Use Avalance over Surf and Stealth Rock or Roar over Rock Climb.
Drakrai needs Dark Pulse over Night Shade.
Kyorge can use Thunder nicely over Sheer Cold (Never use 1 Hit-KO-Moves).
Mew, it can use so many attacks...What role do you want it to fill?
Shaymin has to have one of the worst move-pools ever, so your options are limited. Try anohter pokemon instead (even though all Shaymin are hacked)

And you realize most peolple will look down on you for using Legends.

Umm...I'm sorry but because of the HM moves I would have to say your team goes from 10 to 7.5. Some of your movesets aren't very good either so It goes from 7.5 to 6.5. Finally you also need to pay attention to you Pokemon's natures (Please list them) because you haven't listed them I can't rate them due to the natures. Finally I'm sorry to say because you used legendaries that takes away the value of your team so your rating goes from 6.5 to 3.5(yes it takes away three points in my ratings)
