Are you sure you can use Cosmog?
You need to ask to use legendaries... and Cosmog is considered one.

Well, Cosmog counts as a legendary, and in the rules, it says you have to ask to even encounter a legendary.
you have to ask to even SEE one. Like how in the first episode of the indigo league ash see a Ho-oh
You can start like a conversation with a staff member and ask though.
