(OOC: Yes, I know this is very long here, but I love to make first impressions in my posts! I also have given you my starter Pokémon in the conversation as a little note.)

Jackal aroused from his slumber in his hotel room that was in the stylish area of Lumiose City. He sluggishly got off of his bed, as he went up to the window and quickly took in the Kalosian view that lied below. The forenoon sun greeted him with a glimmering smile, as he quietly went to the restroom to get his personal hygiene out of the way. After he was done showering, drying himself off and brushing his teeth, he walked over to the closet with haste. He quickly changed into his outer wear, as he wore on his fluffy, grayish sweatshirt with his hoodie around his cold head. He swiftly grabbed his lightly tan, short sleeved cargo pants from the wire hanger where it rested the night before, as he quickly wore on his pants within a matter of intense seconds. He strolled over to the mirror after grabbing his comb that was on the roll top desk that had a noticeable, twentieth century appearance to his energized eyes. He combed his pale blond hair in a speedy pace, until they were as straight as parallel lines. The second after he was finished combing his hair, he hastened back to the desk to place down the comb in the exact spot where it was the time before he swiftly snatched it. He reached down for his brightly red backpack, while its metallic zippers glimmered about with the fluorescent lighting. When he wore his backpack around his shoulders, he made sure to give a heedful check after hurriedly packing every single possession of his in the backpack with careful organization.
After making sure that he was ready, he got out of his hotel room and walked towards the elevator. He pressed a metallic button that was an equilateral triangle pointing downwards, as a short chime was heard the moment when the elevator briskly arrived within seconds. He rushed towards the elevator like a pursuing hound, as he thumped the button that had the letter L that was adjacent on its left side! He happily thought to himself while the elevator immediately went in a downward motion, "Alright, I think that I'll be on time with the Professor now. All I gotta do is just take the other airplane there since the first one was already full by the time I booked up for it. I'm so looking forward to get my first Pokémon in the new region!"
As soon as the silvery doors gave way to the luxurious lobby, he bolted towards the Receptionist's desk and quickly said to her, "Okay, here's the money, I'm checking out now. Keep the change amigo, it's a little nice something for ya."
The Receptionist's eyes merrily twinkled towards Jackal, as she said to him in a content tone, "Alright Jackal, many thanks here! We hope to see you again at the Hotel of Luxoiles! Bonne chance!"
Jackal promptly exited out of the opulent hotel, as he charged to the airport that was just a few blocks down. After making it to the airport within some brief minutes, he swiftly marched towards the check-in counter after noticing that there was no visible line within his sight whatsoever. The lady said to him after he showed his ticket to her that he pulled out of his pocket with a swift momentum, "Okay, it seems like you are good to go! I am going to stamp this now, so just make your way to the airplane after I'm done, which is on Gate 38."
After the lady stamped Jackal's ticket with an image of a Noibat that was coated in red ink, he gently grabbed the ticket that the lady handed back, as he securely placed it in his pocket and zipped it up to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands. He darted for the gate that the lady mentioned to him earlier, as the brawny man in his dark blue uniform chuckled and said to him, "Oh look at that, you sure made it with a minute to spare. Alright, just get on the plane now, it's headed for Oyl region; the region that's a bit far from here."
When Jackal got on the plane, the pilots did a brief scan of the airplane to make sure that it was in pristine condition to depart to his destination. As soon as the pilots finished calibrating the controls, the left pilot slowly pulled on a slender, metallic switch and grasped its red trigger handle to let the airplane gain some momentum. As soon as the plane's speed was at a certain point, the other pilot quickly tugged on the adjacent lever, as the airplane quickly got up and flew into the daytime skies!
As some time passed on, Jackal would occasionally stare out of the glossy window to look for any interesting details besides the white, fluffy clouds that primarily blocked over half the landscape. Eventually, the plane started to descend towards the surface, as Jackal grinned when he heard the brief flight announcement that was in a feminine's voice. The plane came to a halt as soon as its velocity began to diminish the moment it touched the surface.
Jackal got out of the airplane as soon as heard the cue announcements, as he exited off of the plane by the frontal door that led him into the airport in the Oyl region that he was now in. He quietly went out of the airport in enthusiasm, as he took out his map of the Oyl region that he had stuffed into his left pocket earlier. After unfolding the small map, he noticed that Professor Pine's Laboratory was a little travel ahead, as there would be a small forest that he would have to go through.
He folded the map back into its original shape, as he placed it in his pocket and zipped it back up as usual. He took in a deep breath, as he made his way into the flourishing forest with significant haste. He ignored all the other Pokémon, hostile or friendly, as he quickly made a run for the Laboratory! As soon as he was out of the forest, he quietly panted and continued to steadily walk towards the Laboratory where a new partner would soon await his presence.
