A steelix doesn't screem stealthy for me.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been on. I was busy surviving Irma. But back on topic, can I make another character in the rp along with my own?

Gender: Male
What Pokemon you Are: Gallade
Appearance: A decent sized person, with arms with blades on his elbow. Basically a normal man from there. (Sorry, no real good ideas on specific)
Held item: n/a
Weapons: twin knives
Other:
Weakness: steel weapons
Battle Form: basically a revamped version of Gallades mega form. Shorten the cape, fix the arm swords a little to add stealth, and add a hood across head.
