Before anyone asks.
A) Yes, this is on PBR.
B) Yes, I know how many other Leagues are out there. One more won't hurt.
C) Yes, I know that there is a lot here. Just at 11 pages in Word. Just read it, if you are intrested.
D) There may be DS refrences in here. I originally planned this for D/P, but conecting my DS to Wi-Fi is a literal headache for me to do, and I like the graphics in PBR better, anyway.
E) If you see a SPPf reference, let me know. I C/P'ed and edited this from the SPPf Branch of the OPL. (Below)

i posted to tell Kat that i am on pokecharms too, not just serebii. i am already joined on serebii as the ice leader. i guess i should have pmed him though...
