@ThePlayfulFox well some people, even at certain older ages, can still act immature and talk in certain ways. But in some cases people merely talk in a certain manner if they were brought up that way. Considering that Lily is a spoiled only child, it's not that strange for her to be acting like a baby in front of her parents

Technically not all Superus Genus are cutthroats. A good chunk of them are ,but like playful said, all of this is behind closed doors. What would be the vigilante's motives for going after the big businessmen? I'd assume they'd probably strike the raiders first. Superus Genus are more likely to overcharge you for your service than outright rob you blind. Thoughts?

With all the thugs, brigands, robbers ,and other outlaws roaming Sinnoh, I don't think some shady business deals would be people's top priorities to stop. Though I suppose their may be some people to wonder what these people are up to. It could lead to some interesting confrontations. I could imagine someone from an outsider poking their nose where it doesn't belong ,and for some reason they 'disappear'. Almost as if someone didn't want them to be meddling in their affairs.

My villain (I think this faction is particularly evil.)

Name: Kage Hito(Remember him? I only used him in 2 roleplays before he was scrapped. He’s back now though.)
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight, but uninterested in that department.
Appearance: He is very tall, standing at 6’01” with pale-ish skin. He has jet black hair with purple tips and violet eyes. He is actually pretty handsome. He wears a black jacket and a purple shirt underneath. He also wears combat boots and jeans.
Personality: To anyone who isn’t a member of his faction, he is cold and silent. He is usually aggressive in his own calm way, but doesn’t like to cause unnecessary violence, and usually uses some sort of threat to get someone out of his way. Rarely, when it comes to specific type of people and nothing else will work, he will use charm to get his way. To people that are in his faction, he is much friendlier and likes to mess around with his fellow high ranks, often joking around with them, even though most don’t care for jokes. He is very intelligent, and is a slight psychopath. Nothing major, but he doesn’t really care what he has to do to people who get in his way.

Backstory: Kage lived a perfectly normal life. Unless you count that one time where his parents both got into a fight, his dad ended up killing the mom, and then the dad left Kage, was never seen again, and Kage was traumatized for life and ended up becoming a slight psychopath. Other than that, perfectly normal life.
Crush: None at the moment, and it is unlikely he will get one.

Ah yes, it is I, Captain Cardboard xD. Anyway, here’s my nice boi.

Name: Neon Barry
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight
Appearance: Neon wears a black jacket with a dark blue shirt underneath. Wears black sports pants with two dark blue lines running down each leg. Wears black tennis shoes with dark blue soles. Has sunglasses that are usually on his forehead. He has fingerless gloves, along with a mix of a bandanna and a scarf, being as effective as a scarf, but as cool looking as a bandanna. Has a backpack with all the essential trainer supplies.(And food and water and stuff he needs to survive, but, eh.) He has tan skin and dark blue eyes that a lot of people tend to get lost in. Tall and slim, standing at 6 feet even. He’s not a bodybuilder/muscular guy, but has visible muscle, like an athlete.
Personality: He is casual and fun to be around, often cracking a joke at every opportunity. He is also very smart, being smarter than almost everybody he comes across, despite his casual demeanor. He loves his Pokémon and his Pokémon love him, and they are very loyal to each other. He is very friendly to everyone in his faction, even the thieves and drug addicts, as he believes they can be redeemed. He also obviously loves to travel.(This part will likely be expanded on.)

Backstory: He’s really had a normal childhood, well, as normal as a childhood can be in this apocalypse. He’s always loved exploring, and loved wandering around as a kid, which usually got him in trouble, and his Lucario (Was a Riolu back then.) had to bail him out every time.
Crush: (If Applicable) If possible and nobody else does, I might have him have a small crush on Valestina.
Other: N/A
Both his and Kage’s Pokémon parts of their bios will be expanded on when I have the time.

Dolan and Cole are just slightly east of Celestic City(route 210). Cmeri's character and sparkxiis are camping on route 209. I think Attourney is at the solaceon ruins still? playful, Tokki bokki and Cmeri's 2nd character are are in Jubilife City having a meeting. If I left anyone out my bad...

All travelers? Or just most? Planning on Neon going to the camp, he’s extremely social, so he’d go to a camp if he saw one.

The only travelers on route 210 are Dolan and Cole. your character can join them if you'd like.

Since The Travelers are nomadic they travel a lot. Celestic City is their base of operations ,but many of the members will off and travel around. The three lakes are the places they frequently visit ,but if theres another place you wanna visit that's your call.

Name: Oda Nobunaga
Age: (14-19) 19
Gender: Male
Sexuality: straight
Appearance: Oda is a fairly slim man with fairly tan skin. He's 6'1 ft. and has a somewhat muscular body. His hair is bright crimson red. short on the left side ,and goes down to his jawline on the right side. His eyes are a dull pale blue and oftentimes twitch uncontrollably. He has dark eye bags underneath his eyes ,and a sick twisted grin at all times. His whole body is covered in bruises, scars, burns ,and all sorts of other injuries from years and years of fighting, abuse, neglect ,and many injuries. His most notable scar is a large one on his face which looks like a permanent smile carved onto his face.
Oda wears a dark brown leather vest revealing many of his scars. he has a tattoo of a large mushroom cloud explosion on his chest. he wears loose baggy camo pants with a thick bodybuilder belt to hold his pants up. He carries a leather bag over his shoulder with all sorts of tools and other equipment he enjoys using. His bag has many blood stains on it. He wears gray socks ,and black steel toes boots with blood stained across the toes. he wears brown leather fingerless gloves with brass knuckles hidden underneath(and of course. Theres blood stains on his gloves).
Personality: Oda is a loud outgoing man that has under many times shown blatantly no regard for human lives. He has a bit of an anger issue ,but is also a really good actor when he chooses to be. One minute he can be a loud crazy man yelling at the top of his lungs with a sadistic grin ,and the next he's calm cool, collected ,with a callous deadpan expression. Despite being a disturbed individual, he's not someone to be underestimated or crossed. Oda may look and act like a common brute ,and for the most part he is ,but he also enjoys planning and strategizing. When something doesn't go his way the first thing he asks himself is why? and what can he do to improve the situation. In doing so, he can be a bit of a perfectionist at times ,and can become annoyed when the same mistakes are repeatedly made.

Faction: The Bandit Raiders (high ranking member)
Backstory: Oda's mother(Keiko Nabunaga) was a ambitious business woman who was raised on the mean streets of Sinnoh. She didn't become a business woman until later in her life when she would join the Superius Genus. She stayed with Superius Genus for a long time until her boss betrayed her. She managed to kill her boss as a final act of revenge ,and nearly lost her own life fleeing from Superius Genus. She was eventually caught and kidnapped by a small raider gang. Oda's father(Haruto Nabunaga) ran the gang and had initially forced her into manual labor. She eventually managed to gain the trust of the gang's member ,and became a prominent member of the gang. For a time their gang was doing beyond well for their small size. Until their gang became the target for larger gangs like The Bandit Raiders.

Haruto and his gang were initially threatened ,but within a year managed to earn their respect enough for The Bandit Raiders to make them an offer, 'Join or Die'. Haruto of course was smart enough to take the deal. It was reluctance of course that ultimately motivated him to accept.

When Oda was born it was just four years before his father's gang was abolished and swallowed up by The Bandit Raiders. Haruto was very brutal to his son, as that's how he was taught to be strong. Haruto also had a short temper which meaned he lashed out at even the simplest of mistakes. Oda learned quickly that making mistakes was taboo. Haruto also demanded a lot from him ,and above all else wanted him to be strong. No matter what Oda did, it was never good enough ,and his treatment showed that his father wasn't pleased.

Keiko grew up in a rough environment ,and understood why Haruto treated him that way ,and encouraged Haruto's behavior. Even going outta her way to assist. Sometimes Keiko would even make him go without food for the night if Haruto seemed especially angry with him. When Oda was 13, he brutally beat his father in a fight proving him superior over his parents ,and his chains were now broken. It was strength ,but also intellect on how to use his strength that got him where he was now. At this point on forward Oda never received another mark from either parent. He did however go on to gain many more scars as he was a fighter ,and made many mistakes before he would get to be the hardened experienced fighter he was known for being.

One thing Oda's father managed to do right was rise through the ranks of The Bandit raiders ,and lay the ground work for Oda to become an equally powerful member of the gang.

One thing that stood out about Oda was his love of tinkering. Oda loved to build things when his parents weren't keeping a firm grasp over his every action. Many of his inventions would be smashed and broken ,and he would be belittled for making useless inventions. This stuck with Oda and became part of his reason for being so sadistic. This also motivated him to build more ,and more. After Oda had finally beaten his father his inventions began to manifest in fowl sinister ways. His gadgets and tools were no longer curious or cheerful ,but were heinous and torturous. He reveled in making torture devices and machines. Most of his devices were for show ,but he enjoyed threatening people with those same new inventions.

Other: Oda Nobunaga was a Japanese daimyō of the Sengoku period regarded as the first "Great Unifier" of Japan. Nobunaga was head of the powerful Oda clan of Owari Province and launched a war against other samurai to unify Japan in the 1560s.

Oda's attachment to his pokémon is one of the few bits of compassion he still has. They are something he'd never lash out at, even in his most hate filled moments.
