"Tag! Let's play tag," Zackery smiled as he giggled and tapped Lilly's arm. He booked it away, laughing at the top of his lungs.
Lyric stared at the letter for a bit and let out a muffled sob, wiped the tears that was escaping her eyes. She walked quickly to her room and hid the letter. She wiped her eyes, not wanting to show weakness to everyone.

Akron saw Lyric walk out of her house, looking a bit disconcerted. He ran to her and kissed her on the lips. "Hey, Lyric." He pulled away and saw her red eyes. "What's wrong?"

"Josh is an asshole that what's wrong. He left a note, couldn't even tell me he was leaving! I would have understood but he just left," Lyric broke down crying, hugging Akron and hiding her face in his chest. She let out a sob and tears were quickly streaking down her cheeks.

"Come here you." She said as she ran towards Zacky She decided to let him have a short lead as she chased after him. " I'm coming to get you my precious." She said acting like a witch.

Akron sighed and hugged Lyric lovingly. "It's okay," He whispered. "It's gonna be okay." He kissed her on the top of her head and let her cry in his arms. "Come on. Let's go to your room. Zack wouldn't want to see you crying."

She nodded and pulled away, wiping one of her cheeks. She sat on her beds and held her heads in her hands, small hiccups escaping her.
Zackery laughed and ran faster. Giggling and calling for darcel to help him. He ran past Miridia and she rolled her eyes.

Ashley got to thinking. No way Lyra or Julia would let us stay, they've always been a couple of people to go with the crowd...Dawn would just go all Karate-Kid on Dask and probably get killed...Jax, just no, Dask would flip if we stayed with another boy...Maybe Kat? She's always been eager to help... "Maybe I could ask one of my friends," She offered. "We could crash at their place."

Dasken turned to Ashley. "I, uh... I don't get along too well with others, but I'll try." He took a deep breath and stood. His aura flared to life, only now it was dark cyan. He looked at it, and turned to Ashley. He pushed it out of his head. "Can you fly?" Dasken asked Ashley.

"Alright, it's okay now. Let it all out." Akron was filled with deep sympathy for Lyric. First, she got cheated on by Joshua, now that she's warmed up a little bit, he leaves. Akron lifted up Lyric's face and stared into her eyes. "It's okay. I'll take care of you." He leaned forward and locked lips with hers, not wanting to pull away.

Lyric kissed him back, trying to get herself to relax and calm down. She slowly did, tears slowing down. Her heart still felt like someone had just stabbed it but she didn't try and dwell on it.

Ashley got up as well. "Probably, but we'd attract too much attention. Her house is just over there," She pointed to Kat's lakeside dwelling. "Think you can make it? Also, your aura seems to be quite the rainbow," She commented.

"Yeah," she lied. She was feeling a lot better yes but still felt heartbroken. She cuddled against him and rested her head on his shoulder, heartbeat slowing to a normal pace.

Dasken closed his eyes, and was able to get his aura down.
His eyes, however, would not go away.
"She, uh... wouldn't happen to have shades, would she?" He asked. "You'll just have to guide me there. My eyes'll have to just stay closed."

Darcel looked at Zackery, then back at Mirida. "Can I go play with my little brother..?" he asked as he gave her the 'sad puppy eyes' ."I haven't got the chance to play with him, I just don't want him to be scared of me after he saw me almost kill my father.." he .whispered

"Go go," she made a shooing motion and laughed crossing her arms, "I finished healing the skin. By the way it was earl grey tea, my favorite".
Lyric nodded into the side of his neck and kissed it gently. She pulled back and smiled sadly at him, "I should go start cooking. Not to mention I have to warm water up for a bath for Zack".
She wiped her eyes and went to leave.

"I got you." Lily said as she picked up Zacky. " You had a good run now try and catch me." She said as she put Zack down. She decided to slow enough that Zacky would be able to catch her.

"Alright. Let's get headed over," Ashley grabbed Dask's hand and lead him to the house. It was a five minute walk. Ashley tapped on Kat's window, praying to God that she was inside. Kat's face appeared in the glass. She saw Ashley and Dask and pointed to her friend's friend, mouthing,
"You're not dead! And who is he?"
Ashley mouthed back, "Just let us in, I'll explain."
Kat opened the window and helped Ashley and Dask inside. She shut it behind them. "So, what's going on?" She asked, only mild curiosity in her voice.
"Well...There may have been a slight problem with the whole 'Let's just dump a bunch of people with crazy powers in the middle of the mountains..." Ashley tried to explain. "We, uh, lost control and...Flew here. I honestly remember nothing of it."

Darcel turned around and thanked Miridia, "My favorite has always been green tea, don't know why, but it always helped me get up in the morning." he spoke as he went to go find Zack

"We are still playing! Your it," Zackery laughed after tagging his dad and running away. Lyric watched them and shook her head with a laugh. She got to work preparing dinner for everyone and warming a large jug of water with a glyph. She still needed to talk to Akron about turning the pond into a bathhouse.

Dasken rubbed his eyes before opening them, revealing the dark cyan sparks that suddenly erupted from his eyes. "I, uh... I don't think I'll be walking around town like this..." he muttered. He held out his hand. "Dasken. Dasken Lauphage." He put on his best polite smile for Kat.

Kat shook Dask's hand. "Kat Rae," She introduced herself. Then she gave Ashley a smug look. "Is he your boyfriend?" She asked, a little bit of teasingness in her voice. Ashley grinned.
"Actually, yes," She replied. "Right?"
"Wow. Matt would be jealous."
"Matt thinks I'm dead right now."
"True, true."

Dasken's aura flared for a second, leaving a medium scorch mark in the ceiling and the floor. His face flushed. "I, uh..." he already had a good grasp on who Matt was. He tried to calm down, and took a few deep breaths.
"I, uh... heh... my bad..." he muttered. "Now you have an idea of why they kicked me out of society..."

"Akron's got him busy.. I'll go help Lyric.." he whispered to himself. Darcel let out a soft sigh, and continued forward. He flagged down Lyric, "Hey um.. Do you mind if I build a small house for myself?" He asked gesturing towards the small village.

"Noooooo! Darcel help me," Zack laughed and ran toward his brother, arms outstretched. He was smiling brightly and having a great time.
Miridia walked to Lyric, helping her cook and warm water. She snapped her fingers and Lyric squeaked when suddenly she was wearing black flats, a earth brown dress that reached just pass her knees, and apron. The two chatted and talked. Lyric saw darcel and nodded, "well yeah! This is your home now as much as ours. If you need help just ask Akron".

"Alright." Joshua said. " Here's the house special for the lady, and a Steak sandwich for the gentleman." He said as he handed the two costumers their food.
"Your getting good at this." Sam said as she stood right beside him. "be lucky this isn't a night rush. those are a total pain."

Zackery nodded and started to charge toward his brother when he was put down.
Lyric watched from the window, rolling her eyes when her witch friend commented on how she looked like a house wife. Miridia checked the food stores and notified Lyric that another hunt for meat would be needed and that maybe they should get chickens for eggs and meat.

Ashley chuckled. Kat's eyes widened. She gave Ashley a look of pure 'What were you thinking?!' Ashley grinned. "Hey, at least being an Outcast gave me a way to escape school," She said jokingly.

Dasken rubbed the back of his neck. "So... you wanna explain what happened, Ashley, or should I..?" He said. His awkward grin faded, and his eye sparks intensified. He was getting social anxiety again.

"Oh goodness." Darcel whispered as he began to run off, constantly slowing down so Zack could catch him. While he was running, Darcel began to yell to Akron. "Is there any chance you'd like to help me build a house, I need help getting materials for it." Darcel continued to run; closer to walking at this point. "You can't catch me Zack!" He called out to his brother

Lily walked up to Lyric. " Hey." She said sitting down beside her. "I'm sorry for what Joshua did." She said. "He didn't tell anyone he was leaving. Try being the one who actually went to his campout and discovered that he left." She grabbed Lyric's arm. " I would like to be your friend." She said. " Is there anything I can do to help?"
