"Well, I guess that's something I didn't expect," Danny said reassuringly,"S'ghetti!, Sweet!" Danny was enthusiastic about the food. He let Lyric patch up his hands. He looked at the fridge and said,"As long as it's not deer, I'm fine with it."

"Beef," she hummed and finished. She laughed at the bow she put ontop of his and smirked at him, "after you are done. Go find a room without a name tag in the door and take a bath".

Miridia ignored him and moved forward to stand by the side. She crouched down and looked into the depths, eyes watching the swirling energy. With a careful movement she tapped the surface with a finger, ripples echoing out onto it. She looked at James, "I'm going in. Stay here".

Before Miridia went in James walked up to her and kissed her. "In case you don't make it out." He said. He sat by the pool as he watch descend into the mana. He let out a breath and looked towards the roof.

"Will no one answer me!?" Adam yells. He's still recovering, and is still confused about everything going on around him. It probably doesn't help that all this power is coursing through the place.

Danny heated up the spaghetti and shoveled it down. After finishing, He smirked,"I think I'll live with beef, They were going to put me in tent, but I said few names like Dasken and Darcel, so they let me off free." He found aa room and opened it. He went to the bathroom and turned on the hot water. He relaxed in the warm tub and said,"It's good to be back."

"Sorry sir," Lyric sat beside Adam and smiled softly at him. She pulled her hair over a shoulder and looked at him, "I would have talked to your earlier but I've been busy. My name is Lyric".

Miridia dove into the liquid. It felt like she was floating, completely weightless yet she could breath. She closed her eyes, the mana swirling around her and sinking into her, feeding her growth and acting as a fuel source. She gasped as it suddenly got denser, hands moving to her head as she was suddenly flooded with a fimular voice. She curled in on herself, the mana pulling in on itself as it formed into once again a bubble, trying to force its way into her body. She she felt both at peace and at war, body unable to burn off the excess energy that was running into her body.

"Nice name... I suppose. Now, what in the heck is going on around here?" Adam asks. He searches this Girl for her Power Level. It's not as high as the others, but higher than he'd expected.

Danny finished his bath and got dressed again. He walked back out to where Lyric was. He saw her talking to a new person."Hello, I'm Danny, what's yourname?" Danny introduced himself.

"We just got over a war and are trying to relax and rebuild," she sighed and smiled tiredly at him. She formed a small crystal in the palm of her hand and looked at him, "do you have any abilities"?

Vex sat up wiping the blood from the corner of his eye. "Oh yeah...he's definitely got power, that's for sure!" he shakily stood up regaining his composure. "Man...thats one hell of a counter to my vertigo...."

Adam looks at the people. "I've been honing my power since I was little. This kind of power is extremely difficult to control, without harming yourself in the process. I've only recently mastered it, but I'm always discovering something new about it. I can manipulate the five senses. I can shut off your vision as Vex has found out, I can make you see things, I can make you hear things, I can make you smell things, I can make you taste things. Sometimes... it feels more like a curse... having the ability to make people feel things. I can torture someone to death with just my mind... I've done it before..."

"And while I have these powers, this also enables me to see your energy. I can literally see power itself, and the threads of life connected to you. I could grab one of these threads with my very mind, and pull... There's a thread for every part of all of us, and I can choose a select one to pull, and they all have different effects. I could pull the thread of your eyes, and blind you, or grab many strings connecting to your eyes, and treat it like a puppet, making you see things that aren't there." Adam sighs, and leans back, relaxing slightly. "Power is color. The more Powerful, the lighter the color. The more pure, the brighter. Vex here is the most powerful being I've encountered thus far, his power is a light pink, nearly white, but it's dim... his power isn't pure, it's more... of an evil nature."

Darcel sat up startled, like something had scared him. The color of his eyes flashed between black and purple, while he took deep breaths. "My god.. Where am I again..?" he mumbled as he attempted to stand, only to fall back onto his face. He bit the tips of fingers, letting the blood trickle from them to create the blood fox. The figure lifted him up, and guided him down stairs. The fox dissipated back into his hand, and Darcel stumbled into the living room. "H-hello? Is anyone in here?" he called out.

"Darcel? Are you ok," Lyric turned her attention to him and walked over. She gently put her hands on his shoulder and lifted his chin to look at his eyes, "they change colour? Interesting. But are you ok"?

"I- I'm fine, where is everyone, what time is it?" Darcel stuttered as he nearly fell over. "Where am I? Is this the kitchen...?" He questioned Lyric as his eyes turned pitch black.

"I got you. You are in the livin room and it's getting dark I think. You are ok. Some people are out and others have retired for the night," Lyric soothed and steadied the boy with her hands. She looked at him and ruffled his hair, "you'll be fine. Perfectly ok".

The boy smiled, "Thanks.. What's all the noise? Is someone here..? I thought I heard a familiar voice.." Darcel began to speak worriedly. The tips of his fingers began to bleed black blood.

"Calm down. There are new people here. I told you this earlier, they are speaking to eachother and I was talking to them," she hummed and led him toward the kitchen sink so he didn't get blood everywhere. She wrapped an arm around his shoulder, "nothing's gonna hurt you or anyone else so calm down".

James studied the pool. "Miridia are you okay." He yelled down at her. Part of him wanted to dive down in there but god only knows what the effects of the mana might be to him.

Darcel took a deep breath, and the blood returned to its red color. "S-so, no one's going to hurt us? I hope so.. Why did I give in? W-why did I go listen to that.. that voice?" Fear began to wash over his face, "Why am I weak?" the boy mumbled.

"You arnt weak. You are perfect," Lyric pulled a chair over for him to sit on and smiled at him, running a hand through his hair, "you couldn't have known. It's not your fault at humans are naturally curious".

Miridia looked up at him and shook her head, swimming up and breaking the surface, "perfectly fine".

Black blood began to pour from his eyes, "Can I show you something..? Don't get mad at me.." he mumbled as he shoved his hand into his pocket. "Don't ask where I got it either."

"Ok. I won't get mad," Lyric promised and wipped up the tears. She grabbed a close by tea towel and gently pressed it to his cheeks.

Miridia slowly swam toward James. She didn't notice the creeping scarf like thing in the water as it started to float to the surface nor when it started to wrap around her ankle.

"Ok, here." Darcel pulled out a small vile, with one of the black shards in it. "A piece got stuck in my hand, so I kept it.." He sighed and grabbed onto Lyric's shirt and dragged her outside. "Watch this." he whispered as he attempted to open the vile.

"Do you need help," Lyric watched the bottle carefully, unsure if it was ok for him to have it. She gently lifted her hand, attempting to move the shards around to see if they fell into her range of power.

Darcel opened the bottle, releasing the shard into the air. The shard moved swiftly, and copied Lyric's hand gesture. The rock shard, began to glow white and color, then it suddenly grew. It changed it's shape into the lady holding the moon. Darcel shot blood out of his fingertips, attempting to at least feel the figure.

The statue stood still, as it became engulfed in blood. A soft whistling sound suddenly emitted from the object.

"I think it may not like that," Lyric sighed and looked at the crystal creature. She hummed and moved her hand again, attempting to see if it was just the rock or if the figure followed the movements.

Darcel nodded, and pulled back the blood.

The statue hummed a soft melody and danced around, following Lyric's hand as she went. She paused where Lyric's hand stopped.

"She's definitely crystal," Lyric hummed as she looked at the creature a lot closer. She looked at darcel and ruffled his hair, "did you see her? Him? The statue".

"I don't know.. The statue looks like an adult and has long straight black hair.. The person I saw had curly black hair, and appeared to be Zack's age.." Darcel sighed, "I don't really know." he whispered as his eyes turned purple, along with the statue.

Vex let his energy surge for a moment. "Evil huh....." he looked down at the palms of his hands as if reading a paper. "To be honest.....that makes sense...." He then crossed his arms and put on a slightly pouty face. "Light pink.....aw maaan! Also, I know that some of these guys are stronger than me....for now." he ended with a cheeky grin.

Vex approached Lyric. "Excuse me...can you or someone else with magic assist me with...something." He seemed slightly nervous, a bead of sweat running down his collar. His words were quiet and unnoticed by the others.

"I don't have magic but I can help. What is wrong," Lyric hummed as she loved toward Vex. She put one hand on her hips while the other sat on darcels shoulder. She looked around and then at the figure.

"Id prefer to keep this private. Adam is right, a while ago I had a bad run in with a man who could affect emotions with these seals..." He rubbed his shoulder signifying where it was under his shirt. "He said he amplified the darkness in my heart so I couldn't use my powers to the fullest extinct...my powers increase through meditation and peace of mind...now meditation is almost impossible because i'm always fighting off this urge.....I always hoped he was bluffing about dampening my powers but Adam has confirmed it..." Vex finished letting his head fall.

As the crystal slid into the bottle, it reacted almost instantly. The shard turned purple, and shot out of the vile, connecting to the statue of the lady. The statue twirled around, following Lyric as she shifted towards Vex.

Darcel reached out his hand, trying to feel around. "Who's this person talking..?" he whispered.

"I'm right here darcel. It's ok," Lyric steadied him by gently grabbing his wrist. She then looked at vex and hummed, "I'll have to see it and get a better look? Is the seel physical? When Miridia gets back then I'll also get her to look at it".

"Look at what..? Maybe I can help.. I maybe blind, but I know everyone's insides like it's the back of my hand." A small smile grew on the side of his face. "If it has to do with magic more than internal stuff, there is still a chance for me.." he mumbled

Vex shifted his eyes around to make sure his movement would go unnoticed. He turned around and pulled his shirt up, revealing a large black circular symbol on his left shoulder blade. "This is an visible external seal the changes the makeup of my soul....I had no idea such magic existed..."

"We have seen things that we didn't believe existed for a long time now," Lyric laughed lightly and moved closer to look it over. She kept an awareness on the figure, still unsure if she should trust it.
