myself some food at a restaurant or a bar or something. Now please, let go of me. I'm hungry, and all these pastries aren't gonna cut it. " Siegfried said, awaiting an answer.

Phoenix growled and bared his teeth, hissing at the strangers. He blew a plume of flames, it wasn't meant to attack, only to warn the others off. It seems to work briefly before the manectric realizes it was merely a bluff and charged forward. But as fast as they've come, they stopped, seeing Lavi striking her moves. They hesitated but didn't falter any longer than need be. One charge for Lavi and another went for Phoenix. Trusting Lavi to deal with her enemy, Phoenix shot flamethrower into the manectric face, leaving the pokemon whimpering as they scampered away. The half bloods growled and shook their fist at the two, shouting curses at them. Phoenix scoffed and twirled his stick mockingly in front of them. "Weak peasants, that's what you are, following orders of such lowly humans." He taunted at the manectric, who were absolutely offended by the comment. Growling, they weren't able to gather confident to charge again.

Milo gulped nervously and snapped the reigns again, causing Ditti to gallope an uncertain step. "Still...it feels wrong to leave your pokemon behind just like that." He said. "Say...is there a possibility that the strangers came in group? The ones Phoenix and Lavi are fighting certainly couldn't be the only few." He pointed out, then instantly regretted adding to his own worries. "Ack, why did I say that. Sorry sorry, I hope I didn't jinx it, is your house any closer?" He asked.

She didn't let go as she spoke again. "Damn it Siegfried, stop acting so stubborn and listen for once!"she said stern and a bit irritated. "Before I was fine but the second time it was difficult to speak!" She added. "You can't expect me to tell you everything about me Siegfried! You have to understand that people sometimes lie to avoid others from being hurt and to not involved them or even for their own safety!" She said as she cut off quickly. "You know what, forget it, go eat something and come back when ever you feel like it...I'm done arguing...it's too tiring...not like you will understand how it feels..." She said letting him go as she went into her room without saying another word to him shutting the slide door behind her. She slid down on the wall to the floor before quickly bursting into tears. She didn't like lying as a matter a fact she hated it but there are some things she has to hide even the illness she has to not worry so many people. She may lose Siegfried for not telling him but maybe it was for the best for her to let him not worry about her anymore.

"Calm down Milo, Lavi understands that she must do it alone to protect me so she is comfortable with it but let's get back to my house before they really find us" Maskerin said galloping through a long path way reaching a thicket of the forest.

Lavi was holding her shoulder as one did manage to get her with an attack. "Yes they are weaklings, that's what they always send weaklings...how annoying it is really" she said slipping her stick into her tail again.

Milo took a few deep breath before leaning forward on Ditti, urging it to go faster. "I certainly hope they're alright, Lavi will be able to lead Phoenix to your house right? I'm worried for them." He told her, "Ack, so much for a normal reunion day, maybe we should've asked Shadow for some of hi samurai pals to escorts us instead of running like this." He said.

Phoenix nodded, sniffing the air to make sure there were no more enemies other than the ones in front of them. He then sniffed her shoulder. "Milady, I'm afraid you've injured yourself, please, sit back and rest yourself, these little mutts wouldn't bother with attacking us heads on." He insisted, "Or perhaps we should both leave on our way to your house, it'll be the wiser of the choices."

" May I remind you that, if I should be your bodyguard, that it is important to make sure that you are just merely suffering a disease and not poisoned food- " Is what he wanted to say, had JC not taken off so quickly. Siegfried sighed and facepalmed. Really, yeah maybe he was prying a bit too fast, but if he was there to protect her life, he had to make sure she wasn't being poisoned, and only really sick from a disease or something instead of from a drug. Really now. He already understands what it feels like to lose someone. Multiple of his clan members, some who he liked, especially that one apprentice ninja with the long orange hair and freckles, had already died infront of his eyes, or otherwise had been made aware of their death to him and every other ninja in their clan. He remembered how he always used to go on missions around the country with her, just to simply admire her while still doing his job at 110%. Yet, through the firefight of three samurais against the two of them alongside another ninja, she had been cut down mercilessly. That was the person in his life he ever truly loved with his heart. With JC? He wasn't so sure. She seemed too.. 'damaged' for his tastes. Or, better put, too traumatized. Or too sensitive. Or even all of the above. Plus, she seemed to be dying of a disease too, so there's undoubtedly no time for love there. Yet, he grinned, as JC wasn't the only one keeping secrets from him. He had stayed true to his statement about lying to her. Infact, it's what he will keep on doing, since he already lied to her about him before. Only now, he won't have to feel entirely bad for doing so. Smiling for having assured that his true identity is kept safe, he walks out of the house and into the street, innocently holding his hands together, hidden in his sleeves, and bobbing his head left and right as if listening to a song in his head. Since his eyes were closed, he had not noticed that he was walking by Lavi and Phoenix, aswell as the Manectric and the half-bloods. He just waltzed right inbetween the groups, innocently walking along to a random bar. Yet, it was noticeable that he had his katana holstered on his side, instead of usually having it on the back. Of course, this knowledge of where his katana was usually located isn't known to any of the groups, neither Lavi, Phoenix, or the half-bloods and their pokemon. So, he had no worry in his mind as he just kept walking as if nothing was happening.

Maskerin looked to Milo. "Don't worry I trust Lavi completely so she knows where my home is silly, why would I send a Pokemon to leave back there if they don't know where the place is at silly Milo" she chuckled before seeing the house up ahead. "There it is, but before we enter we should wait for Pheonix and Lavi" she added as Kalama came to a halt once she was in front of the house.

Lavi looked to Pheonix still holding her shoulder. "It's just a scratch I'll survive but let's hurry back to Maskerin and Milo since we were heading there anyway" she said as she starting walking again watching her surroundings.

Blue left JC alone to calm herself down but Twilight was there with her to not left her undefended. She couldn't actually use words to tell what was going on with JC but she had a way to try and tell him maybe through Psychic. She looked around a bit more before spotting him as she cried out. "Umbre!("Siegfried hold on!") She said telepathically to his thoughts.
