From what I've been paying attention to James kidnapped Steven threatened to kill if Josh didn't surrender himself. Josh And Miridia saved Steven and he's currently with Fae at the moment as he is slowly turning back into Lily.

@The Protato Who is fighting in the Universe Four vs Outcasts match? If there are people who fought in the previous match can you change them?

It's impossible to have the same matchups. Fighters who fought in the first round cannot fight in the second round, and universe eight is fighting universe seven. Eight wins, then it's all of Earth 8 vs all of Earth (Us).
I'll come back with the characters who're fighting this round when I get home. I'm at school right now.
