A young woman awaited at the port at Slateport City, wondering if the people she invited over will come today. Her lab coat bellowed in the sea breeze and whipped her hair around. She breathed in the fresh scent of the sea as she let out all of her Pokemon to give each some of this fresh air, as well. Her Jellicent and Honchkrow began playing in the water, as her Espeon, Umbreon, and Alolan Raichu competed for space atop the young woman's shoulders. Her Gengar watched and laughed at the spectacle, as his trainer told her Pokemon that they were too big to get a ride from her. Her Alolan Raichu seemed to have forgotten, only having been evolved from a Pichu four months prior to the events happening now. She looked on and found her bird Pokemon flying frantically in circles. She asked what was wrong when she heard the familiar sound of a nearby boat. The horn caused her Jellicent and Honchkrow to fall back to their trainer as the boat approached.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sean was leaning over the railing, watching the waves roll as the boat moved along. He took a big stretch and allowed his Rowlet and Eevee out of their confines to stretch and breathe some fine sea air. That's when he noticed a woman wearing some sort of maid clothing with tap dancing shoes. He let his Pokemon play as he inspected the individual sitting on the bench. Her arms were draped over a black and red fox of some kind, whose letting his trainer sleep on him.
He soon saw five more Pokemon show up from the dining area of the boat. One of them, a blue ninja-frog, gave the fox some Poke Beans before leaning against the wall. A large, intimidating, fiery cat, became not-so intimidating when he curled up next to his trainer. A small... Thing in a Pikachu rag hopped on her lap and fell asleep. Another Pokemon, something he recognized as a Togekiss, snuggled up to the large cat. Then a beautiful, siren-like, mermaid-like Pokemon snuggled up with the cat, as well.
He soon realized his Pokemon were staring at the frog, who was staring back. He told his Pokemon it was impolite to stare and he apologized to the frog, and then turned towards the sea once more. He didn't know why he just did that, though... He's never acted like the Pokemon was a human before... Maybe they've been with her for awhile... Yea, that's it. They must've taken their human's mannerisms and felt like humans.
When he paid attention to the land ahead of him, he smiled. The boat's horn sounded as it approached the Region known as Hoenn. He looked back at the lady to see that the horn did nothing to wake her up. He looked back and he could see the port from afar, as well as a lone figure with their Pokemon.
Wind rushed past Flints face as he began to descend from the sky towards the landmass stretching out before him, a sudden burst of colour in the endless blue of the seas. Balt, his Skarmory let out a metallic sounding screech as she carried her trainer ever closer to their destination, seemingly just as excited as he was for his new job. As thrilling as the sensation of flying like this was, Flint felt a rush of relief as he realised he would soon be able to stretch his legs properly again, they tend to cramp up on long journeys like this. Combine that with the fact that Balt's tough metal body wasn't exactly comfortable and that they had flown all the way from Johto and it wasn't exactly business class flying.
Flint would be lying if he said that teaching had always been his dream, in all honesty it had ranged from astronaut to chef since he was a kid, but right now as he looked over his shoulder to ensure his large backpack full of everything he needed was still firmly attached he knew that he had made the right choice to accept the job offer. He needed the cash and in an occupation like this he would gain life skills that could really help him out further down the line. His father may have disapproved, claiming he was giving up on the family treasure hunting business, but his mother had at least encouraged him to do something that would help people other than himself. So hopefully that would be the case, as long as he didn't get a class of devils....
It was with grace that Balt glided to a halt on the docks of the seaside of city Slateport, flapping her wings only once to stop her momentum and whipping up a fairly strong gust of wind in the process. Without wasting a second Flint dismounted from his avian companion, sighing in content as his boots made contact with the cobbles. Almost simultaneously a yellow shape emerged from the top of the large backpack he was carrying, the head of Flint's Dunsparce who went by the name Snug. Snug was wearing her hand made flight googles, properly equipped for the long journey they had undertaken and looking pretty cute by all means in them too.
"Hey there, you the other teacher? I'm hoping I've found the right place..." Flint asked the woman already standing on the docks, surrounded by an array of Pokémon. He had been informed that there were two female teachers who he would be working with so hopefully he had managed to find one, he really didn't want to have to get back on Balt after realising he was in the wrong place.
She looked to the man before him, studying him before shifting her sights to the oncoming boat. Her voice sounded melodious as she talked: "Yes, I am. You must be the new teacher, Flint. I'm Shadara, but you may call me Shade."
Her Pokemon looked at the newcomers with awe. They have seen a Skarmory before, but none were larger than the one standing before them. The only ones they've seen at this size were ones owned by Shade's sister and brother, but never the ones owned by other trainers. Gengar walked over to them and held out his hand with a greeting gesture, wearing a mischievous smile on his face.
Flint was a little taken aback by the sing-song quality of the teachers voice, it was nothing like the thick and somewhat rough accent that the locals of his village had back in Johto. The closest thing he could compare it too was the singing of his mothers Altaria in the morning, something that had woken him like clockwork everyday of his life.
"A pleasure to meet you Shade" He smiled in response, eager to make a good first impression in the hopes of avoiding conflict down the line. Better to avoid the war than win it after all. "Is this your first teaching job then? Or did you transfer from somewhere?"
The lady had a somewhat eccentric look to her, her style was certainly eye catching compared to what he was wearing. Flint shifted slightly before committing to a handshake, deciding if he should risk it with her Pokémon circling her as such. You never know, he had met some very overprotective Pokémon in his time. Regardless he now stood with his hand outstretched, awaiting his new colleagues response.
Meanwhile Balt was deciding what to make of the Gengar's greeting, whilst its smile was undeniably creepy she doubted that it meant any harm to her, not here in front of both their trainers. After Glancing at Snug to see that she wasn't even paying attention, the Dunsparce was coiling herself up on Flint's shoulder and eyeing up Shade and the rest of her Pokémon, Balt gave in and extended one of her metallic wings in greeting so that it glinted in the sunlight that shone down on the surrounding area.
Paeon Kanetsu
(In Twinleaf Town, Sinnoh)
(Narrator)
Within a house here in this small town, there lived a house of four people. In the house, there were three mothers and one son. The mothers were Lithia Atmos, (Veteran Trainer), Strata Atmos, (Retired Coordinator), and Tropae Atmos, (Inactive Pokemon Breeder). While these three are extraordinary... their son is... well... a scared Meowth. Paeon Kanestu Atmos, or PK for short, is afraid of, well... ANYTHING! He gets frightened so easily that he has a blanket within his bag so he can... quote on quote, "Hide from the terrors out their." *sigh*... anyways, we currently see the house wher- "WHAT!!!?!?!?!?" -... that's new...
"
What do you mean I'm leaving Sinnoh!?" Here was young 16 year old PK. Beside him was his partner Beldum... another scared Meowth. Currently, his mothers were trying to get him on a plane to an Academy they signed him up for... without his knowledge. "Honey, Infinite Academy is a great place for you to learn... Please give it a shot." "NO WAY!" "BELDUM!" As you can see, PK is ver- Oh no...
As Tropae steps up to her son... with puppy dog eyes... "Pwease?" ........... Welp... He's screwed...
And so, PK is put on a plane heading to the brand new school, where new friends and adventures await him as the journey continues...
Shade looked at the handshake and smiled warmly, taking it with a bit of a firm grip not seen in many women. She felt the roughness of his hand and smiled, happy to have found someone whose good at manual labor like her family. She guessed he had a thing for Rock-, Ground-, Steel-, or Fire-Types. The name kind of gave it away for her. She introduced her Pokemon formerly as she shook his hand, her Alolan Raichu being called Chu, her Gengar known as Gar, her Espeon known as Espy, her Umbreon known as Umbra, her Honchkrow known as Krow, and her Jellicent known as Jelli.
Chu floated over to Snug on her tail and greeted the cute Pokemon gleefully, happy to have found a new friend. As for Gengar, when Balt's wing got close to his hand for the greeting, he accepted... And then pulled up a clown flower, which had squirt water at the Skarmory's face. He laughed heartily and disappeared into Shade's shadow, before he got skewered by the Pokemon's beak. Shade laughed at Gar's clownish attempt at making a friend, saying that it's not nice to trick creatures they just met.
Espy and Umbra were curious of the trainer, as they were walking up to him all friendly-like, sniffing his pant legs, and chirping inquiringly. Krow hopped over to Balt and lowered his crest-hat in greeting, then wiped off the water that Gar had squirted so impolitely. Jelli just watched the boat get slowly closer before telling her trainer it was close enough to dock. Being close to the water made her have urges to sink that ship.... But she can't do that, especially when her trainer is right there. She just went behind Shade and hugged her from behind to stop those urges from happening. Shade patted her poor Pokemon on the tentacle before focusing her attention on Flint.
After finally looking at him, she found the man before him looked quite old for his age. She eyed him over, trying to figure out how old he was without asking, but doing that made it seem like she was into him, so she stopped. She played it cool, however, and asked him with her voice filled with inquiry:
"Why, I am a tutor, but I decided to be a teacher, since this school needed one and I was also quite desperate for a job... Don't tell anyone that. Are you new? You seem to be quite the young one. Of course, I can't quite tell how old you actually are. Are you 23? 24? I'm not too shy about my age, by the way. I'm 30, if you were wondering."
Shade's grip was surprisingly firm and strong, leading to a solid handshake, none of that half-hearted rubbish that sometimes occurs. Such limp handshakes had been hailed as the devils work by Flint's father, the man detested those who were afraid to greet new people and ideas with open arms. "Faltering may led to failure" was what he had always told his son and the mantra was drilled into Flint's head even now.
Flint looked to each Pokémon as Shade introduced them, even reaching down to pet the two Eeveevolutions. It would seem she had a taste for the more ethereal types, ghost, dark and psychic. Interesting choices, he had only met a few trainers who specialised in such species as for the most part they were rare and hard to acquire, let alone train. None the less he met with a group of young women referring to themselves as "Hex Maniacs" once whilst travelling to Cianwood city for medicine and they had specialised in the same types, so he wasn't completely foreign to the concept.
Balt was not amused by the prank that Gar had pulled on her and now stood as tall as possible, glaring down at the ghost type menacingly with her yellow eyes. The temptation to retaliate was clearly strong, the Skarmory's claws clicked against the ground as she flexed them in anticipation, but she relaxed again once Flint put an arm around her neck and muttered a few soothing words to her. He knew that Balt had a tendency to get a little worked up over small things so he really didn't want her to kick off her with his new colleague's Pokémon right before the children arrived. Balt seemed much more content after Krow had greeted her and wiped away the water, comforted by the other flying types presence. She had always find it easier to trust other flying types since she had been a hatchling, after all she was raised by Flint's mother's Altaria for the most part.
"Dont worry your secret is safe with me, I kind of needed this job myself. And close but I'm only 21, this is my first real job besides working with my father but that hardly counts." Flint responded as Snug flapped her wings happily in response to Chu's greeting. The Dunsparce recognised the species but something seemed odd about it....Maybe it was the fact it was flying. "And you say your 30? You look younger than you are then, guess your lifestyle suits you well."
After this Flint took a moment to take in the salty sea breeze and watch the ever approaching ship, bobbing softly in the waves. He enjoyed the fact that no matter how far you travelled the ocean was always a familiar face, barely changing on the surface across the globe. And now standing here in a foreign land it only seemed fitting to him that his students would be arriving via the sea.
"So where is it exactly your from then Shade? Your Raichu looks a little odd, I take it that's a regional variant of some kind?"
Espy and Umbra chirped happily when they received attention, hopping back to Jelli to keep her company, and to keep her from sinking ships. Shade saw Balt get a hissy-fit from Gengar's action, but she shrugged it off as nothing. Apparently, she has seen this before in her line of work one too many times. Krow chirped, bowing toward Balt and being an overall gentlemanly bird as he attempted to make a conversation with her. Shade snapped her fingers in getting his name wrong, exclaiming "shoot, so close" to emphasize it. She nodded and thanked him for thinking that she was younger, and commented that his lifestyle suited him well, as well.
Shade could feel a cold shiver up her spine as Gar rested in her shadow. Her arm madly twitched from his meddling and she glared at her shadow and mumbled something at it, apparently annoyed by the sudden feelings she got. She sighed and looked back, smiling. It seemed kind of forced, but one would guess that Gar was tormenting his trainer, and this doesn't seem like this was the first time. She nodded at his questions, giving almost the entirety of her Pokemon's specs for the latter.
"Well, I was born on Cocona Village, Oblivia, but moved shortly thereafter to Kanto's vast forests to train with the Pokemon there. We've went throughout the entire world, gathering information and learning about the many species as my father was studying and making inventions abroad to help further his career with big name companies, like Silph Co. and Devon Corporation. We live peacefully with quite a big farm on the deepest parts of an unknown forest in Kanto. The reason why it hasn't been explored yet is because the forest is so dense that no one really wanted to explore it, and it is quite a maze. We find explorers occasionally losing their way and stumbling on our property. We help them out of the forest, seeing as we have been there for practically all of our lives. As for my adorable Chu here...." she paused before collecting herself, as her buddy realized she was going to go ranting about her species... Again... She floated away, so when Shade was busy talking, she could sneak behind her and shut her up before she talked the poor guy's ear off.
"She's an Alolan Raichu, which have evolved to better suit the lifestyle of the Alolans living on Alola. Pikachus can't exactly swim, but once they learn how to surf and/or evolve with the Thunderstone at Alola, the Alolan sea breeze, the fluffy Alolan pancakes, and/or the radiation of the Thunderstone causes the Pikachu to evolve into this variety. Funny enough, we had no idea that my little Pichu could evolve into a Psychic-Type later down the road. All we heard of were Pikachu, Raichu, and then Spiky-Eared Pichu," she chuckled and shook her head at her own naivety from long ago. "Pichu evolves into Pikachu when their relationship with their trainer is at its peak, and Pikachu could either evolve into a Raichu with a Thunderstone anywhere else, or Alolan Raichu, as I said before. Funny enough, Alolan Raichu's Ability is Surge Surfer, which doubles the Speed of the Pokemon when Electric Terrain is activated. There's even a Z-Crystal specifically for Alolan Raichu, called Aloraichium Z, and Thunderbolt is a required move to use it, as well as a Z-Ring."
Before she could continue on, Chu had appeared behind Shade and slapped a Pokebean in her mouth to shut her up before the damage got worse. She sighed and asked Gar to relay to Flint that she was sorry for Shade's behavior towards anything Pokemon. When asked a question like this, she can't help but go into a crazed explanation about them, and hardly have any room for her or her participants to breathe or even think. Gar formed Shade's shadow out of letters, so Flint could read what Chu just said. Shade crossed her arms and looked the other way, kind of pissed about getting a bean in her mouth, but she ate it anyway. It was sour. Chu knew she hated sour. It took her all her might to not make a sour face.
"Ugh, I hate long boat rides. I always get seasick." A boy with glasses moaned as the boat rocked back and forth with the waves. On his shoulder was an Aipom who restlessly looked around, getting quite annoyed at the time this ride was taking. The boy, who's name was Neil graves was headed to Hoenn where he would get to chance to attend an academy and become a better trainer.
By the time the boat docked in Slateport, Neil was sick if the ride. While trying to not hurl, he exited the boat as soon as possible. Flip, his Aipom looked around in the bustle of the crowd. It was all so much bigger than what he was used to at home. This place minded him slightly f Goldenrod, which he had visited a few times in the past.
He looked around for any of his teachers, as he had no idea where to go. His boat had been on a different route than others, so for all he knew he could have been early or late.
Flint was interested to hear that Shade had lived in Kanto, a region he had visited many times throughout his life, nodding along with interest as she spoke. When it came to the long spiel about her Alolan Raichu however his eyes glazed over and it was all he could do not to interrupt her and cut the story short. It wasn't that the information wasn't interesting, merely that he was already tired and not really ready for that much learning right now. That's why he was relived to spot a lost looking teen departing the now docked ship, hopefully this was one of their students.
"Excuse me for a moment Shade." He smiled politely before approaching the boy and introducing himself. "Hey there are you looking for the Infinity academy teachers? Because if so that would be us."
As he spoke he gestured to Shade and the combined group of Pokémon. He hoped that she hadn't found his need to escape the conversation too rude but looking back she seemed pretty preoccupied with her own traveling companions. Great. The last thing he needed was to get off on the wrong foot with these people.
Shade didn't really mind that Flint politely quieted her. She needed to shut up anyway. She looked over to the young man before and smiled, greeting him with arms open wide.
"Welcome, fine trainer. How are you and your Aipom doing? By that greenish tint to your face, you might as well be seasick. Don't worry, as I have something to cure your ailing stomach," as she said that, she handed him a little leaf that smelled like sage. "Eat this, and you'll feel better. It tastes slightly bitter, but it'll heal your ailments."
She looked toward Chu, who then used Electric Field around the area to set up boundaries where their students could be meeting, encircling the group with a 5 foot radius, and Krow took to the skies and circled around their field. The field of electricity wasn't that long, and the coursing currents of wattage didn't hurt, nor affect anyone in it. In fact, it just made everyone jittery. Even Jelli seemed to be tickled by the electrical current.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Before the boat even docked, the ninja-frog grunted to his companions to get up and move toward the boat's exit before it's too late. As they were leaving, the frog stopped and looked at Sean and his Pokemon. He noticed that he had found the teachers, so he grunted toward him, croaking slightly. Sean turned around and saw that frog Pokemon was beckoning him to follow. He looked to his Pokemon and shrugged, having his Rowlet perch on his shoulders and Eevee on his head as he ran after the frog and his friends.

As soon as the boat docked, sick and hungry and tired people of numerous nations stumbled off the boat in varying states of strained health. Sean felt like he was better off on the boat, seeing so many people leaving and walking around the dock kind of scared him. There were just too many people. That's when he heard a mouse-like Pokemon exude electricity. Eevee heard it and hopped off, running toward the sound. Sean, scared that Eevee's going to get trampled, chased after his Pokemon, not wanting him to get hurt. He bumped and weaved through people to get to the field of electricity, where Shade and the others were waiting.

The frog Pokemon saw where the boy was heading toward and saw a Honchkrow marking an area of interest. He croaked at the others to follow him, with the tiger Pokemon carrying their trainer in his arms. They made it through the crowd and to the field. The frog thought it was a wonderful idea to use such a move to designate space, as it kept the crowds away and easily identified where people should go. Shade greeted Sean, happy to see that he's still alive after such a trip. When Shade turned to see the sleeping girl, she laughed, her laughter sounding like wind-chimes in a storm. She screeched in her laughter when gathering air and snorted slightly, trying to keep her composure, but failing. She didn't even know why she found it so funny, she just did.

After what seemed to be minutes, she finally gathered herself enough to not laugh, and introduced everyone to her.

"Hello, fellow students! I am Professor Shadara, but you may all call me Professor Shade, or simply Professor. This fellow young man here, Flint, and I will be some of your teachers in the school you're going to be attending. Any questions?"

Sean shifted his weight restlessly, waiting for everyone else to get through their questions before they headed off. It seemed kind of early to just up and leave, though. Maybe she has something in store. The lady in the maid dress finally awoke, only hearing the bit about asking questions. She started by getting out of her cradled embrace by her Pokemon, and stretched and yawned. She rubbed her eyes as she asked in a very soft, almost Kalosian voice:

"Where is the Academy? What's it called?"

Shade, with a little too much energy to contain thanks to Chu's Electric Terrain, enthusiastically stated:

"The school were going to is called Pokemon Infinity Academy! It's hidden and will be a surprise," her voice shook with energy as she spoke. She sounded as if she was really excited or going insane.

The only way Shade knew how to get there was by such an arbitrary means of transportation, that only very few, non-major regions have this. She awaited for everybody else to question her before moving on.

"Um yeah Here is my transcript," Neil stuttered, pulling out a well folded and crumpled up piece of paper and revealing it to the man. "Did I miss everyone or am I early?" He nervously, his eyes darting around the crowd.

Flip, looked at Flint with concerned and curious face. He sniffed at the air, and looked at the other teacher and the student. "So are they with Infinity Academy too?"

Shade smiled at the young boy, replying to his questions quite quickly.

"You are right on time, no need to worry. I suggest you all give us your transcripts. And yes, they are."

Gar appeared from her shadow and held out his hand for Angel's and Sean's transcripts. Angel pulled out her neatly folded transcript from her purse and gave it to the floating shadow in front of her. She didn't seem to mind the sudden appearance of the Ghost- and Poison-Type. Sean found it terrifying, though, and flinched back, completely afraid. This thing could go into shadows??!! He has heard about it before, but he's never seen one in real life. It could probably go straight through walls, floors, and ceilings... He gulped and shakily pulled out his transcript from his bag before handing it to the Pokemon. Gar looked at him curiously, and then snickered when he realized the boy was afraid of him. He held out his hand for a handshake, which Sean shakily agreed. Which is when he pulled the clown flower from behind and squirted his face with it. Sean wiped the water off and, even though he felt a little better about the Pokemon, he was not amused with the trick. He guessed it was funny though...

Gar floated back to his trainer and handed her the transcripts. Shade smiled and rubbed the top of his head, her hand being enveloped by a ghostly aura emanating from the Pokemon. This seemed to make Gar go limp and enjoy the affection he's getting, his mouth open in splendor.

(I probably did this all wrong.)

Jake Was in his Room Packing his stuff for his New School. He was so excited, Manly he was going to get away from his brother, which have been torturing him since he was Born. Once Jake was done packing, He grabed his Pokeballs and Headed out but was Stoped by his Family. "Where are you going? Aren't you forgeting Something?" Jake turned around and saw his mom, Dad, and His Brother. Both of his Mom and dad went up to him and hugged him. Then They both backed away as his Mom pulled out two Books. A Family photo album and a Cook book. Jake looked at them and Faked Smiled as he said. "Thanks..." Jake Grabeb them and Shoved them into his Bag as he gave his Whole Family a Hug before Leaving. He headed out As he looked on the Slip of Paper From the School. He looked at the Beach and Saw The Boat for the School leaving. He Hung his head Down and Began Walking away. When someone yelled out to him. "Hey Kid Need A Ride?!" Jake's Head perked up as He Looked over at the Man. "Yeah! I Do!" He Ran over to the Guy as He Welcomed him on his Boat. Jake climbed onto it and they were off. After a Long ride, Jake finally got to his definition, He Climbed off the Boat and Walked Towards the School. He Then saw An adult and assumed She was an adult. He Walked over to her.

Shade looked at their new arrival, beckoning him forward to come into the electrical field. She smiled and greeted him.

"Hello, young one. I am Professor Shadara, but you may call me Professor Shade, or Professor. This young man here is Mr. Flint. May I see your transcript for the Pokemon Infinity Academy, please?" she held out her hand as Jelli looked at the young boy.

She cocked her head to the side and floated out from behind Shade, curious as to see the newcomer. Then she noticed there were more people. She looked at all of them, curiosity filling her mind.

Flint was content to let Shade do the talking for now, he was sure that she looked a lot more welcoming than himself to these students. Although the eccentric ethereal get up might also scare others off...none the less nothing had gone wrong yet. Hopefully the rest of the students would arrive sooner rather than later and they could head off to the school, where ever it actually was. Had there been some note about having to teleport there? He really should have been more through when reading the data the academy gave him, it would stop things like this happening.

Upon hearing his name when Shade introduced him Flint would give each student a handshake and his best attempt at a warm smile. One of the kids looked a little freaked out by Gar, something he hoped wouldn't led to problems so early on.

"Hey Shade you have any idea how we are actually getting to the school? Its just I hear we were teleporting or something...." Flint enquired, placing a hand gently on the older woman's shoulder to get her attention, his voice slightly hushed so the students couldn't hear what he was saying. He wanted to give off a professional image so for them to hear this wouldn't be a great start. Kids could be so quick to judge.

Jake Nodded and Digged therw his Bag For a While and Couldn't find it. He panicked in his mind For a second before realizing it was in his Pocket, he Slaped his Head and Grabed His Transcript and Gave it to Shade.

Once the ship had docked in slateport two pokemon ran off of it and into the group a lilipup and houndour. They ran without a care in the world but came to a stop upon spotting the gengar and they both ran backwards towards the ship hitting a young boy,This in turn caused the young boy to begin to fall but fortunately a rockruff grabbed him at the last minute holding him up.
"Thanks rockruff you saved me again old pal now then you two you need to calm down," he spoke in a loud voice then he turned to the group " Hey can I ask do any of you know the way to pokemon infinite academy I'm a new student?"

Shade smiled and replied in a hushed tone. "Why, yes, we are teleporting there. It would cost us too much money to buy everyone of these kids, and ourselves Aurora Tickets to specifically go to Birth Island by boat, and there is no airport there. I had asked if it was alright if I had brought over our Ranch's Psychic Guardian to assist us in teleporting. He's an Alakazam, and he's older than my parents... That's saying something, since they're in their 70s. He learned Teleport back when Teleport was still TM30," she chuckled, feeling old. She awaited for everyone to calm down before continuing. Espy sensed the air and told her trainer that there will be a storm coming soon.

Shade hoped the rest of the kids get here before they all get drenched. She grabbed the transcript from the flustered kid, feeling bad for the mental state he's in.

She heard a commotion and looked up to see the kid with the canine-like Pokemon and smiled. Gar felt bad for scaring so many people, so he hid in Shade's shadow, trying to hide away. He just wanted to make friends. Shade could feel him enter her shadow and feel how sad he was. She sighed and allowed Chu to cheer Gar up. Although, it's pretty funny seeing a strange mouse surfing in the air on her tail and talking to her trainer's shadow, if the shadow didn't have red eyes, of course.

"Why, yes, Flint and I will be the teachers for the school. We have a fun way to get to the school, since it is on Birth Island in the middle of the Sevii Islands, and we won't be doing boat travel. Good news for all of you people who get sea sick."

Jake Saw Something go into her Shadow, but ignored it. He Then remembered his Pokemon, he Thought his Pokemon wanted to see the School They well be At for a While. So He Grabed his Pokeball and Let them Free. They Looked Around The Place Then at Jake. "Ok Guys! This was the School i was talking about! Do you like it?" All of them Nodded and Looked around Some more.

"An elder Alakazam huh? Well if I was going to trust anything to teleport me I guess it would be one of those things, Abra's have a habit of teleporting into the most annoying of places sometimes... I once found one in my freezer, blasted creature had eaten about 9 ice cream cones and....maybe its a tale for another time." Flint said, stopping himself from getting into a long drawn out tale. After all there were kids too look after. Not that he was doing most of it, Shade really had a handle on things right now.

"I doubt any of you kids will have had a journey quite like this." Flint chuckled before giving the group a sly wink, looking forward to seeing the kids reactions to the unorthodox travelling method they would be using. To be fair it was efficient, there was no deniying that.

Shade had to stifle a giggle from Flint's tale. She has had many mishaps with random Pokemon appearing in their home, and more often than not their own Pokemon bringing back friends to "share"... Well, it wasn't all fun and games anymore after she dealt with them. She winked back at Flint before whistling harshly, making Chu cover her ears in response. Shade pat Chu on the head, feeling sorry for hurting her Pokemon's ears. As she was tending to her Pokemon, a very old Alakazam walked up. His coat is greying and his head was larger than the normal size of an Alakazam. His psychic powers are all that's left to hold himself upright, as you can see a dim aura of psychic energy emanating from around his head.

Sean looked almost in awe at the Alakazam before him. He's never seen a Pokemon age like that before. He must be really powerful, he thought. Angel looked at the Alakazam and smiled, happy to see she was going through Teleport again.

The Alakazam looked to Shade and nodded at her, then pointing his spoons toward the ground. With a bend of one spoon, the Electric Terrain dispersed, then another bend of the other spoon caused everyone, whose going to the Academy, to float. With one shout before Shade could see if everyone was ready or not, he crossed his arms and his body glowed pink before all of them disappeared from the docks.

After what felt like seconds, they appeared in the grounds right before the gate to the school. The Alakazam nodded toward Shade when he teleported away to an unknown location. Possibly to rest.

Shade did a head count, and found that everyone was accounted for. She called for everyone's attention with a lower-pitched whistle, as to not hurt Chu's ears, and asked if anyone felt sick from the journey. She knew it was normal for people to get nauseous or lethargic from the ride. Not everyone's accustomed to such a means of travel, like herself and her family.

After Jake Was Fone Talking to his Pokemon, he looked down to see he was floating. "W-What?!" Sonce Jake was not listening to What Shade was saying, He was not prepared at all. He tried moving around but failed horribly. He Gave up and Closed his eyes. When he Opened them back up, He was In a Different Place, He looked around until he was driped on the Ground. "Oww! Where are we?" The First the Thing Jake looked for was his Pokemon, which were safe. Jake Sighed in relief as They Ok. Jake Stood Up and stretched and Looked at some of the other students wondering why they look like they're going to Puke.

She explained to everyone that first-time teleportation can take a lot out of a person and, especially when there's more than one person being teleported, it puts a lot of strain on the people in question and the Pokemon teleporting everyone. She then went on to explain that the nausea feeling should end in a couple of minutes... If they don't puke first. Angel stretched and yawned again, patting her thing in a Pikachu rag to help it get through the nausea it was experiencing. Sean felt like his stomach was going to throw all of his lunch out of his mouth, and he had to hold his Eevee tightly, so as to not puke on the ground. He also felt dizzy, so he sat down a bit to rest.

She turned a bit, so her side was facing the students and she waved her hand out toward the school, looking like she's introducing it. "This is the school you guys will be staying at and learning. Flint and I, as well as a few other teachers, will teach you all you need to know about the fundamentals of Pokemon... Well, anything, really. Just find us if you have a question. Right now, go to the front office, get your dorm room key, papers of conduct and behavior, as well as any other supplies you may need, and explore if you like. The actual lessons won't start in a couple of days, and you get a chance to sign up for what classes you'll be wanting to take at one of our testing rooms tomorrow, and you can pick up your finalized schedule on the next day. Don't get snippy with us if you didn't get the class you want. You might not get it, but then again you might, since there really isn't a whole lot of you."

Jake Listened to what Shade Said and Was confused why Jake didn't feel Sick. He Shruged it off as he signaled his Pokemon to Follow him as He looked For the front office To get his Dorm Key. He Really hoped he had a Room Mate. He always wanted a Room mate.

"Ugh....I dont think I'll be doing that again any time soon.." Flint moaned upon reappearing at the academy and feeling his stomach lurch as if he was on a rollercoaster. Looking around at the students most of them seemed alright and if anything it was Snug who looked the worst, the Dunsparce's face had turned a nasty shade of green. It was unlikely she would hurl however, her species were adept at keeping anything they consume in their stomachs thanks to the cave dwelling life style they choose. No chance to waste food 5 miles underground.

"Alright I think that's everything, so we will see you guys tomorrow! Enjoy the rest of your free time today because once the work starts none of you can afford to start slacking. Best of luck getting the classes you all want and I hope to see many of you in mine." Flint said in his best formal manner, addressing the entire assembled group and fighting his turned stomach, keeping a warm smile on his face. With that of the way and the students now able to disperse he could take care of his own needs. Unpacking.

Looking down at the scroll the school had provided him with before arrival he could see that it was actually up to him to do what he wished today, free until tomorrow for all purposes. So what to do? Couldn't hurt to go check out "his" classroom. Flint glanced at his fellow teacher for a moment, wondering if he should ask her to tag along seeming as she would doubtlessly be in the same situation as himself. It wouldn't do him any good to just wonder off by himself and get lost anyway.

Shade looked over after helping the children cope with their nausea. She smiled and agreed to tag along, mainly because she was bored, and she didn't want Gar scaring the rest of the kids before school even started. She led the way into the school, the place looking almost like a castle at first, with spires shooting up out of towers on the corners. The castle was huge, but something seemed odd about it. It gave off a strange kind of light, like ones you usually see from neon or fluorescent bulbs.

As Shade and her Pokemon pass through the tall, intricately adorned gate, opened for all who may enter, she could see the many glowing etchings decorating the castle. This castle was by no means from medieval times. It looked like it jumped straight from the pages of a sci-fi novel. Some of the spires are even floating! Shade smirked and chuckled, wondering what kind of person would ever make such a masterpiece as this, but it has its perks, she'll give it that.

All around the neatly cut grass of the grounds are pink teleporters with holograms with descriptions and the names of the locations they teleport one to. There was even a lake on the left of the island near the walkway with some Water-Types occupying the waters. She saw a few Taillow and Wingull play with each other above the grounds, swooping and diving to hit each other in what looked to be like a game of tag or chase. There was some sand near the lake, acting as some sort of shore for some Water-Types, like Krabby and Corphish. To the right, there was a large tent covering what seemed to be a desert biome. The tent was there to make a greenhouse effect to keep it the same temperature as the desert. There are dehumidifiers to keep the desert dry and arid. As Shade got closer to the immense castle, she could see a slight forest behind the lake she saw earlier with a few Bug-Types eating the leaves off the branches of the trees, peacefully munching on their supper, as Scythers flew by them in search of ripe berries to eat. Hoothoots were visible on the branches, sleeping peacefully and yet still ticking to the time flowing. Past the forest was a jungle, which was harder to see, since the forest was slightly obscuring the bases of the trees. Although, one could see the treetops above the forest and vines hanging off, with the elemental monkeys from the Unova Region, Aipoms, Slakoths, Vigoroths, and even a Snivy darting to and fro on the branches. Well, in the Slakoths' case it's sleeping. As she got even closer to the castle, she could smell the pungent odor of the swamp nearby.

The castle had floating torches for lights, and they rose from the ground as soon as someone approached them. Shade liked to poke one to see it bobble to and fro before electromagnetism rearranges it in the correct orientation. She felt so giddy coming back to this place, as it was a geek's dream come true. Well, if the geek's dream entailed going into a super-high-tech castle with state-of-the-art technology that not a lot of people could get their hands on. She walked up to the giant, daintily decorated double doors and pushed them open, not needing so much energy to push them open, since they were on electromagnetic railings. The doors flew open and stuck to the walls with a little bang, the shock absorbers taking the blow before stabilizing the doors to remain open.

In front of Shade was a long, arched hallway with the arched ceiling reflecting galaxies outside of their world onto themselves, revealing magnificent displays of stars, super novas, new-born galaxies, and even the occasional comet or two. Shade walked on forward and the hallway expanded into a wide room with stairs on either side and a door ahead. This door, about as massive as the entrance, led to the mess hall. Long tables, four in a neat row, with green teleporting plates that teleport food from the kitchen, sit there and await the students who will be attending. The ceiling had the same reflection of the galaxy as the hallway leading to it did, and it had mini-suns lighting the room.

To the left in the intersection was a large window, letting in the light from outside and illuminate the otherwise dimly-lit intersection, and a staircase going up, then taking a turn to go above the door that led them to the intersection. The right side was similar, but with a door to the kitchen. This door was still massive, but it didn't have any markings on it except for a riddle written in Unown. Only Shade knew the answer at the moment because she could read it, and it was a funny, easy question.

She turned around and saw the staircases go above the door that led her to the lobby room, and then cross over with a little platform, following the wall as they go up. Then they spiral upwards, following the wall as closely as possible. Upstairs is where all the classrooms were found. The only ones that weren't found up there were ones that needed to be in a cold, dungeon-like room, that were up those stairs, then taking the first door on the left (Shade's left right now) and then following the pathway until you see another set of stairs leading down.

She then realized how much of a maze this was, and felt horrible for the kids entering. She then looked at Flint and his Pokemon to see his reaction, now noticing Snug's apparent discomfort with their way of travel.

Flint was blown away by the amount of mind boggling facilities the infinity academy had at its disposal. It had its own desert? And the place just seemed to stretch on and on, a new building or area of interest everywhere you looked. He guessed that's why they call it the infinity academy.

Following Shades led he was treated to a marvellous display of modern technology being combined with old fashioned décor and structures, the owners of this place had found a way to breathe new life into the tired old walls of the castle that had stood here for Arceus knows how many years. The educational value of such a place was mind boggling. Wishfully Flint couldn't help but wonder what he could have done with himself if he grew up going to an academy like this. He was already planning out stuff he could teach the children, the lake would be perfect for a variety of water based training, the forest for basic survival skills, the desert for the more hard core stuff, the possibilities were endless. He had even heard that there was some kind of underground arena here used for tournaments.

Snug's green face was returning to its usual yellow as she was carried around the school grounds, her nausea forgotten as the Dunsparce took in the incredible sights. What a strange place her trainer had brought her! She couldn't wait to chat with Titus about it later, but she knew he wouldn't be let out of his Pokeball until they had enough room for him to run around a bit. The big guy gets pretty cramped in his Pokeball so when he gets let out the first thing on his mind is usually to have a nice stretch.

By the time they were approaching the classrooms both Flint and Snug's faces were stuck displaying wonderment and awe at the school, neither of them quite able to get over the fact they would be working here. But even in a place like this there was room to add a little individuality.

"This place is fantastic right?" He exclaimed gleefully, turning to face Shade with almost child like excitement in his eyes, something that was quite at odd with how serious he usually looked. It was with gusto then that he contuined "I guess this is my classroom here, room 22-A." before bursting through the door to examine the neat and tidy room, mostly devoid of any details bar the essentials.

"I don't know about you but I think I'm going to make this place a little more exciting, at the moment it doesn't really hold up to the rest of the castle." Flint said with a slight frown, taking off his rucksack and placing it on the desk at the front of the classroom. After a quick rummage around in the depths of the bag he pulled out a fossilised Sheildon skull, complete with a stand and everything. Carefully he positioned it on the desk so it was facing where the pupils would be sitting, a slight smile on his face now, already feeling more at home.

Shade smiled with as sweat drop at his gusto and enthusiasm as to how wonderful the place looked. The only reason why she had a sweat drop was from his sudden burst of child-like energy. She didn't exactly see that one coming. Even Chu had no idea, and she's the queen of childishness.

Anyway, she followed Flint to his classroom, and awed when he talked about decorating his classroom. She loved the fact that this kid had so much knowledge to teach. She replied to his disappointment when he saw how barren the room was:

"The reason why it is so barren is so we could find a theme that fits us. Now, you don't just put wallpapers down," she chuckled. "Come over here."

She beckoned him to come to her as she opened up a holographic monitor on the wall. She swiped through the many different themes that this place could hold. After searching through forest themes, desert themes, volcano themes, water themes, ice themes, and even sky themes, she found one that would suit him the most: The Rock Theme. She tapped it and up came several sub-categories of the Rock Theme. Either choose the Rock theme as is, or choose a variant. She tapped one that had Chargestone Cave's crystals floating in the air, and the walls glimmered as the illusion spread out, creating a illusionary wallpaper. Of course, this wallpaper was quite... Real. It felt like one was in the cave. Even the ceiling, floor, chairs, tables, desks, cabinets... Everything, was changed to suit the theme that Shade picked.

She then tapped Advanced Settings and up came different ways to change the room setting, including but not limited to changing the color of the crystals from blue to any other color one wished or desired, or even changing the main color (which would be the cave's overall tunnel color), as well as the position of where one was in the cave. One could have the entrance of Chargestone Cave behind them, or to their left, right, above them, below them, or they're in the deep caverns of Chargestone Cave and there were no entrances around to see. One could even teach atop a large Chargestone Cave rock that was floating. Hell, one could even see the drop below if they looked down at the sinks on the edges of the room. The only thing that sets the real location apart from this illusion was that one could see Pokemon in the real version. In this illusion, one gets nothing but the scenery.. One gets the imagery, but not the Pokemon associated with it.

Shade let Flint figure out what he wanted for his room to be, but she found out the perfect the theme for him, since it wasn't exactly that hard to deduce what his favorite type was.

Flint dutifully followed Shade over to the holographic monitor, recomposing his usual demeanour now, beginning to get over the incredible castle. All the same he couldn't help but smirk when the room changed to mimic the appearance of Chargestone cave, a place he had visited once himself, picking up quite the souvenir upon doing so.

"Oh this is just wicked." He muttered reaching out to touch one of the holographic crystals that were now floating around in the air, equally holographic flickers of electric energy jumping between them. "I wish I had one of those back home, would make redecorating a hell of a lot easier." Flint chuckled, gesturing at the holographic monitor. He had listened to what Shade had been saying, all the different options and environments he could have his room look like but she had really nailed it right off the bat. This was perfect.

A thought suddenly struck the young man. "I know somebody who would just love this." He smiled, reaching for his belt. With one fluid motion he had taken one of the pokeballs from it and hurled it into the air where it burst open in a flash of bright light and sparks. Out of the light a creature began to form, Gizmo, Flint's Eelecktross, a Pokémon that he had originally caught in Chargestone cave.

Gizmo floated in the air for a moment, taking in the familiar sight. It almost seemed as if the Pokémon had just frozen, the way it stared at the airborne crystals for maybe 5, 10 seconds? At least until he let out a cry of delight and jetted through the air towards Flint, doing a few laps around him. Flint reached out to place a hand on the eel like Pokémon, feeling small sparks of electricity run up from his finger tips upon doing so. "Good job I can add the native species myself I guess. Nice choice by the way, really hit the nail on the head. Shall we do your room next?" He asked, holding out his other arm to suggest Shade should led the way into the other classroom.

She agreed with him cheerfully that it would make decorating a hell of a lot easier. When she saw Gizmo appear, Shade's smirk from his earlier comment became a beaming smile as she realized that this Eelektross spent its early days in this setting. Shade laughed as she saw Gizmo's elated reaction to the room. She wanted to hug it because it was acting adorable. Chu didn't seem to mind the setting more-so than the actual Pokemon spinning around. She floated over to the Pokemon and spun around Flint, as well, trying to catch up to him.

When Flint had held out his arm for them to go to her room, she nodded and made a slight whistle for Chu to follow her, and they headed off to her room, which just happened to be down the hall just a bit and be at the very end of the hallway. Her room was as unremarkable as Flint's was before they tweaked the decorations. She went to the hologram and flipped through the various themes, but none seemed to fit her... Then it struck her... There was no theme for a spooky house! How could they not put that in there? The closest she could get to something that would fit her and her Pokemon would be a really dark forest, but there are mushrooms growing everywhere, which looked to be more fit for Poison- and Bug-Types. Gar seemed to like it, but none of her Pokemon and herself did. She had an idea and flipped to the Poke Center theme.

The counters and desks had the same shape, feel, and color as the counters in the Poke Center, and there's even a decorative healing station in a corner. Sadly, it's illusionary, so nobody would be able to interact with it. She then pressed "Delete Objects" and poked on the healing machine in the back. There was no reason for it to be there, she thought. She then changed the color and hue of the place, making it darker and duller. Now, it's starting to fit her.

She shuddered at the amazing feeling she got from being in this illusion. It felt so... Real. She felt like she was back at that Thrifty Megamart's Abandoned Site in Alola... When she was looking for that Mimikyu. Something grew and growled inside of her. Something dark and disturbing welled her mind, but it was oddly welcoming. She quickly hushed herself to calm herself down and to keep the darkness from enveloping her. I better lighten up the place before I lose myself, she had thought to herself. She turned up the hue, and felt relaxed again. She shook her head and stole a glance at Flint to see if he saw what happened to her. It was just a shudder and a semi-quiet hush, but she wanted to make sure she didn't have to explain anything about her mentality...

Flint chuckled softly as Chu joined Gizmo in an endless loop floating around him, the Alolan Richu certainly had a lot of energy. Then again most electric types did, it was one of the common traits they all shared. You'd be hard pressed to find a lazy one. Even Pokémon like Stunfisk enjoy playing from time to time.

Upon reaching Shade's room Flint returned Gizmo to his Pokeball and leant against the wall, arms crossed, awaiting his colleagues choice of room theme. He had a suspicion from the start that it would be something peculiar, likely a dark or ghostly environment such as a spooky forest. That was why he was quite surprised when she skipped past it, the look on her face saying it didn't quite agree with her. The only one in the room who took a fancy to that one was Gar, who it seemed was disappointed to see it go.

When the Pokémon centre theme was eventually chosen Flint at first had no idea why. It was welcoming and familiar sight for every trainer sure but it didn't exactly say much about who Shade was as a person, the overly friendly theme was at odds with her eccentric get up. After she got to work however everything became much clearer, the Pokémon centre was merely a canvas for her to work with, painting it in her own image. A darkening of colours here, a vanished decoration there and voila, a haunted looking place perfect for ghost types.

It wasn't Flint who noticed Shade's reaction to what she had created, at least not at first, but rather it was Snug who spotted the woman dealing with some sort of inner conflict. The Dunsparce could actually smell it in the air, her species have an incredible knack for pheromones and detecting small changes in chemical balances.

"Sparce?"

Snug's little call caught her trainer's attention, what was wrong with her? Did she not enjoy the setting? Flint gave his friend a soothing rub on the head, cooing gently to try and hush her. It was only then that he looked at Shade, just in time to notice her shudder. So it hadn't been the environment that had set Snug off, she was concerned for the woman's well being.

"Shade? Are you feeling alright?"

Shade stood up straight immediately, took a look at Snug and then at Flint, and shook her head a little bit, her voice shuddered a bit as she talked. "U-u-uhh... I-I'll be a-alright. I-I'll explain later-er." One could see that her pupils were more dilated than usual, and the pale purple specks in her eyes were shining a little brightly, and the black specks in her eyes were growing slightly in her irises. They looked like... They were swimming throughout her eye... They were stationary before this happened. She could tell that she will have to tell him later. She dreaded the day that will have to be a thing.

Chu tried to set herself on her trainer's shoulder, but she was too heavy. Shade chuckled at the way Chu was trying to calm her down and held her close in a warming hug, reassuring her that she'll be alright. Chu knew exactly what happened, and so did Gar. All of her other Pokemon were intrigued as to why she would act like that, as they haven't seen her reactions to anything like this before. Chu pawed her face and looked up with a worried expression. Shade tried her best not to embarrass her, as she was older and not a Baby Pokemon anymore. Hell, even when her Pokemon was 30 years old, she was still a Baby Pokemon, so she didn't know anymore. She decided that it'll be okay to do it just this once, and flipped her Chu over so that she was laying on her arm with her facing upwards. She then tickled her tummy in that sweet spot that she knew got her when she was still a Pichu. Chu giggled and wiggled her arms, legs and tail happily as she got some kind of attention she had gotten before. Chu, satisfied, hopped off and surfed around the room, getting the feel for the place.

Shade looked to Gar, who now looked comfortable in this setting, but liked the forest one better. At least this place fitted his Ghost-Typing, as well as the rest of her teams'. Gar looked when he felt Shade looking at him and floated over to her. His usual smile on his face was in a slight frown of concern. She patted him on the head, and then he immediately lurched forward, hugging her and his arms had this strange ghostly like aura coming off of them. They grew longer and had wrapped themselves fully around Shade's body. Shade didn't seem to mind, as it was Gar's way on giving her a full hug. His longer arms held her tighter, and Shade knew that Gar was going to cry. Even though he's as old as her parents, he can be quite emotional. Most Ghost-Types were quite emotional, especially when they try to come to terms as to what they hell our realm was. Gar tried his best not to cry and shut his eyes tightly, floating in place and hugging her. Shade hugged him tightly, as well, whispering in his ear that she'll be alright.

(Giant Chasm, Unova)
June started to explore more of Giant Chasm, which had a large impact crater from about a month ago. She was obviously going to paint the Giant Chasm, but needed to find a good spot to paint. Eventually, she found one, but it was right in the front of the cave that was said to hold the mysteriously dangerous ice dragon, that the residents of Lacunosa Town were always chatting about.
Once June finished her painting of Giant Chasm, she asked her Bisharp, Halberd, if he wanted to adventure. "Sharp, BISHARP!" replied Halberd, which translated to "Yes, definitely!"
June could tell that her Pokemon wanted to go adventuring. Her and her Bisharp walked out of Giant Chasm, going through the cave and running towards Lacunosa Town. She and Halberd the Bisharp walked into the Pokémon Center, and bought a few berries from the Poké Mart inside.

There was an old-looking Alakazam, whose been watching this young girl and her Bisharp buy berries. He shambled over to her and tapped her shoulder. He had a brown cape with a hood on, and the hood was covering much of his head. Although, one could see that it was a very old Pokemon and not a human. The lady at the other end of the counter recognized him, as he was the one who had helped her collect and find ripe berries to sell - ones that June had just bought.

Alakazam pulled a folded piece of paper from an inside pocket in his cape, which he had wrapped himself up with to keep the cold from hitting his frail body. His grey, foggy eyes looked on at the lady, paying no heed to her Bisharp. His body, the parts that could be seen that's not hiding in the cape/hood were giving off some light, mainly due to his psychic abilities keeping himself upright. He unfolded the piece of paper with his psychic powers and handed it to June. It was the letter from the headmaster of the Infinity Academy, welcoming her in to the school.

June felt someone tap her shoulder, and turned around, to see an Alakazam pulling out a letter. Halberd, on the other hand, was holding June's painting of Giant Chasm in one hand and a few berries in the other. "What's this?" asked June, taking the letter from the Alakazam's hand. She watched it unfold, and it was welcoming her to Infinity Academy. "Oh yeah, I think I did apply for a job as a teacher at Infinity Academy." said June, full of excitement. June's Bisharp, Halberd, went into battle mode once it realised that the Alakazam was an actual Pokemon, but then stopped, because it looked old. Then Halberd ate his share of berries, and held June's painting of Giant Chasm in both hands.

Alakazam beckoned for them both to follow him, and he shambled off and away from Lacunosa Town. Then, he reached out into June's mind, wanting to talk with her using telepathy. He allowed her Bisharp to listen in, since that Pokemon acted like her bodyguard. He asked her in her mind if she needed anything before they left for the Academy. He told her he already got all of her necessities in the room for her and her classroom. As he waited for a response, he wondered if Shade was alright. He felt a disturbance from the Academy, signifying that Shade's mental and spiritual state nearly went hay-wire. She must've found something that reminded her of herself. A bit too much like herself. Well, when she's insane.

To say Flint was not convinced by Shade's reply would be an understatement. Her Pokémon were clearly distressed, especially Gar, and there was something strange going on with her eyes, like the colours of the iris were shifting around? That might have just been his imagination though, that wasn't something humanly possible. He stood in silence whilst Shade dealt with her Pokémon, the cute way Chu reacted to having her belly tickled got a smile out of him, but for the most part he was wondering if he should press Shade on what had just happened. She had promised to tell him later so he guessed it could wait for now, sadly that didn't mean it would be gone from his mind till then however. Time to change the subject.

"So Shade have you got any plans for your first lesson with the kids?"

June left the Pokémon Centre, to chase the Alakazam. She at least got to Village Bridge, before she heard a voice inside her head. Her Bisharp, Halberd seemed to be hearing it too. So she tried to talk back to the Alakazam through her mind. She focused enough to send a message to the Alakazam, saying "That's cool. But how am I gonna get from here to there?"
Then she lost focus, and sent out Meowch, her Mienfoo. Meowch seemed to love hiding in her bag half of the time, anyway.
